Excellent location! 2 metro stations in 3-5 minutes walk. On foot to the historical center and to the central railway station of Brussels 15-20 minutes walk (or by metro - to any station). Around a huge number of cafes, restaurants and shops, including grocery stores. The hotel staff are very nice, helpful young people, to whom you can turn with any question or problem and they will definitely help to solve it. When you are greeted with a smile - it provides a good mood for the whole day. Breakfasts are very good from the freshest products, very tasty and varied. We got a large spacious room with a window overlooking the inner courtyard. With the window closed at night - perfect silence. The room has an individual new air conditioner, a kettle, a small refrigerator. 2 beds with excellent comfortable mattresses and pillows. The only thing that may not suit everyone is the internal structure of the building. Even with an elevator, you still need to overcome a small number of steps up and down inside the building. This did not bother us at all. Daily cleaning of the room. We liked everything very much! We will be happy to come back again!

It has an incredible location close to the Louise metro station. Nice neighborhood in general. Staff is really helpful and friendly. You should taste the candy in the lobby :) and also they offer free umbrellas , you need to return them though, in general good for solo travelers.

Rooms are the smallest I’ve stayed so far, elevator is tiny might be a problem if you have big luggages. Rooms have almost no noise isolation so I hear people sometimes in the middle of the night. But they were no trouble for me since I needed a good price / performance stay for my trip.

This hotel is just great value for money. All the staff is very pleasant and helpful. We left out luggage with them several hours before the check-in time without trouble or additional charge. You get complimentary tea and coffee in the price of the room, and they even have umbrellas for the guests that you can grab when going out! Out room was small but comfortable. The bed was nice and there was even an electric kettle.

There is no heater in the bathroom, so it can get a bit cold in there.

The bed was very comfortable with a warm duvet. The heating isn't super good but it's keeps the room a good temperature. Didn't pass any cold. Good shower too. Perhaps the room is a bit tight for two people but for one person is good. My room was next to the lift but this wasn't a problem, there's a second door leading to the room, so when closing it, you couldn't hear much. This also help to keep the room warmer.

The coffee was bad. It's from a machine. I only tried it once during breakfast but my stomach didn't like it. They could improve the coffee to have grain coffee, something decent. The room only had two sockets and in the worst locations, one just behind the mattress so to use you need to move the bed and separate it from the wall like 10cm. The other socket is on a side, next to the desk, but if you want the fridge on, you can't plug anything else. There was a lamp but didn't use it because a lack of sockets to plug it. The hotel could improve this.

My sister and I booked a room in this hotel for 2 days & 2 nights. We arrived in Bruxelles much earlier than the check-in time, but the politest and friendliest people at the reception allowed to check-in earlier, we really appreciated it after the night in a bus. The room was clean, beds were soft, kettle was available there. Our windows were next to the neighboring building and the quiet road. We also really liked the hotel design and it's architecture. There was also a cute tiny elevator. We really loved the location of the hotel - 5 min or less to the metro and +- 20 min by foot to the city center. This hotel is perfect when you arrive to the city for several days Thanks again for the nicest people working in this hotel❤️

Really great location between two metro stations. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity and perfect if you want to do some shopping while in Brussels. It's away from the tourist locations which is why we chose it. The room was clean , spacious and they had a tea/coffee facility in the room and lobby (plus a fridge in room that we didn't use).

The beds were a good few inches away from the wall/bed rest so you couldn't lean back to relax or watch tv on the bed. The beds have rollers and we couldn't find the lock to lock them in so just be cautious as it can move a bit when you get on the bed.

The hotel is truly in a great location — the metro and many important landmarks are within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive — they’re simply the best! When the taxi stopped on a different street, one of the staff members actually walked with me to show exactly where it was parked — I was running late for my flight, and she truly went out of her way to help. I’m really grateful for her kindness and support — that kind of care makes all the difference when you’re traveling.

The hotel is situated approximately 20 minutes from the train station on foot. It's an uphill climb, but nothing too strenuous. The location is excellent, being close to shops, bars, cafés and restaurants, with the nearest metro stop literally around the corner. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and I experienced no issues during my 3 night stay. The staff at reception were extremely polite and helpful and made my stay a pleasant one.

There was nothing to dislike.

I can’t describe enough how much me and my friend loved staying at this hotel in August. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and nice and the location was amazing - right in the main shopping street and super close to metro that enabled us to go to the center in 15 mins. Also, we really liked hotel’s sweet and hot drinks treat and their approach towards environmental well-being. If I visit Brussels again, I will definitely stay here again. I wish I could give you more than 10 points. Bien mérité!

The location is really good, It is just off one of the main streets, 300m to a Metro, 10 mins walk to a range of restaurants, 20 mins walk to the Grand Place. Breakfast is a buffet with a nice range of foods with plenty space and the ability to take your time to have a long lazy breakffast and have a second coffee and maybe another pain au chocolate. When our room was not warm a call to reception had it fixed immediately.
