A very nice, cozy hotel. The pool is a nice touch, same goes for the rooftop bar. Room was clean and had a good amount of amenities - AC, hair dryer, kettle etc. Very nice and big bathroom with both the bathtub and a shower. Location was very good, you can walk to the center in 20-30 minutes. Great choice considering the price!

Some of the double beds are pretty small. We did have a room for six people, so I imagine this isn´t going to be a problem with the smaller rooms, but it did feel a little cramped for six people.

The room was compact with bunk beds for kids, shower was good. Cleaners came everyday, which was a pleasant surprise, most days they changed the towels which was not needed. The bar upstairs had a lovely view, really nice for sunset, and it is possible to visit the outside part without buying a drink. We also enjoyed dinner in the Asian fusion restaurant downstairs.

A fridge in the room would have been helpful. Changing the towels each day seemed unnecessary and unsustainable - there was no way to opt out of this.

The room was nice and spacious for a couple and our baby. We booked a queen bed with a bunk bed that we used for storage. The room was cleaned every morning aside from the last day. We liked the soaking rooftop pool, there were 3 other people in the pool, it is small but nice. Nice pack and play provided for our baby.

There was a noisy group of teens on the last night but they weren't loud late into the night. Really slow elevator and tiny. We crammed us and our pram in but it was tight. A few coffee shops and resturants in the area but not a ton, plan to travel into town.

The pool outside is an ideal temperature, I bobbed around in it just before sunset time! It's a few floors up which made for a good view. Breakfast was delicious today, lots of variety with coffee, pancakes already made but you can heat them yourself on a griddle. Tastiest croissants! The bed is extremely comfortable and I slept so well. The location is good for walking a reasonable amount to tram/bus stops, also not too far for Brussels Midi/South, where you can take a 55 minute Flibco bus for Chareloi Airport which is very far south but not a difficult commute at all. Walking distance from Belgian chocolate truffle making workshop which I did on my first day before check-in and also highly recommend!

The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable! The location is really good, there are plenty of restaurants near by. It’s 20 minutes walking from the Grand Place and 15 minutes by tram. It has a rooftop where you can have a drink at night.

We booked this hotel because we were traveling by car and it said that it had parking, but we were not able to use the parking at all because it was never available. You cannot reserve a spot and had to ask for one every day at 9 am (and still, we did not get a spot) so we had to pay for public parking.

The room was great but could have done with another mirror as it was 3 girls travelling together and only mirrors available were in the bathroom. We booked a room for 4 which had bunkbeds which was cool. Pool area was super cool.

We weren't told it was necessary to book a table in the roof top bar, we went up one night and was told it was full, we said we would try the next night which was our last. We went up earlier the following night to find that most of the tables had been reserved it was never mentioned to us that this was necessary, either at check in or when we went up the night before. I sent a message to ask the best way to the hotel from the airport using public transport and never got a response. Very little information was given about the hotel on check in.

Breakfast was good but nothing exceptional. The location is quite convenient. Close to the tram line. The room size was ok. Bathroom was also nice. The swimming pool available on the terrace is only for a quick stretch. It is of course very shallow and you cannot really swim. You can only stretch your body. The water temperature was fine, even for a relatively cold day.

A small changing room near the swimming pool would be nice. At the moment you have to wrap the towels and go to you room to get dressed.

Hotel staff were really polite and friendly, the hotel has an industrial feel and clever arrangement of rooms. With the bunk bed tucked up above the lounge accessible with a ladder was a hit with our kid. A plunge pool, rooftop bar and a bar at the bottom floor with restaurant. Really enjoyed the stay and fact it is well connected to downtown with a tram, and the trams were not too noisy at night. We could park on premises for 15euro.

There is no fan in bathroom so it fogs up a lot. We loved the bar on top floor, on second night of our stay we were turned back saying there is no room in entire bar even for one drink (though we were hotel guests). One of the reasons we booked JAM was the perk there is lovely rooftop bar in the hotel, so this was bit disappointing.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for a long weekend away with my Friend. All modes of transport were within walking distance, and it was also very close to the city Centre. We had some good weather, which made the pool and terrace area even more enjoyable. The staff were so friendly and very helpful! Especially Fred. We had everything we could have needed, and the rooms were so spacious. would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

5 stars – Fun, Stylish, and Perfect for Families JAMS Brussels was a fantastic find! The location is unbeatable—central and convenient for exploring the city. We stayed in a family room and absolutely loved the bunk beds, which were a big hit with the kids. The rooftop bar and pool were a great bonus—such a fun and relaxing space to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The vibe of the hotel is modern and cool, but still very family-friendly. Would definitely stay here again!
