The location in the center of Brussels within walking distance of many sites. The view of the church from the many windows. The spaciousness of the apartment.

The lack of a clothes dryer, it was only a drying rack (the description of the apartment on Booking stated there is a dryer). The apartment manual didn't include instructions on how to operate the water heater which requires adjusting the wall thermostat as well as the temperature of the instant water heater. The shower doors don't close properly so water gets all over the bathroom floor. The main terrace with the small table and chairs was not usable because the door handle had been removed and there was a note stating the door cannot be opened. at least the other terrace was accessible but the was no table or chairs.

Location within Brussels was great - right across the Church of Our Lady of Sablon. Fully furnished with microwave oven, fridge, washer. Great for a family of 4. Brussels Central station is a 12-min walk though. But still great location to many of what Brussels Central has to offer.

Location of the unit was right along a main thoroughfare. So almost everyday you will be rudely woken up by the sounds of siren (surely we must be near a police/fire station), and of trams. Washer does not have a dryer function, let alone a stand-alone dryer, so laundry has to be dried all over the house - though the hosts do provide a drying rack, which in winter isn't the best.

If you love getting up close and personal with architecture, then this is the place for you. In the Recency suite, we could watch the play of light and observe details of the cathedral of Our Blessed Lady of the Sablon. It was a stunning view, and there was always something new to discover. A small, but beautiful park is right next door, along with a corner store. A larger grocery store is just a 6 minute walk away. Museums, great places to eat and the train station are all within walking distance. Brussels is spread out, so using the public transportation is nice. We took the train and spent a day at Walibi Park, Belgiums largest theme park and had a great time. The apartment itself could be accessed by stair or elevator. The balconies (3 of them) all overlooked the church. The curtains were helpful as night for blocking out light and the loud noises from the busy street below. We did arrive before checkin time, and the host let us drop off our luggage at their office so we could explore Brussels while we waited. (Note: this is a 20 minute walk from the apartment). They offered us drinks and snacks which was very thoughtful. Their staff was amazing.

As in other reviews, the street noise is indeed loud. Ear pods/headphones, closing the curtains and windows helps with this, but there are still vibrations from the constant traffic on the cobblestones. We did notice that some TLC was needed in the bathrooms and let the host know upon arrival. The team was prompt, kind, and proactive and offered to send out a repair person the next day. This was greatly appreciated. While problems sometimes arise, it is how they are dealt with that matters. The Sweet Inn Team was awesome!

Well located, big space, bright apartment, well equipped, very clean… good value for money !!

Noisy when you open the windows, located on a busy street where there is tram and cars heavy traffic till late… the apartment vibrates each time the tram passes… good for a short stay !! Main entrance door is often blocked by the big garbage bins which is not pleasant at all and stinky !!

The apartment was very roomy and included a full kitchen and a clothes washer that came in handy during our trip. It was located a short walk to attractions and a major train station so we could do day trips to other cities in Belgium. There was a small cafe near by that made getting breakfast very simple in the morning.

When we were there it was very hot, and without air conditioning opening the windows was nice when there was a breeze. However the unit is on a busy street so when the windows were open it was a bit noisy. The bathrooms were large enough but water from the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor near the shower door.

washing machine located in bedroom ensuite.no grill pan, broken lift and poor stairwell access with light that didn't work properly. There was only a sofa for 2 people and there was 4 of us.

Location, Balcony, nearby grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants.

Everything in the bathroom needs repairs and upgrades. A bit hot for some hotter days and nights, no AC and the fans provided were not enough. Noise from the street, cars, trams, and sirens.

A spacious apartment located in a great location. Notre Dame Des Victories Au Sablon is just across the street; you could see it very clearly through the window. Rooms are clean and tidy, It's suitable for a family vacation.

The apartment has no AC. Which made sleeping mot very comfortable. Fans were provided, but were not adequate.
