Lovely helpful staff. Good breakfast and well serviced bathroom.

Air conditioning very inadequate and extremely hot, woke up sweating and difficult to sleep. No milk in rooms. Disappointed that as advertised as dog friendly and we paid for the dog there was no facility for us to sit together for breakfast somewhere a little apart from the other guests. We had to have breakfast separately whereas at the other 5 hotels on our trip provision was made for us to sit for breakfast with our dog, a little separate from the main breakfast area.

I stayed in this property many years ago, I was thrilled to see the renovation: the entire house including rooms, carpets, furniture has been renovated in detail and to a 100%. And with much style and elegance. The staff at the Manos Stephanie and at Manos Premier (sister-hotel in the same street and well situated in upper Brussels, Louise office quarters and shopping districts) is extremely friendly and empathic, always ready for a chat. The rooms, bathrooms and linen are exceptionally clean and smell good. The food & beverage outlets offer a vast choice of fresh goods. Last but not least, the price is right. The Manos hotel-chain doesn't follow the speculative "yield management" and propose fair pricing in the 4* hotel ligue

An old hotel that has been refurbished with a spacious bedroom good lighting, well appointed powerpoint and appliances such as kettle, hairdryer, fridge. Reception staff were friendly and helpful with directions, local recommendations and late check out. Breakfast choice was excellent. Enjoyed our stay. and great value for money Walkable distance to centre of Brussels (around 20 minutes) but also on the tram route.

The shower is over a bath. I personally don't like plastic shower curtains but the bathroom was spotlessly clean.

The fragrance of Greece in the North! In furniture, design, colours, even soaps🙂. Inside, like a luxurious palace. Breakfast is fabulous! Rich choice, meat, cheeses, salmon, honey, pastries, fruit, eggs, yoghurt... And all sorts of coffee. For the first time, I didn't have to go to a grocery store, because I got all my daily essentials at breakfast. Incredible that it is included in the room price. And the area is very fancy, just around the corner of Avenue Louise, near the metro, well-connected.

Everything was elegant! The room was clean, comfort and silent with perfect decoration and warm lighting. The breakfast was fresh and of high quality and wide variety served at the spacious lounge under a glass pyramid dome. The location is perfect and easily accessible by tram while it is close to Luise metro station and Midi train station. The gentle personel at reception and lounge is friendly and warmly polite. I would stay at Manos Family Hotel again in the future.

Wasn't able to leave my bag for the day after checking out on the Friday and before flying home, seemingly due to shortage of staff.

This was a gorgeous hotel, very nice large rooms, and wonderful staff. There was a real bathtub in my room which was quite a treat after nearly a week of hard traveling for me. The bed was as really comfortable, the room was very spacious and clean, and even though I was right next to the elevator the noise was not bad. They have real hotel keys for your room which is wonderful and charming. I had a very early taxi to catch and the man working the morning I left went out of his way to get me a coffee and make sure I left on time to make my train.

Nothing! This was my favorite hotel after spending a week in many different cities in The Netherlands and Belgium

Peaceful location of rooms within the hotel. Tea and coffee maker in the room. The hotel is located close to the shopping district, although with some distance to walk to the closest underground train station. Pleasant breakfast with a classical variety of food. Possibility to book a parking place (40 €/ day). Interesting design of rooms and the hall.

It’s a great hotel, all furniture, bathrooms are new, nice and tidy. A pretty good location just 20 min on foot from the city centre, incredible delicious breakfasts. The internet was very fast too.

The room was nice and comfortable, clean, very big. The breakfast was okay. The location was okay if you need Louise or Brussels Midi, otherwise not so much.

The receptionist during my check-in was strage and unprofessional, but another receptionist during the check-out was really nice.
