I loved loved loved it!!!! The staff was soooooo incredibly helpful and friendly. They helped us with dinner, taxi and train reservations as well as with other helpful information. Marta went above and beyond but EVERYONE was friendly and professional! And I loved our room (the decor, the size, the light), the breakfast buffet (REALLY great fresh fruit, smoothies, the best scrambled eggs I have ever had, just about any other breakfast item you could think of), the wonderful restaurant, and, again, the lovable staff. I definitely want to come back!!!!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My spouse and I had a wonderful weekend here. The hotel is very close to all the key attractions in Brussels, so you can walk around and see a lot. The hotel itself is on a quiet street, and there are nice cafes nearby where you can have a snack or breakfast if you don't want to eat at the hotel. The hotel has a beautiful garden in the courtyard. The room was excellent, and we especially liked the bathtub (it was very comfortable). The hotel staff are very polite and attentive. We had a great time at this hotel.

Staff: Very discreet and friendly. Room: our room was clean, bright, airy, well furnished with 3 seating areas, large sofa, a large desk, coffee table area, large bathroom with a shower and bath, 4 poster bed. Separate cloakroom area with three closets and draws plus shelves, a safe for valuables, minibar, iron, ironing board and press, TV with satellite channels (English and French/Dutch language) channels. Breakfast: Buffet with a large selection of hot and cold food, freshly squeezed juices and fresh smoothies. Location: very central, close to metro and parks. Food: room service available. Restaurant and bar on site. Overall: a wonderful clean and luxurious hotel close to shops and transport links. Lovely. A real jewel of a hotel, we will return.

Clean and comfortable, nice staff

2 out of 3 cups of tea at breakfast were warm, not hot. I asked for a hot one for the second cup. It happens often when the water is not boiled in a kettle. Tea needs 95 degrees! Also there was a mix up with my bill and I was asked at first to pay 2 breakfasts although I was a solo traveler and had already paid for breakfast. For over €250 a night this was a bit much.

Location is good. In general, the impressions are good, pleasant atmosphere, clean, vases with fruit. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, but have limited daylight. Breakfast is very good, a wide range of products. The room has an ironing board and an iron, a coffee machine, a mini fridge, slippers, bathrobes

Hair dryers are old and of low power, overheat and stop working. Among the negatives also timely preparation of the bill for accommodation on demand with the relevant data and a very limited takeaway breakfast for early departure.

The location is perfect, 5 metro stops from Brussels-midi (10 mins) and 15 mins walking to city centre and 5 mins to European parliament. The stuff is super friendly and helpful. At breakfast, they are so helpful, polite and kind. good breakfast, good bed, good facilities in the room. The design and deco in the lobby and bar are also very nice.

it's not a big deal, but i always like shower and bath separate, as shower in the bathtub, the space is bit small.

I like my stay very much at the property. Location was perfectly comfortable, interior- nice, staff - polite. I ordered food to my room and it was truly delicious. Bed was comfortable.

Only thing that could be considered a con in my head was the fact it was a bit too cold during the night and I am not sure if I did something wrong with the A/C, or it was something else (have to admit that I usually prefer to be warm around me). Also, I didn’t find any accessories for the bath (I like to have bubbles and etc), not sure if I was supposed to ask for them, cause they already brought me some other stuff like toothpaste and brush. Both of the point are completely dismissed in my head and I will stay again at this hotel the next time I return to Brussels!

Very nice accommodations with excellent staff. The bar area offered a good variety of seating options, which we made use of on multiple evenings. Special somplemenys to the young sir, Josef. The restaurant, Brighton, was superb. Our check in was smooth.

One of our hand towels had a brown stain, which I placed outside the door on the first night. There were dust bunnies under the desk in the front room, which I discovered after I dropped my earrings. The holders for the hand soaps/ shampoos / conditioners all have a mold build up on them. Not appealing.

Room was big in size and very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely, just a small bit pricey, the staff at reception and in the restaurant were very helpful and kind. The hotel is located in a nice area near the train station and the European Parliament, overall was a brilliant weekend away and we would definitely recommend it to others and come back ourselves in the future.
