The location is perfecto mundo, you are right in the middle of the city center and you can walk to all the luxury stores and the room we stayed in (junior suite ) was spacious and overlooked the inner garden and was clean. The staff was nice , they gave my kids (3 and 10 ) welcome gifts. The breakfast was okay, I mean you had your typical eggs and bacon and sausages and yogurt ect and some pastries. But I thought 40 euros was on the high price for breakfast. Sundays all the stores and basically closed so the city is then pretty dead, but you can explore the outskirt of the city then. Kids can't use the pool which is a bummer cause my kids love swimming. Overall a decent expirience.

The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, the staff is helpful and polite, the location of Otrlin is good although not exactly in the center and close to transportation channels. The cosmetic products and shampoos used in the hotel are of high quality.

The hotel is an expensive upper segment hotel compared to other 5 star hotels based on daily accommodation and breakfast fee, one of the most expensive hotels in Brussels. Of course, expectations increase even more when this is the case. The guest expects some small gifts in the room, except for a small chocolate and water given every day, the guests do not encounter any nice surprises. The breakfast is definitely at the level of a 4 star hotel. Definitely do not buy extra breakfast to have breakfast with 3-4 types of cheese, a delicatessen section consisting only of pork products, no olives, cherry tomatoes, lettuce and eggs for breakfast 😔. It's been 3 days since checkout but the hotel still hasn't refunded the deposit they took from my card.

The hotel lobby area was impressive with pleasant decorations, seating and a grand piano. Our hotel room was a generous size. It had a very large bathroom with both a tub and separate shower, plus generous counter space that allowed us room to have all our travel accessories easy to access.

Appeared that you could stream NetFlix and other streaming services on television, but we could not access. We asked about it. The front desk did send a technician, who told us this service did not work in our room. Breakfast had a broader variety than many other buffets. However, the seating for breakfast seemed to be limited -- we were shown a table that felt crowded by others. Then we were told the staff needed to clear the room due to an upcoming special event which restricted our ability to have a leisurely breakfast.

The room was big, the bathroom was great with a big bathtub and Italian shower. Plenty of hot water, towels and toiletries. Large screen TV with many international channels. The breakfast buffet had many cold and warm choices plus one can ask for an omelette etc. Location: Uptown Brussels at Porte Louise with many stores, restaurants and transportation going to the Downtown area. I walked to the Sablon square and Royal Quarters to go see an exhibit in the museum. The staff made sure I had everything I needed during my entire stay. The Loui restaurant was a nice way to finish the day with a nice dinner, and not overly priced. Everything was perfect! Thanks to all the staff!

My stay at the Wiltcher’s Steigenberger amply exceeded my expectations, which were high to begin with. The staff at the reception, and everywhere at the hotel (concierge, wellness, housekeeping, management), went above and beyond, assuring I got an amazing experience and an outstanding room that matched (and exceeded) my special request, and arranging for the smoothest possible check-in and check-out that accommodated my schedule. The room was simply outstanding, and the staff at the reception were professional to the highest degree, as well as extra kind, proactive, creative, flexible and accommodating. My experience at the Wiltscher’s Steigenberger was most enjoyable, and I will certainly stay here again in the future, as well as would recommend it highly to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Brussels. Everything was truly excellent

Breakfast was top notch. Everything you could imagine for breakfast and then some. Beats American "Continental Breakfast". Front desk was very helpful with our requests. Nice surrounding neighborhoods. Lovely shops around the facility. Transportation locations were easy to find.

Not bus or tram system closeby to take you to the Train station. Easier for us to walk the 40 minutes to the station than trying to figure out the Tram system. Uber was to expensive. Anywhere else in the city you can reach from the Tram system except for getting to the train station.

we stayed here just for a couple of night but everything was really amazing the hotel its really nice, everything its really well done position is top very cose to the vibrant part of the city , beautiful gallery of vintage and mid-century forniture , nice bar like chez richard where you can have a drink or glass wine surrounded of nice people Christophe Dias needs a special mention , he is the guest relation of the hotel and he is the guy , he was so nice with us since we arrived until we left , if our trip in bruxelles was really good is also because of him , such a nice guy !!!

Room was very comfortbale, spacious, cleaners did an amazing job every day, brillant bathroom filled with lovely amenities. The breakfast was very varied and offer fresh produce. great selection of cheeses, hot food, bread, pastries, juices. Coffee machine had options but the taste of the coffee wasn't to my tasting. Good service from watier and waitresses. Great coffee machine and water available in the room. All restaurants and bars where delightful. Service was vigilant ilent but not overbearing. All food tasty as well as cocktails well made. Christams decorations where wonderful and added to the Christmas feel.

Toilet roll in bathroom was very thin and did not match the level or quality the hotel holds itself on in all other areas. All other parts of the room where fabulous What I thought was very wrong also.. to pay for the use of the spa and pool. As one of the few hotels in brussels with a pools this is a luxury for brussels. However there are very few luxury hotel like yours that charges for the use of the pool and spa 35 euros, for the pleasure. Yes it was nice to use. But how you can get guests to pay for the stay and then on top of that use the spa is wrong. lUXURY/5 star HOTEls around the world DO NOT charge for use of the pool, this should really be looked at. It a lovely part of your property but I cant see a reason to charge other then for profit reasons for hotel.

Beautiful building and beautiful rooms, amazing bathrooms and beds. The hotel itself was outstanding and a good destination for a shopping trip.

A bit far from the centre, 30 min walk. One member of staff was very rude at the end of our stay which ruined it. Aggressively asking me to move my suitcase while I was trying to put some gifts In there, making me zip it up and carry it to a quieter part of the hotel. Was a waste of time considering I was nearly finished. Assume he did t want to effect the “image” even though I just spent a large amount of money to be there, considering the price I should be able to put my gifts in my suitcase when and where I want. This instance is what lowered the rating for me. Receptionists were lovely though

Upon arrival I asked a question to Mr. Dias who promptly answered my query. A few minutes later he was at the reception speaking to us. He was polite and well- mannered and accompanied us to our room. We asked about a taxi to the airport and breakfast the following day. He informed that he would take care of it. We later received a letter in our room confirming taxi pick-up and had organized a breakfast box early morning since breakfast only opened at 07:00 am. A true gentleman and professional.
