The staff were friendly and wonderful. All polite. The room was clean and has all good amenities. We were so impressed that there was free water and chocolate in the mini bar. Fantastic touch.

Breakfast was quite frankly diabolical. Way over priced. The scrambled eggs were chewy and inedible. The hashbrowns were cold and everything tasted of meat. We are vegetarians and could clearly taste that everything had been cooked together. It was indelible and disgusting. The carrot juice tasted rancid. No cereal choice either. A really poor show and it was the ONLY thing that let you down as everything else was honestly a 10/10

I loved the customer service, in particular Daniel who had a problem with the system when I checked in , and Phyo and Anna who were extremely friendly and accommodating.Their service, flexibility and interaction was 10/10 throughout the 3 days and felt genuinely friendly and pleasant throughout.

The room was a little stuffy. My room was 425. I couldn't turn on the AC (I could have asked for help but didn't afterwards as it wasn't hot enough). The bathroom had a strong mouldy smell on the first day that cleared out with time after opening the window. But the amenities (coffee machine!), cleanliness, design and size were all good. Room experience: 6.5/10 (would be 10/10 if not for the smell and AC that I couldn't operate). The restaurant is maybe slightly on the pricey side. Not the best value for money if you want to pay for the food separately: 6/10 value for money.

The location, the room, the start - everything was perfect, loved our stay here. Despite the little delays, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back again.

The check-in and check-out proceses could be improved. There’s usually just one person checking you in, the self check in didn’t work (it gets to a point of asking for payment even if we already paid, and then just resets). Eventually we had to wait for the receptionist to check us in for 15-20 minutes. For the checkout (which is quick in itself) there was actually no one at the reception, so we still had to wait for 10-15 minutes. They did offer us a free drink for the wait, but in general the whole processed could be improved.

I picked the RED as I typically stay at the radisson in central brussels when I travel but due to the conference in town the other radisson was extremely expensive and this one was about 20mins from the central area by either taxi or scooter with suite rooms which were almost like 2 adjoining rooms with the fold out couch and a roll away for a price of a small single room at the other location. I found the rooms generally in good condition, comfortable beds and i liked the self check out small shop on the ground floor so you can go down for snacks and drinks at any hour. the gym was also well outfitted and seemed generally under used by other guest when I was there. the room had a bathtub and 2 tvs plus a sliding door so if some people wanted sleep or privacy it was an option.

the location I found further away than I expected from the central downtown area. I also really disliked that in our suite the bedroom had no windows and felt a bit like a storage room as a result. I don’t know if this is all suites or just ours specifically but it was one of the stranger features I wish wasn’t there. It also had very little light in the bedroom as a result so it really felt like any time of day was evening.

Nathan on reception was just brilliant - he looked after us when our family room wasn’t ready on arrival and was super friendly and helpful with any queries we had throughout our stay. The hotel had a nice vibe. The attached restaurant was handy and the food was good. Great location - handy for trains, trams and buses and a short walk from the centre of Brussels.

The menu in the restaurant was very limited and in addition to that the very few dishes on the menu weren’t always available. We arrived back late on our last night and tried the advertised “Call and Collect” food option from our room but reception didn’t answer - when we went down the woman on reception said there was no such thing and we had to go into the restaurant and order ourselves and then hang around for 15-20 minutes for our food which completely defeated the point of the advertised “service”.

The staff was nice and welcoming. The room is modern, spacious and well furnished with a confortable bed and a big dinner table that could fit at least 4 people. The bathroom is also quite spacious and everything was clean. Though we were just staying for one night, the lounge space seemed nice. The hotel is located right next to the European institutions and the Bruxelles-Luxembourg train station. You can reach the city center within 25-30 min by foot, it's a nice walk. An underground parking is also available right across the street, though the available parking spots are limited. I recommend a stay at the Radisson Red Brussels.

It would be nice to be able to book the parking spot in advance.

This is a good hotel. Its main advantage is a very well trained staff. This is a real thing: all staff members are well trained, the reception staff really helped us more than once. Rooms are clean, soundproof is good, hotel's location - right near Euro Parliament and one of underground stations is pretty convenient. Add to this all room stuff is in place: from a fan to slipping shoes :)

The breakfast was ordinary, not bad, but ordinary. For 25 EUR per person we expected a little bit more

The room was clean and spacious. Decent facilities at the hotel. Wonderful staff, esp Nathan. He helped with our late check-out request and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and a smooth checkout experience. The location was central, with a covered parking area right across the road.

The hotel doesn't have room service and the buffet breakfast options are very limited. However, it wasn't a deal-breaker and we would surely book here again if visiting the city.

-Very modern cosy design with spacious rooms - Located 10 mins away by public transport to downtown, the bus stop in just in front of hotel and runs every 5 mins. - Great helpful staff we were met by Sinh who was very friendly and extremely nice took his time to explain the hotel facilities and give us a thorough briefing on the attractions and how reach it. - Car park available in a building cross the road and passing with the baggages was not issue at all. The only thing about the parking if you need around you have to pay each time but leaving the car and explore the city by public transport or walking is much easier the coast of the parking is 23 Euros per night.

Great location right next to EU Parliament building, Luxembourg square, fun decorations, felt safe at all times , very comfortable beds , spacious rooms. Good selection at breakfast. Quick check in and check out . Would definitely recommend and book again.

A bit more attention to details when it comes to cleaning would make this an excellent hotel. Also would love room service. Limited lighting in the room , made it feel dark at times.
