Very good breakfast. Interior also very nice. Location 10 min walk to the centre. Metro station in front of the hotel. Cozy beds. Water in the hallway. Big TV. Cleaning every day was very good.

Bath tub was a little small. We couldn't open the window. We couldn't turn the heating off. It was quite hot in the night. We were only sleeping in that room, so the view wasn't that important to us. Staff was nice, but no smile, and they didn't ask us how are stay was, or wished us safe trip at the check out. Breakfast staff was really nice. Reception needs to improve. All in all, very good 4 * hotel.

I like the concept of the hotel and its location. This was my second stay in this hotel and the hotel met all my expectations. The staff is very nice and helpful. I would like to specifically mention Morgane Marcus, who helped with our request to change the room to the one we had previous year. She was also very helpful in quickly resolving a technical issue related to the amount charged for our stay. She took the matter very seriously and handled it professionally. I am very grateful for her support.

The variety of food at breakfast could be better.

If you want to explore Brussels via public transport (train, tube, tram, bus, etc.) the hotel is ideally located. You can reach it very quickly from the northern train station of Brussels and one the main bus and tube nexus Rogier, is less than 100m from the hotel. You are also very quickly in the main shopping area. The hotel itself is very cosy and nice, the people are very friendly, helpful and nice. However, due to its location it is not so quiet outside, so if you like fresh air, that has to be considered. My wife and I immensely enjoyed the stay.

Very nicely designed hotel, great breakfast and nice staff. The location is right next to metro station and only 10 minutes away from railway station, where you usually start your trips to other cities such as Ghent or Bruges. Advantage is, that in this direction, you are usually first in the train, so you can get your seats easily. Surroundings of the accomodation is safe and it's close to the city center. Overall we enjoyed our vacation in Belgium in this nice hotel. Thanks!

Our room was quiet small and we had view to other building's windows.

I was really pleased with my stay overall. The staff were exceptional and the food superb.

As a disabled person (wheelchair user), I had some basic concerns. I was surprised to find that there were no emergency cords or buttons in the bedroom or bathroom. The bed itself, although very confortable, was quite high. A fixed fold-down shower seat would, be a little more secure. The access ramp to the dining room was very steep, with no non-slip surface, meaning that (very willing) members of staff needed to assist me. There was unfortunately an instance of the fire alarm triggering (false alarm) and I felt that I was left to it, until other guests helped out. The duty manager offered a profuse apology. None of these things reflect on the staff and it is a beautiful hotel. I just feel that some of the practicalities and safety features need upgrading.

Staff extremely helpful, attentive and polite. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, location is splendid (Rogier place). Not far away, there is an emergency/policlinic station so sirens are rather frequent but that didnt bother us. Oh!!! And the curtains. These were the best light proof curtains in a hotel room I have ever stayed in, well done Indigo hotel!!

Breakfast is rather limited for a carnivore (did not stay hungry, just that, sorry). Herbivores would be satisfied, I guess, which is the manifesto of the hotel.

The staff were brilliant. The sofa bed we had was broken so we were moved to a new room without any problems. Then our buggy broke and their repair man fixed it for us without us asking. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the hotel itself is decorated beautifully.

The location is great for the train station Brussels Noord and right by a metro stop but to get to the main part of town it's not the nicest part of the city. There wasn't much storage for clothes, we were there for 6 nights and couldn't put our clothes anywhere

The location is perfect. You can visit Brussels walking or the Metro Station is in front of Hotel Hotel is very clean

The Stuff should be in my opinion more friendly. It will make the stay more enjoyable

Unique style of hotel Indigo met our expectations. Staff very friendly and nice. Automatic check in and out services good, if you like it. Otherwise, reception staff very professional. Lobby is great designed, prices normal. Atmosphere is great in all public areas. Wi-fi was very good, bed and linens were great. Additional sofa was good.

Our room was in attic and had a very small windows. The air conditioning wasn’t very efficient and should be properly cleaned.

Nice hotel, comfortable, charming and in a good shape. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The car park is a public car park next to the hotel, unfortunately no special price for hotel guests. The hotel is 20 to 25 minutes away from the city centre, a bit far in the long run, the walk goes through streets which are not really picturesque. The city map they gave us should be redesigned, some sights (town hall and the cathedral) are not well indicated, and the hotel is located outside the map range, whereas other quarters south appear without being interesting for sightseing.
