Good location, no far from metro and directly on the Tram station, at the same tíme, walking distance from the downtown. Spacious suite, we got even 2 bathrooms for a family. Very tasty breakfast with vast choices. Friendly staff, All speaking English. Hotel gym is Well equipped and relatively spacious. Hotel Has it's len atmosphere, is equipped with antiques which I personally liked.

The rooms on the ground floor are affected by the tram - one Can hear it and see it in a shaking chandelier. The hotel spa might be great, but we have not tried it - 45 eur / person / hour seemed a little overpriced.

Check in was efficient. We were offered a spacious loft unit with a sitting area on the GF and a queen size bed on the second floor. Everything was luxurious appointed in the unit. The gym was also well equipped and large. Breakfast was plentiful with the usual fare.

I think it is unreasonable to charge 50 euros per person to use the spa. As the area is small, I understand it can get very congested. Perhaps consider a lower fee as I would have liked to use it. This hotel is NOT in the city centre. There are a number of trams and bus stations nearby so plan accordingly to get to the Grand Place in about 45 min.

Amazing facilities, lovely decor, very comfortable and spacious. Worth paying a bit more for a good room. There's a lovely bar, well appointed breakfast room, and a very pleasant garden area. High ceilings in the room, extra seating space, and a big window overlooking the garden made it feel very special. Staff were friendly and helpful. A boutique hotel that actually feels luxurious. Will definitely return.

The extras (spa access, breakfast) cost a lot. If you want the spa and breakfast, that's an extra 85€ per person - so basically the cost of the room again for 2 people. Also, not the hotel's fault, but there was some kind of event next door with pounding dance music through the whole night. Apparently that's not normal for the area.

Lovely vintage hotel originally made up of 4 separate houses - we had a junior suite which was spacious and the beds were incredibly large and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Location is good, explore to the South East for beautiful Art Nouveau houses and fantastic local restaurants and go North to Ave Louise for all the big shops you could need. Fab!

Parking is expensive (€40 a night) but it was safe and secure (if a little hard to get into with a big car!)

The breakfast quality is superb with many options including delicious healthy options. The staff are amazing and very friendly and made my stay there with my fiancee very special and memorable. We had a great holiday in Brussels. Spa facilities are excellent.

I am struggling to find anything that I didn't like and I would definitely recommend this place in a heart beat and I would stay again myself there in a heart.

Everything! It’s elegant with old-world beauty and grace, and was a delight. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the room and bed were comfortable. The lounge is a beautiful space for relaxing with a pre- or post-dinner beverage, and the gardens have lots a quiet, comfy spaces for reading or just being. We’d return to Brussels just to stay here again 😄

Shower was very low no good for 6 ft 2 person, restaurant closed on Sat and Sun maybe low seasonal lifts were small but understand it’s a old building overall a beautiful hotel and experience,

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The interior decoration is top notch. The facilities are amazing. The bed is so comfortable and the pillows are so soft and cushy. Their attention to details is second to none. The towels are scented and smells so good.

The room was amazing. booked last minute for same day due to travel plans being cancelled. Staff at the desk were extremely help. Breakfast was a good selection and more than enough for even my fussy children to eat something. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Did not hear anything from any other room during the stay. Great location for walking to the shopping area.

Not to mention the luxury and elegance . The staff were awesome and cooperative , I will never the smile and hospitality of Mr. Ali the guy from Albania waiting us at late evening with generous touch of 2 glasses of water and charming smile, indeed I will come again definitely to see him
