The key is how to reach it: although it is "airport area", it is really in an office park zone and about 5KM away from the airport. So if you drive a car, plenty of parking space and easy to reach. If you just arrived from the airport, and don't want to take a taxi, here is how to reach it: outside the arriving zone door of Brussels airport, there are bus platforms. You can buy a ticket at the platform with 2.5 euro (careful, NOT the 7.5 euro ticket machine for tram 12 to the city center). Then you look for bus 272. This route has 3 buses per hour during weekdays, and once an hour during weekend. It takes about 15 minutes to go to the stop "Diegem Bessenveld", which is almost at the hotel's door (50 meters away). If you have a credit/debit card with touchless payment function, you can also buy the ticket on bus. If not, you need to buy two tickets (one for going there, the other back) at the airport platform ticket machine.

There is a simple bar/cafe at the ground floor at the Ibis Comfort hotel next door. Otherwise, the nearby dinning choices are limited.

We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to Brussels Airport, and it was a good option for one night. It's just an 8-minute walk from a bus stop that takes you directly to the airport in about 20 minutes. A practical and functional choice if you need to stay near the airport.

The room is very small, with everything practically integrated into the same space (shower, sink, and toilet), but it has everything you need for a short stay. We were two people and the bed was comfortable, although it was separated into two parts.

Close to the airport and to mass transportation connections to/from airport and the city. Clean room, small but comfortable for one person for a few days. Very good wi-fi connection. Nice breakfast. Personnel is gentle and always helpful.

The hotel's restaurant offers limited options for food (small menu with a few starters and a few main dishes). If improved, most people will willing to eat there. Free Wi-Fi is open, which of course makes the connection easier but I feel in expense of security. Something cultural and minor: The toilet is located in a different room than the shower, which is accustomed for northern Europeans, but it feels a bit strange for southern Europeans (or other nationalities), since we commonly have everything (toilet, shower, sink and mirror) in a single room (but separate from the sleeping room).

Hotel perfectly located for the airport and nearby businesses/industrial areas. Good value. There is not "much" around, so be warned, if you want dinner somewhere other than the Ibis hotel restaurant (Which was ok) - you'll be taking a 40 minute trip into the centre of Brussels. but as value hotel, located near to other businesses and the airport, it does the job perfectly. Just don't expect a luxury hotel - but you are not paying luxury hotel prices so...

Close location to the airport Hotel for overnight stay before and after the flight. Car parking in the price of a special rate room. Family rooms with an extra bed for a child. Very simple but sufficient breakfast for an acceptable price.

At the reception the hotel employee called not the right taxi, we clarified several times that we need a car for 8 people, but at 3 am came an ordinary car. We immediately called another car, but we had to pay for two cars instead of one.

The rooms and staff were both nice, unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, so we could not get rooms together. overall it was nice, the location was a bit far from the city itself, but overall with family it was a safe visit.

Bathrooms were way too small, but not a big deal it was clean though.

According to the space, it had everything posible,toilet and shower separated, good spacious parking, alot variety of things for the breakfast, fast check in and check out

I don't know what to say if I didn't like, is not near the airport, I mean not walking distance, public transport or own transport necessary. I had used other airport hotels similar coast next to the airport, just walking distance

I stayed there twice. First, when I arrived in Belgium from the US and knew I would be too tired to start driving a rental car. The second time was at the end of my trip and I had an early flight. The room is a small, no nonsense, straightforward space with all the basic needs. I loved the open fields out my window. It had wifi and was quiet. The reception staff was a bit English challenged but we made it through. There is no shuttle to/from the airport. I took a taxi both ways, two times, with prices ranging from 19-23 Euros.This increases the overall cost of the stay. The only reasonably priced hotel in the area with an airport shuttle stopped before I would have arrived and started after I needed to leave. The front desk was helpful to call a taxi 24 hours. I would definitely stay there again in a similar situation.

A clean room, friendly staff. I couldn't hear the noises of the airport.

Parking was not included in the price of the room and was rather expensive, 14e a night. There was not a coffee maker in the room and the machine downstairs had run out of everything except espresso and only worked with coins, which I didn't have.

It was in a reasonable walk to the train station which had frequent departure time.

Had to Take the Uber back and forth to the bus station due to our bags.
