The location of the hotel was very good. You can reach touristic places by walking for 15-20 minutes. The tram also passes in front of the hotel. The hotel was clean. There was breakfast but I can't comment on it since we didn't eat it. There is a water dispenser and coffee machine that can be used 24 hours a day for free. They have a room where you can leave your luggage. In general, it is a good hotel in terms of price and performance.

There could have been hotel slippers in the rooms. You have to struggle to get in through the revolving door at the hotel entrance.

Check in was so easy and smooth, the lovely lady at reception allowed us to access one of our rooms and leave luggage as we arrived slightly before check in time. Location was also wonderful, alongside that the underground parking was also excellent. The size of our room was great, a double bed and a sofa bed. Fridge available, iron and ironing board and toiletries were also provided. We added on breakfast very morning, paying in reception. It was €18, but children ate free with paying adults so was worthwhile if travelling with children. Also free coffee 24/7 in hotel lobby was great. Also had a small children's area downstairs. Was very clean and always staff around if you needed them. Would return and stay again.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable, and also could have done with more pillows than one per person. Also no tea making facilities/ kettle in the room. The breakfast hot options weren't extensive and just lacked something.

Location was great, 20 minutes by foot from the city center and 2 minutes from shopping street Louisa. Tram station in front of the hotel. Room was clean and big enough for one person, free coffee and tea 24h. Breakfast was good. Staff was polite and ok. I came around 11:00 and room was ready. If I come back again I would stay in this hotel again.

Breakfast was basic, but ok in general. The waffles are a nice touch. Basically, you can find something to eat just to start your day. Room was ok as in size, the TV set can be better. Bathroom was ok. Location is fine, tram station in front of hotel, that took 10 minutes maximum to the Louise Metro.

Bet mattresses could be better. Room cleanliness can improve, I was under the impression they did not clean every day. Breakfast could be improved in many ways. Omelet had a terrible taste. Sausages and other meat and cheese are low in quality. Cereals are also not so good.

Excellent location. Tram stop just outside makes it really easy to reach the city centre. Carrefour Express very close by. The area is very nice. Staff very helpful. Tea and coffee making facilities available in the lobby 24/7. Good selection of teas.

Coffee was not very good but teas and hot chocolate were a good alternative.

The ibis styles was exactly what you would expect: pretty clean, pretty comfortable, pretty good location, pretty good value for money. Had a locked room to leave luggage before check-in/after check-out, handy if travelling for work.

The breakfast was very minimal, no water boiler for tea in the room, no bag stand (I think?)

The location was superb - walking distance to everything or lots of transport around. It was clean and the room had everything we needed, even a microwave. Aircon worked perfectly.

The street could be a bit loud in the night, but as a good sleeper, it was not an issue for me.

Its loud because its facing the street - in the summer when the window is open. quiet when closed

The environment is very clean, the staff helpful and friendly. There is a staff called Ismail very helpful, with great customer service. Also, the location of the hotel is great. Easy access to city centre, train station.
