The rooms are beautiful and luxurious for the price point mine had a wonderful view over the square. The amenities in the room were what I'd expect from a higher price point (kettle, coffee machine, Bluetooth speaker system and large TV, mini bar and safe, iron and board) and really made the stay much more comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. Best thing was the enormous dreamy bed. I slept so well for my entire trip.

I did have to bring work with me and needed a reliable internet connection, which this place just didn't have (in room or in the lobby area). I ended up tethering to my phone instead and using a lot of my data which wasn't ideal, but at least the place also has good phone signal!

Room was good and spacious. Great location, near the center so you can walk everywhere but not so close that you can hear to night life, even with a street facing window. Small mini fridge that is great for storing foods or keeping drinks cool. Codes entering the building and codes to use the elevator and then a different code for the room.

Dark carpets with stains, had been hovered but could use a deep clean. Other than that the room was clean. Even though I felt safe staying there solo and I had no problems, it would have felt safer having a staff member or a guard at least during the evenings and nights.

The room was quiet, the windows were well isolated. The curtains were good enough to block the light from the street lamps The bed was very comfortable and the covers were really good. You can sleep well here

The breakfast wasn't really bad, but not worth the fee. 2 small pieces of bread, one piece of ham, one egg, small portion of yogurt.

The bed, it was very comfortable. Also, the view from the fifth floor is awesome. The room was very spacious and also we did not expect the little touch of having a radio and a fridge, which makes for a very good breakfast :)

Assuming a decent number of guests do not remove their shoes when entering the room, cleaning the surfaces thoroughly is a must. The carpets could be a little bit cleaner. Also, having an iron and a kettle is great, but unfortunately, some of these items are not in a good state. The kettle leaked a lot, so did the iron :(

Great value for money, well placed in the middle between the Midi station (connecting to airport) and main city square. Efficient check-in, we just received a code to use at all doors, no keys or cards required, check-out via QR code. Room was clean and comfortable, nice selection of basic cosmetics and teas. Fridge and kettle very useful if you want to make your own breakfast.

The water was so heavily chlorinated as to be completely undrinkable even after boiling, and the shower would dry out our skin with frequent use. Bed covers really heavy for the season, combined with soft bed it was too hot to easily fall asleep. Small maintenance issues like broken light or finicky door PIN panel, the elevator was out of service for our entire stay.

Location and services such as laundry room. The furniture is modern and clean and every room is well equipped for every situation. Despite our “water problem”, I will return for sure

The possibility to contact a real person via WhatsApp is filtered by the AI but I had a real problem with water not running from the sink and a hairdryer not working at all. I had to wait 10 mins to explain the problem to a staff person (via wa) and when they solved the water issue they forgot the hairdryer, replaced the second day. Moreover, due to the carpet in the room, a vacuum clean every two days is recommended.

Wonderful location! The check-in and entry inside was flawless. The room was nice and spacious enough.

The breakfast is in the nearby hotel and it could be more extensive. The AC in the room works only in the summer and blows only cold air! The general heating of the building starts on 15-th of October, and if you need a heating before that date you have to take the portable heater from the laundry (and it is only 1 portable heater). The matress on the bed is not the best, and the pillows are very high. Nobody is cleaning to rrom during the stay, unless you pay additional price for this!

Clean and stylish.

Very little but a communal toilet would have been nice for the people departing/arriving guests waiting in the lobby.

The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was so comfortable we didn’t want to leave it. I loved the Air BnB concept, professionally managed so no surprises. The staff is available via chat and was super helpful when we were running late to pick up our bags from luggage storage. We will be looking to book other Numa hotels for our future travels.

The neighborhood is just OK. It’s real life Brussels so keep that it mind if you’re looking for something in the heart of the tourist zone. There wasn’t a bakery nearby for breakfast though there was an amazing cafe in the square. Overall, the location is convenient. The metro line is just two blocks away and an easy one mile walk will take you into the heart of the historic district.

The hotel and the room were quite beautiful and in a great location closed to center. Everything was great! The lockers are so convenient especially if you are arriving earlier that the check in hour. I left my luggage for free early in the morning and visit Brugge and checked in at night which was great.

Keep in mind that there is no cleaning service while you are there so if you want to stay a lot of days you will have to ask for this and pay an extra fee. One more thought.. I tried to be polite while I was geting out from the main entrance and hold the door for someone to entry and one total stranger also tried to enter. He couldn't go on further because you also need the pin to enter the elevator or the stairs but better let everybody to use their code to enter in order to be more safe.
