The staff was friendly and very helpful, the location is one of my favourite areas of Brussels, lots of really nice cafes and restaurants, parks, around. The room was beautiful, beds super comfy.

I had asked for a quiet room as I am a light sleeper, but on the first day we realized that we had been given a room that was connected to the next. We could hear everything the couple in the next room was saying/doing. We asked to be moved to a quieter room, but fortunately the other couple was checking out that day so they just let that room empty until we stayed there... So the problem was solved.

Hotel environment and local area.

Sofitel Hotel was absolutely brilliant. I can't fault the hotel at all. All staff were friendly and helpful. They recommend quite a few stuff for us to do for two days. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was so nice and peaceful. Everything was clean, and everything tasted delicious. The breakfast staff were brilliant. The location was the best. Once you step out of the hotel, there are many, many restaurants to choose from. There is also a Sky bar in the hotel, which was nice and relaxing. It's only a 10-minute walk to the station which was very convenient. We will return again.

I loved how modern and clean the hotel was. One thing I absolutely rate is the fact that all staff were MULTI bilingual and I can’t emphasise how far that goes for me personally as a traveller! So I was very impressed. They see it as the norm or nothing spectacular but as a British person I just find this very intellectual. Back to the hotel - I stay for one night and the staff were so kind enough to upgrade as it was a special occasion for my mum’s birthday. The room was spacious, nice view, we had both a shower and a bath in the bathroom and complimentary tea and coffee as well as a voucher for drinks on the rooftop bar. Very positive experience but not experience for long as I was visiting Belgium for the day so I’ll be excited to return back soon.

I felt as though a jacuzzi was missing but besides that nothing.

Very good breakfast

The air con in our room was not working. It constantly warmed the room, with no option to turn it off or cool down. We requested support from reception/staff, and the only solution they provided was to open the window. We stayed at 2nd floor, and with noisy traffic outside, and kids sleeping in our room, this was a poor option. Spent two nights here, way too warm, slept poorly. Really wished that the reception offered us another room.

I had a room on the seventh floor. It was very quite and spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. I enjoyed the fact that there was an office table, which I used to do some work during my stay. The wifi connection was fine and provide a good stable connection.

On the seventh floor there was a rooftop bar, which would have been nice to experience, but on both days it was reserved to a private groop. That was dissapointing.

The room was perfect and it was a very clean hotel with helpful stuff. Location was also well with a metro station nearby. It was a lovely stay.

They block a deposit from bank account and you receive after your check out in 1 week. I stayed in many 5 stars hotels without deposit and I think they should change this policy. They can charge everyone what ever they spent.

Hotel has amazingly comfy bed, one of my best sleeps at hotels ever! Staff was very attentive and nice, both front desk (Ryan) and Breakfast staff was very nice! Thank you, it was super great short stay! Very central and convenient, close to EU buildings, if that is your aim visiting Brussels. Next to hotel is great square with nice cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Old town of Brussels just few metro stops away.

Good location, nice room and comfy bed. The 1040 bar was nice but the rooftop bar was only open on one of the three evenings that we were there and it looked like it was a private party so we didn't try it.

A bit pricey for what you get, and €33 each for breakfast is just crazy - €66 for two people!! €66 each day...! Thank goodness there were other options outside the hotel.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, my 5 year old son was given a travel diary to fill in during our stay which he loved! The rooms were lovely and very clean, the beds were so comfortable and the hotel is in a great location! The cocktails were delicious in the rooftop bar overlooking the square. We all really enjoyed our visit.

We had a spacious room, with a separate living room. They offered nice amenities, the restaurant was really good (we had breakfast there). There was a nice rooftop bar with expansive views. The hotel was located right next to a lovely park and a courtyard with restaurants. It was situated well to the airport (@ 25-minute cab ride).

Nothing really.
