- bathroom and toilet in separate rooms - staff is helpful - a lot of parking on the street - very quick check in - ovelall tidy - there is an elevator

- kitchen too small - bedroom too small for two large luggage - to dining table - no garbage can - there is 2 of the same chain and we didn't know and ended up one time arriving at the other location - no explanation how to park in their privat parking - too expensive for what you get, it's not a real aprtment, just a one bedroom and one other area.

Having an apartment, rather than just a room suited our party better as it gave my Autistic son space to himself to regulate. Kitchenette was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable, the English TV channels were a bonus I wasn't expecting. Check in was quick and easy, our apartment was ready even though we checked in at 11.30am. The location was good, a nice area to walk in, with a mini supermarket a 2 minute walk from the hotel to stock up on breakfast foods. The metro station was only 5 minutes walk away, with frequent trains to Midi railway station, where you can change trains to get to the centre of Brussels. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again if we return to Brussels.

Nothing, we liked everything about the hotel and apartment.

Perfect location, well connected to the city center. The room assigned was good, located on the 8th floor with an amazing view over the city, the spaces were right for 2 people. The reception was ok, I got my keys at the specified time. Only thing is I sent a message to the property (through the Booking.com app) on the morning of my arrival to ask if we could leave the luggages before the check in, but no one answered my message.

location clean facilities

The bedroom window had triangular top. that part of the window had no blinds. bright sunlight very early in summer can’t sleep with much light. informed front desk but nothing done. a simple blackout can be designed I think, I had to tape a cardboard as DIY.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and excellent assistance from the staff at the front desk. Their friendliness and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, providing a great space to relax or work. While there’s no espresso machine in the room, you can still enjoy a good coffee at breakfast or in the common areas designed for both rest and productivity. The location is another strong point—just a short walk from a grocery store, a variety of restaurants, shops, and only four minutes from the metro station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city.

There’s no espresso machine in the room.

The staff was very friendly, always there, explained everything clearly. Helped with parking. The location is good, spent two days without public transport walking with small children. The room was spacious, with a mini kitchen and all the necessary equipment. The bathroom is large, as are the rooms. The beds were very comfortable for us, even a fold-out sofa.

A small complaint about the cleanliness and state of repair in the room, it seems that the floor was not quite clean, the walls, doors have a lot of visible damage, which is visible, but does not affect the quality. Purely aesthetically.

The unlimited choice of free coffee anytime is the best offering considering the price outside. The reception personnel are very helpful and assisted us in location and transport inquiries. Hotel is bright and has homey environment. The apartment has well-equipped kitchen facilities so you can cook and bake which will save you money on food. Location is 20mins walk to tourist attractions but just 5mins to the train station which is still very accessible and cost efficient.

The bathroom and shower area are separate. So there is no water access in the bathroom which is very incovenient. The tv only shows non-English programs which is not applicable for us. It would be better if netflix or youtube is available just like what airbnb apartments are offering.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment on 2 occasions. The first was all on one level and was huge, plenty of room for the 3 of us. The second was over 2 floors with the bedroom and bathroom being upstairs and a toilet, kitchen and lounge with sofa bed downstairs. Again the room was plenty big enough for the 3 of us. The staff were really helpful, even printing off train tickets for us. The location of the hotel was good, just a short walk from the main square and streets. There was a good supermarket just round the corner and some restaurants. We went to rendezvous where we had a really lovely meal 5/5.

The first room we had was at the front of the hotel and the road is quite noisy with several sirens going off through the night. The second room was at the back and was much quieter.

To me the hotel and room were exactly as advertised and were a good price for it. The room was a decent size, furniture (bed and 2 chairs) was comfortable. There was a little bit of dust in corners and small marks on the walls, but no health concerns and otherwise it was clean. The cooking facilities (frying pans, saucepan, colander, electric hobs, microwave, dishwasher) worked great and were very useful. There is a food shop very nearby, and cafes a road away. There are fantastic views of Brussels a few minutes walk away, and the city centre is about 15-20 minutes walk. There is noise from the main road outside, however closing the vents above the windows helps hugely with this (I would have liked to have known this at the start). I also want to add I didn't hear other guests very often, which was welcome. The room does get warm, even in February with heating turned off. By opening the windows for a while its not a problem, but may be an issue in the summer. I would definitely come back, if I don't visit in the summer.

Great value for money, pet friendly and the private parking option is great, since it's very difficult and expensive to park in the area. Very clean, comfortable rooms, with sizes larger than you find in other spaces in Brussels. Pet tax was 15 eur/day and underground parking 20 eur/day. Very good option for long stays, at ~76eur/day for stays over a month in the smaller studio apartment, and I think parking for a month was about 180 eur/month, which is a super good offer. Unfortunately there is no reduction on the pet tax, it's 15 per day regardless of the period. Good grocery stores, restaurants and easy access to public transport - very well positioned! Would for sure book again!

The rooms and hallways are rather worn down due to intense usage - they could really use an update.
