The reception desk located in another place (10-15 minutes walk) which was difficult to move around with luggage after a very long flight. The extension of stay had to be done only by personally visiting the reception desk again. I think the apartment could benefit from smart booking system like those of Numa Building groups.

Great location (tram and metro are close, grocery stores, restaurants...), man has in the apartment everything he/she need, neighborhood is good

I was here almost two weeks, for this money I would appreciate if I would've got clean towels more then once. Also, since cleaning personnel came only once, it would be OK from your side to provide vacuum cleaner in the room. Drying racks are not provided and I needed to improvise... I think that this cost 20€. And just one more suggestion: basement, where the washing machine is located, is really scary place, please do something about it.

The hotel was well situated, close to communications, shopping and restaurants. Quiet, comfortable and well-equipped appartment. The house was equipped with elevator. Reception open 24/24 with friendly staff and possibility to store luggage.

No cleaning was included. The appartments are in an annexe 400 meters from the reception area. You have to pick up the keas in the reception before going to the appartment which can be cumbersome if travelling with luggage.

A wonderful place ideal for every taste. Bright, clean, quiet, comfortable, fully equipped for every need. Large bathroom and toilet. Kitchen with new electrical appliances for every necessary use. Bed very comfortable and large, large desk and kitchen table sufficient for four people. The building is located next to tram stops and the metro is 600 meters away. The staff is very helpful and polite.

The appartment was spacious, clean and warm with all necessary appliances, photos correspond with the reality. Well located not far away from Louise. Ideal for my work trip. I enjoyed my 2-night stay here.

The stairs were a bit steep and in my hands the elevator does not work. However, it was no problem for me to walk up the stairs. Controlling the warm water in the shower a bit problematic, but it can definitely be managed.

the property is spacious and it had all the appliances that i needed

1. That I had to check in far from the property. Such a hassle if you have luggage and you have to drag them from the reception to the property, or if you have to take a taxi again for just a short distance. 2. TV has no remote control 3. No luggage rack 4. No flexibility on checkout time.

Great location, especially to explore the centre! And we were on the 5th floor so it was a nice view! Had more than we even needed but nicely equipped for those who want to cook, etc. Loved all the windows and lots of light!

Furniture was a bit worn but this did not affect our stay.

First the stairs in the entrance it was very hard once check in and check out , the elevator need to be faster , but the other things are good

Instant coffee, but no sugar. (Cheap) Clueless renovation (work of an amateur) of shower area results in water just as likely to flow out in the hallway than down the drain. Sloppy assembly of wardrobes in hallway.

Location very convenient, easy to reach the city center as well as many shops / restaurants / bar in the area.

The accommodation does not have a washing machine (common with the other apartments ) as it is described in the presentation.
