The staff were really nice, it was in a very good location (very close to tourist attractions and just by the train station), the room was nice and clean

It was really hot in there, I was boiling. There no air conditioning, opening the windows let the houseflies in plus the hotel is just by the road so it was too noisy to open the windows anyways and there’s the fact that it was 29 degrees outside too. Found myself hyperventilating so many times during the night. Also there’s only an overhead shower and so if you don’t have a shower cap, it might be uncomfortable for you.

I arrived after midnight and the receptionnist was really kind. The staff was very kind and helpful in general. The room was nice and comfortable. I needed an hotel not far from King Baudouin football stadion. This hotel was perfect for this: a metro station in front of the hotel to reach the stadion in 2 stations. An alernative is a walk of 1200 m on foot.

The room was rather little. Almost big for Paris, but we are in Brussels.

The bathroom was proper, the bed was comfortable, they have an elevator, a few steps away from the exit of the metro which is good if you come back from town late. Good for a night or two.

It was the most single single I ever stayed in, but ok given the price. I was aware it would be at a crossway of roads with trafic, including tram, but did not expect one window not to shut properly so the noise was more disturbing. The benefit was that it covered night noises coming from neighbouring rooms.

I have experience with hotels in Brussels skiing I travel a lot for my work, I have tried many hotels but this is one of the best hotels I have visited, and I will always come back, I like the tranquility of the hotel and I have seen only clean and quiet people, cleanliness every day everything clean you can have coffee in the bar in general everything is in order

Metro and electric scooters and bikes located outside for easy travel. Cleaning staff were lovely and gave fresh towels and hygiene products every day. View was amazing. Right beside mini europe and atomium (5-10 minute walk)

Window didn’t open fully as it hit the roof but didn’t effect our stay.

Room was a decent size. The bed was comfortable and big enough. Everything was clean. I was given a large fan to keep cool during the heat.

I have two minor complaints; there was no fridge provided in the room. I believe there was a fridge downstairs in the kitchen/bar area where you could store things. The drain in my shower was a bit blocked so had to take short showers so it wouldn’t flood the bathroom.

Very Good location near metro. Room and washroom were neat, clean and comfortable. Clean and quite neighbourhood. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We faced small discomfort in access to the hotel main door ,as it was opened from inside only by the reception available for 24 hours.,this issue can easily be solved with RFID cards.

One of the best hotels in Brussels, I travel a lot to brussels for work, and yes as they are hotels, but this one I will not change, very clean room, super comfortable bed, shower, bathroom, open 24h, very friendly and helpful staff, finally found a quiet place.

Alcohol is all that is needed

Shower in my room was broken such that water used to leak outside and flood the entire bathroom.

Perfect location, metro station is directly next to the hotel entrance. Very friendly and helpful staff. The bed was perfect, sleep was so nice on it. The room was clean.

Shower wasn’t working well and the water was everywhere . That would be great, if there will be a curtain in the shower. Also as a wish, that would be nice to have carpets in the room :)
