I did not have breakfast but I had lunch on the check-in day. Nice food but a bit pricey but I realise prices are rising everywhere. Still a nice cosy restaurant (Gullivers). Lovely complementary home made cookies with the coffee. Thank you. Staying at the Sheraton Airport a day before flying took a lot of stress out of my travel especially with the unpredictable regular train strikes in Belgium. From now on I going to start my travel a day in advance in your hotel at the airport. Just brilliant! The best service was the late check out possibility which was worth every euro! Thank you and I will definitely be back! Oh forgot to note that the bed pillows are divine! Best ever!

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were great. The room was actually silent during the night, which was very welcome. The room was very clean and our food and drinks via room service were great, and delivered by a friendly man. It was really important to be so close to the airport as I was travelling with my pet and wanted to get him out of his travel bag as soon as possible after landing at the airport, so the location is excellent.

Although I had booked and paid for our rooms, confirming I was bringing a pet, I had to make an additional payment on arrival to cover the cost of the pet. This delayed my check-in and I couldn't understand why this wasn't included when I made the booking. Also, we arrived around 6.30pm at the hotel and there was no concierge to help with our luggage. For an airport hotel where many guests are likely to have luggage, I was surprised to be told "there's no-one here but you can use a trolley".

The room was large and clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff of reception was very friendly. It is located opposite the airport and a 2-minute walk to the airport

Something unpleasant happened when dining in the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. I was treated differently by a waitress in the restaurant. Maybe because I am Asian, she was very reluctant to serve me. After she invited me to sit down, she did not come back to take my order for nearly 20 minutes. But at the same time, she was very enthusiastic to the non-Asian customer next to me. When I finished my meal and wanted to pay the bill, she would rather wipe the table in front of me 10 times than give to bill to me. Everything in the hotel was perfect, but it was all destroyed by this. I wish the hotel can correct the mistake in time and improve the service awareness of its employees.

The Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel is the perfect choice if you have an early flight—just a short walk from the terminal, making travel stress-free. The reception staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. The food at Gulliver Restaurant was a pleasant surprise: delicious, well-priced for the quality, and served quickly with great attention to detail. While the hotel is on the higher end price-wise, the convenience, comfort, and excellent service make it well worth it. Would definitely stay here again!

The proximity to Brussels Airport lends itself to an overnight stay before taking an early-morning flight the next day. The room, facilities and comfort are in line with what the Sheraton normally offers. Reception offered a really good welcome, and the check-in process was efficient and speedy. The room met my satisfaction with good quality beds for a nice night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was good, especially the amount of fruit on offer.

After a long train journey to the hotel, it was difficult to locate the hotel from the train station, spending well over 15 minutes walking around trying to find some directional signs. Signposting from the train station could be improved.

Very pleased to find twin beds well separated. (Too many European hotels call a twin room one in which the beds are joined together and cannot be separated. Not appropriate for friends who are not intimate.) Beds were comfortable and room was well designed with plenty of counter or desk space, and both a desk chair and an easy chair with hassock. Very quiet. Very easy to get to airport for morning flight and easy access from rental car return. Staff efficient and polite although wait staff in restaurant seemed overworked.

Price, but worth it this time for convenience. Too many pillows and all too fat for sleeping.

Good location. Great free infusion dispenser at lift lobby of floor. Great size tv with lots of english language channels.

Check in was very poor. Staff claimed cannot find my booking, disappeared into back office for 15 mins and claimed she had to create a new booking. How did she know it was only for one night then? Her attitude was very condescending when shown my booking.com reservation, and she advised me not to use booking.com in future. What say you, Booking.com? Requested for extra card n discovered it didnt work.:(

In room service.

The “Gulliver restaurant” was a very unpleasant experience. At the time of my arrival, there were only five tables occupied by customers. I ordered grilled salmon and smoked salmon was brought. Instead of apologizing for his mistake, the waiter (who has been working in the restaurant for at least a decade) argued that he saw I was on the first page of the menu. It did not make any sense and I answered him firmly that regardless of the menu page, I had ordered the grilled salmon! When the bill came, another error, my grilled salmon had 3 additional items and the total came to €72 instead of 24 … to make a long story short, the service was awful!

We've stayed here three years in a row now for our holiday travel, so we know exactly what we are getting. Rooms are good sized and the breakfast options were more than adequate. Location for the airport can't be any more convenient with entrances on both departure and arrival levels. The Lock Parking option at the airport is very close to the hotel if you need to park your car for a longer period.

That the refrigerator wasn't too cold. Wish we could set that colder.
