Great location - place de Luxembourg, very close to European institutions, super close to the European Parliament. The included breakfast is big even for a person for whom it is the most important meal of the day. My room included everything necessary for a short stay, even a kettle and a small fridge. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The only thing that bothered me was the key getting stuck in the door of my room.

My regular hotel when I have a work to do at the European Parliament as it is right in front of the EP. The bed was so large and comfortable I slept as if I was at home. The shower was also very good. I had to check in late but I received a clear instruction as to what I should do in order to access my room and there was absolutely no problem.

I said here before but the lighting is too dark, which is not ideal if you need to do some paperwork to do.

Very efficient self-check in with easy key access. The location was very easy to get to with it being so close to a railway station. The room was comfortable and clean and well presented.

Rooms are very close together in very enclosed landing spaces so the noise outside of the door is quite considerable when other people are checking out

I really the staff of the hotel. I was warmly welcome, I felt safe and it was reassuring. I really enjoyed the location , you have a bus stop,a train stop , a grocery store , a pharmacy in less than 1 minute walk. The room was clean and the bed confortable . I also enjoyed the little breakfast served down . It is relaxing. I would recomend for long or short stay.

Good location, outside of the busy center, but a nice walk away from most of the attractions. Nice stuff member and the room is nice and spacious :) Close to public transports

Wall are quite thin. Not quite the hotels fault, but maybe good to keep in mind and be respectful for others. Neighbors were listening TV quite loud at 2 AM :/

I loved the period features like the high ceilings and coving even if there are a few areas which are a bit tired. The breakfast was delicious.

Doors to the bathroom were rather narrow. There is no lift which might be an issue if you have any reduced mobility and are on an upper floor.

A bit unusual but very functional hotel, the staff was friendly and the room was nice and big. It was easy to check in after hours with the information provided

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was big and very clean, which I appreciate in any hotel. The location is good too, close to the EU offices (with museums and exhibits) and the main bus line which takes you straight into the city center - perfect for a tourist. And the prices was very good compared to other Brussels hotels. The room had a nice smart TV for watching YouTube and a good Wi-Fi connection. Came with a water heater and tea as well. The beds were crazy comfy and the heating was good too.

The bathroom is literally built inside the room (not a problem since the rooms are big) with the toilet seat right in front of a barely opaque glass door which does not stay closed all the way... Hope you enjoy seeing and hearing your roommate pooping.

Closely located to the public transport stops, not too far from grocery store as well. Staff was nice, kept room clean and organized and refreshed towels daily.

The same as with all European rentals, no AC. We stayed in August, meaning it was extremely hot and difficult to get comfortable to sleep.

Excellent location if you have to be close to buildings used to EU meetings. Staff is very kind and helpful.

Shower was not working properly. There is not enough room to place clothes and belongings. A small desk would have been useful.
