Great location (tram and metro are close, grocery stores, restaurants...), man has in the apartment everything he/she need, neighborhood is good

I was here almost two weeks, for this money I would appreciate if I would've got clean towels more then once. Also, since cleaning personnel came only once, it would be OK from your side to provide vacuum cleaner in the room. Drying racks are not provided and I needed to improvise... I think that this cost 20€. And just one more suggestion: basement, where the washing machine is located, is really scary place, please do something about it.

A wonderful place ideal for every taste. Bright, clean, quiet, comfortable, fully equipped for every need. Large bathroom and toilet. Kitchen with new electrical appliances for every necessary use. Bed very comfortable and large, large desk and kitchen table sufficient for four people. The building is located next to tram stops and the metro is 600 meters away. The staff is very helpful and polite.

The appartment was spacious, clean and warm with all necessary appliances, photos correspond with the reality. Well located not far away from Louise. Ideal for my work trip. I enjoyed my 2-night stay here.

The stairs were a bit steep and in my hands the elevator does not work. However, it was no problem for me to walk up the stairs. Controlling the warm water in the shower a bit problematic, but it can definitely be managed.

1. That I had to check in far from the property. Such a hassle if you have luggage and you have to drag them from the reception to the property, or if you have to take a taxi again for just a short distance. 2. TV has no remote control 3. No luggage rack 4. No flexibility on checkout time.

Instant coffee, but no sugar. (Cheap) Clueless renovation (work of an amateur) of shower area results in water just as likely to flow out in the hallway than down the drain. Sloppy assembly of wardrobes in hallway.

This is an aparthotel in the central part of Brussels. They do not have a reception, but the one of the Agenda hotel is used. Very kind attitude from the reception staff. The room is spacious and wide. It has all the amenities. Clean and tidy.

The room needs a cosmetic refresh. She looks a little worn out.

Location very convenient, easy to reach the city center as well as many shops / restaurants / bar in the area.

The accommodation does not have a washing machine (common with the other apartments ) as it is described in the presentation.

good location, easy to get to and the interior decor was surprisingly pleasing.

the fact that keys need to be collected from a hotel which is 5/10 minute walk. I think some sort of self check-in system with a lock box may be a better way to operate the check-in.

Location was great (next to Louise), the room was big. It would be very convenient for a long stay, since it has a fully equipped kitchen. Great, renovated bathroom and toilet.

Parking entrance and parking slots were extremely tight.

Property is close to metro, walking distance from the centre, few grocery shops literally "behind the corner". The place had excellently equipped kitchen with tea/coffee/sugar provided - very much appreciated.
