- It is a brand new hotel, location is close to the airport. - The room was really quite. - It was cold outside, but air-conditioners was working good. - The rooms are as in the photos. - It was pretty clean.

- Parking fee (15 Euro per night) would be cheaper (even free :) ) for those staying at the hotel. - Room keys needed to re-activated. - Problems with the being new :) Like waking up with smoke alarms due to a bug. - There was only one electrical socket, and it was near the door, not near the bed or the desk. (For phone charging it was OK, there were 2 type-C input embedded to the bed).

The Front desk , Breakfast, also the professionalism and friendliness of the cleaning crew - everything was spot on. Special thanks to the front desk who were very cordial - they also called me to remind me of something i had left behind in error. The hotel is new and a bit off the busy areas but that's a good thing to relax. The room was technologically much 'advanced' that i have seen in some other hotels (dimming lights conveniently near bed, Air-con controls all integrated and in one neat small box) as this is a new hotel i believe...including the well equipped shower room. Great for a short stay!

It would be great for people who are new to Brussels to give them a warning that the mornings can be quite hectic when it comes to Taxis or Uber. This is true for many big cities however i was late for my meeting due to non availability of transport so it will be a nice touch to let guests know if they have to be somewhere early next morning or to catch a flight, to plan in advance and let front desk know to order taxi for example as it could take up 45 mins to arrive!

I loved the use of the lovely natural wonderful wood and the cleanliness of the entire hotel and the rooms had a fabulous hot water pot and I absolutely loved the still AND sparkling water dispenser on our floor. It also felt like they care about recycling and the environment by the clean nice looking trash bins on the floor. Loved the restaurant and incredible views!!!! Quality delicious dinner and breakfast buffet. EXCELLENT tasting high quality coffee too!!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Also appreciated to bus shuttle to the hotel from the Brussels airport.

I really liked the hotel. There’s parking available (with an additional fee of €15), and the elevator goes directly to the room, parking, reception and restaurant. It’s very convenient and close to the airport. I really liked the lighting system in the bedroom. It’s very comfortable — no need to turn off each light one by one.

The breakfast selection was a bit limited, and there weren’t many power outlets in the bedroom. Moreover, I asked the hotel in advance whether I needed to reserve a parking spot, and the staff told me it wasn’t necessary. However, when I checked in, the reception asked if I had a reservation for parking because the lot was quite full, and they advised that I should reserve in advance next time. I was a bit confused as to why I was initially told that no reservation was needed.

Spotless and tastefully decorated hotel located 8 min from Brussels airport. Friendly staff, (paid) parking available on-site. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop bar/restaurant on the 8th floor with nice views of the city. Gym/wellness access for guests. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean. Big comfy bed and pleasant lighting options. Filtered water, coffee, tea available. Lovely discovery!

Minor observation that did not prevent us to have an excellent stay: There is no reception desk at the entrance and you'll need to use the elevator up to the 8th floor. There was a light humidity smell in the hallways and bedroom (when the airco was off) - possibly due to the building being brand new.

Rooms are extremely nice with large double bed, very modern and clean. You get plenty of space in the room and to work. USB charging points are to hand by the bed, traditional plug points are a bit hidden. You are provided with an iron/ironing board which is welcome and unusual. Location is NOT so close to the airport (you cannot walk it). Shuttle bus only operates for a limited time in the morning and evening - outside of those times CALL THE HOTEL they will provide a free taxi (although this is not stated on the website)

I genuinely enjoyed everything about this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms truly stood out. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and felt fresh and comfortable every day. You can tell that great care is taken in ensuring high standards of hygiene throughout the property.

It’s a new hotel, so super clean, helpful staffs, quality breakfast is available for 30€, food is also really good, quiet, The reception is at 8th floor, There is small fitness room, sauna and steam room at ground floor, Regular bus transport from hotel to airport and back btw 4-10 am & 17-23 almost every 45 min or they would arrange a taxi for you. Room facilities include coffee machine and water boiler, iron and iron board, hairdryer.

For frequent transfer to The city and back better to get a car.

The hotel is brand new, everything is very modern, state-of-the art and clean. The room had a nice view and the bathroom is very large. The bed was very comfortable, it was very quiet and the breakfast area has a wonderful view. Friendly staff. Great gym on the ground floor.

The coffee could be improved, otherwise everything was great.

Bed mattresses are not that good quality.. Hotel management should look to change with more solid and firm mattress otherwise people with back pain will have issues. Hotel restaurant: very less variety of food and bit pricy too, I don't mind paying price but there needs to be more choices in menu especially it's very difficult to get food delivered from outside due to mostly outside restaurants being far away.
