We stayed there for three nights with my girlfriend. Overall, it was a nice place, and I recommend it if you are visiting Brussels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. During the first hours of our stay, we heard very strange and loud noises from the cooling system in our room. We reported this to reception, and the staff immediately took action by changing our room and even upgrading it to a better one. The neighborhood is very nice, and it is within walking distance (10 to 20 minutes) of almost all major tourist attractions in Brussels. The room itself was quite spacious and tidy, with a safe, and the cooling system was very effective. However, I think an extra wardrobe would have been really nice, as there wasn’t enough space for the clothes of two people. Also, the bed was relatively small compared with the size of the room (and compared with our first room). But overall, it was a good experience, and we enjoyed our stay.

The only negative side, though not related to the hotel, was the construction noise from outside. They started their work at 7 a.m., and it was very loud, even shaking our bed. So, we had to wake up early even though we would have enjoyed some extra sleep during our vacation. We had to ease our morning headaches with some coffee and tea.

Silent calm comfortable room, silent air-conditioning which is great, separate toilet at the entrance of my room which was very nice. Fruit basket just before the elevator doors to the rooms which was very kind and water served at the reception was delicious all the time. Molton products for amenities were really good and my pillow was smelling awesome, relaxing 🙏 I hope they intentionally used a linen smell;) (hope that it was not the smell of the previous customer🤣)

Breakfast was good simple tasty but compared to the quality of the hotel it may be improved and the options can be increased.

Virtually everything went well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, if a little expensive. I was appreciative of the English TV channels.

There were no English Breakfast tea bags in the bedroom, only Earl Grey and Green Tea. Neither of these are widely drunk in the UK. Most English people drink English Breakfast tea, or its equivalent. I don't take milk in my tea but most English people do. There was only 'cream' in the room - cream is never taken with tea. A few cartons of milk would be appreciated by English guests. Re: breakfast - very nice, though I am not fond of the 'slimy/creamy' scrambled egg - I prefer scrambled egg well cooked and firm.

This was such a lovely stay! The room exceeded my expectations; I like a setup where the hotel room is not just a big cube but has its "zones". There was a foyer area with a space to hang coats and leave shoes, and the bathroom and separate (!!!) toilet opened to this space. Then a 2 step "corridor" led to the spacious room. The bed was super comfortable, and the sheets clean and crispy; I understand now why other reviewers used the word "luxurious"! The staff was very welcoming, kind, and attentive. I already recommended this hotel to 2 friends. Thank you for the nice welcome, and hope to be back!

A very nice hotel in a classic style. We were accommodated in double rooms. They are a little smaller than indicated on the booking. We had a few technical issues, but the staff was very willing and professional. They always solved everything and offered us compensation. We had a view of the magical inner courtyard full of greenery. The bed is comfortable and the bedding is excellent. Great cosmetics in the bathroom. the air conditioning worked properly and was relatively quiet. Breakfast is nice.

I loved loved loved it!!!! The staff was soooooo incredibly helpful and friendly. They helped us with dinner, taxi and train reservations as well as with other helpful information. Marta went above and beyond but EVERYONE was friendly and professional! And I loved our room (the decor, the size, the light), the breakfast buffet (REALLY great fresh fruit, smoothies, the best scrambled eggs I have ever had, just about any other breakfast item you could think of), the wonderful restaurant, and, again, the lovable staff. I definitely want to come back!!!!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My spouse and I had a wonderful weekend here. The hotel is very close to all the key attractions in Brussels, so you can walk around and see a lot. The hotel itself is on a quiet street, and there are nice cafes nearby where you can have a snack or breakfast if you don't want to eat at the hotel. The hotel has a beautiful garden in the courtyard. The room was excellent, and we especially liked the bathtub (it was very comfortable). The hotel staff are very polite and attentive. We had a great time at this hotel.

Staff: Very discreet and friendly. Room: our room was clean, bright, airy, well furnished with 3 seating areas, large sofa, a large desk, coffee table area, large bathroom with a shower and bath, 4 poster bed. Separate cloakroom area with three closets and draws plus shelves, a safe for valuables, minibar, iron, ironing board and press, TV with satellite channels (English and French/Dutch language) channels. Breakfast: Buffet with a large selection of hot and cold food, freshly squeezed juices and fresh smoothies. Location: very central, close to metro and parks. Food: room service available. Restaurant and bar on site. Overall: a wonderful clean and luxurious hotel close to shops and transport links. Lovely. A real jewel of a hotel, we will return.

it was really nice and clean hotel. it is nice to have toilet and bathroom seperated. And bathroom was quite big. it was not new but in good condition. we also really enjoy the breakfast and garden. i would highly suggest to reserve parking space in front.

maybe the ventilation is not efficient but the windows can be opened.
