I was impressed. May be a bit older hotel, but spacious and comfortable. Best location. The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the metro line and from the direct bus that takes you to the BRU airport in 25 minutes. Between two beautiful parks on the edge of commercial and residential areas. I had a double room on the 8th floor with garden views - amazing view on the city day and night. For me, the bathtub was a huge plus as well. No early morning sun, but instead, a beautiful sunset. The personal was quick and helpful providing a "kitchen sett" when I wanted to use my kitchenette. Recommended!

I received a warm welcome from the staff at the Reception of this hotel who were very helpful such as booking a taxi to the airport and nothing was too much trouble to them. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and homely place to stay and close to public transport. There was a choice of restaurants and pubs to choose from nearby so it was a good choice for me and I hope to return again in the near future.

The best thing is the size of the standard room. It is huge (compared to other similar hotels). It also has a large round table, where I could work with my laptop and my papers in a comfortable way, without squeezing everything on top of a narrow desk. the room was recently redecorated, which is also good. I had stayed in this hotel in the past and the rooms were getting "old", but now it is fine. They have also put separate plugs for charging phones, near the beds, which is also convenient. Another excellent feature is the location of the hotel, very near the Schuman metro and train station, from which you can go everywhere in the city and also to the airport. The staff is excellent, polite and very helpful.

It's a small thing, but there was no second plug for the kettle, which was on top of the fridge. I had to move it elsewhere in the room to use it.

The location of the hotel is perfect for a business and tourist trip to Brussels, right in the midst of the EU institutions and with plenty of traffic connections, restaurants, and shops around. The cost of staying there is not low, but it seems to be lower than others in the area. The room is extremely big for any hotel, let alone one that is so central. It is actually more like a small apartment than a hotel room. It has a 24 hour desk and very friendly and helpful staff. I will try to stay there every time I am in Brussels.

Everything was great. No need for any particular upgrades. If I am being picky, the kitchen in the room is a bit dated. This is really being picky because you don't get a room that size and a kitchen in a hotel so central.

Very nice hotel! Good connection with the subway or train, if not 30 min walk from the main station. Close to a beautiful park. Very big room with a little kitchen and fridge which was really useful. Lovely balcony seeing the garden. Comfortable beds.

The beds were two separated singles beds next to each other. Not so comfortable if you want to cuddle with your partner haha The breakfast wasn’t really good. We only payed for one day. The rest of the days we bought something somewhere else.

Very nice location in the outskirts of Paris. Saint Germain is a lovely place, and the hotel has an outstanding view towards Paris (Seine Valley). The bathroom was mordem and everything super clean. The hotel steeps in history as the birthplace of Louis XIV, offers a blend of historical charm and modern comfort. The staff were attentive and ensured that every aspect of my stay was perfect, bringing nice solutions to our requests.

The breakfast on Sundays could be continuous rather than finishing at 10h.

Great location, in particular for meetings with EU institutions: - spacious room, clean, tidy, bathroom renovated, - quick check in - check out, friendly staff, - very good breakfast, - close to metro station, train station and bus to the airport.

a) Bed was not comfortable. It was too soft. Would be happy if next time I will find a new one! :) b) Hotel prices in Brussels are getting crazy - and price per night was definitely too high. c) ... and I missed slippers (difficult to understand they are missing taking into account price paid and 4-star hotel?).

We came for the Brussels 20km run. Location was perfect. Clean, friendly staff not too noisy even on the weekend. A bit dated but clean and good value for money. Very big room!

The double bed was two beds pushed together (nicely made up) but which was very soft in the middle where they connected and you tend to roll inwards.
