It is super convenient that the hotel is located in the area of ​​the airport. Ideal if you have to fly early in the morning. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is fine and spacious enough. We had a bath, which was really nice to relax. In the meantime, being able to see planes landing and taking off outside is also nice to see.

We specifically asked for a quiet room, but a family with (loud) children were staying in the room above us. The children were running/stomping around all the time. We asked to change to another room and they agreed. We appreciate this very much.

I did not have breakfast but I had lunch on the check-in day. Nice food but a bit pricey but I realise prices are rising everywhere. Still a nice cosy restaurant (Gullivers). Lovely complementary home made cookies with the coffee. Thank you. Staying at the Sheraton Airport a day before flying took a lot of stress out of my travel especially with the unpredictable regular train strikes in Belgium. From now on I going to start my travel a day in advance in your hotel at the airport. Just brilliant! The best service was the late check out possibility which was worth every euro! Thank you and I will definitely be back! Oh forgot to note that the bed pillows are divine! Best ever!

Nothing really!

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were great. The room was actually silent during the night, which was very welcome. The room was very clean and our food and drinks via room service were great, and delivered by a friendly man. It was really important to be so close to the airport as I was travelling with my pet and wanted to get him out of his travel bag as soon as possible after landing at the airport, so the location is excellent.

Although I had booked and paid for our rooms, confirming I was bringing a pet, I had to make an additional payment on arrival to cover the cost of the pet. This delayed my check-in and I couldn't understand why this wasn't included when I made the booking. Also, we arrived around 6.30pm at the hotel and there was no concierge to help with our luggage. For an airport hotel where many guests are likely to have luggage, I was surprised to be told "there's no-one here but you can use a trolley".

The room was large and clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff of reception was very friendly. It is located opposite the airport and a 2-minute walk to the airport

Something unpleasant happened when dining in the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. I was treated differently by a waitress in the restaurant. Maybe because I am Asian, she was very reluctant to serve me. After she invited me to sit down, she did not come back to take my order for nearly 20 minutes. But at the same time, she was very enthusiastic to the non-Asian customer next to me. When I finished my meal and wanted to pay the bill, she would rather wipe the table in front of me 10 times than give to bill to me. Everything in the hotel was perfect, but it was all destroyed by this. I wish the hotel can correct the mistake in time and improve the service awareness of its employees.

I really liked that the hotel was right across from the airport super convenient! The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay better.

What I didn’t like was that, while Sheraton is usually known for luxury and modern design, this hotel felt quite outdated. Due to restaurant renovations, dining was moved to another area, but unfortunately, that space lacked style and atmosphere. All in all, the location was ideal for a quick stopover, but considering the outdated facilities, the price felt too high for what you get.

The Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel is the perfect choice if you have an early flight—just a short walk from the terminal, making travel stress-free. The reception staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. The food at Gulliver Restaurant was a pleasant surprise: delicious, well-priced for the quality, and served quickly with great attention to detail. While the hotel is on the higher end price-wise, the convenience, comfort, and excellent service make it well worth it. Would definitely stay here again!

The proximity to Brussels Airport lends itself to an overnight stay before taking an early-morning flight the next day. The room, facilities and comfort are in line with what the Sheraton normally offers. Reception offered a really good welcome, and the check-in process was efficient and speedy. The room met my satisfaction with good quality beds for a nice night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was good, especially the amount of fruit on offer.

After a long train journey to the hotel, it was difficult to locate the hotel from the train station, spending well over 15 minutes walking around trying to find some directional signs. Signposting from the train station could be improved.

The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and it met my general expectations for a 4-star hotel.It was not my first time staying at a Sheraton Hotel, but the Sheraton at Brussels Airport was the best compared to other branches I’ve stayed at before. With just a bit more attention to in-room amenities—such as providing tea bags and more coffee capsules—it would truly offer great value for what guests pay.

This was a great airport hotel. Just a hop, skip, and a jump to Brussels airport. We had a family connecting room, which was extremely clean, comfortable, and spacious. Rooms were surprisingly quiet, too. Gullivers restaurant was superb, and breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. From the airport, there were frequent trains to the city centre for a little sightseeing if you've got time to spare while waiting for your flight.

Very pleased to find twin beds well separated. (Too many European hotels call a twin room one in which the beds are joined together and cannot be separated. Not appropriate for friends who are not intimate.) Beds were comfortable and room was well designed with plenty of counter or desk space, and both a desk chair and an easy chair with hassock. Very quiet. Very easy to get to airport for morning flight and easy access from rental car return. Staff efficient and polite although wait staff in restaurant seemed overworked.

Price, but worth it this time for convenience. Too many pillows and all too fat for sleeping.
