Location was perfect. Not far from grand place or other attraction. Train station brussel midi 5 min walk. I used Uber and got quit quick to central. Bed was Comfortable. Clean. Had elevator which is a bonus. Faculty staff were nice and helpful. Answer all my questions. Over all for a short stay is a good stay and good sleep. Window open wide which is a plus. Room 407 was great. Room had towels, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, and hair blow dryer. I booked same day and got the room quick.

No ac, but no issue as it was cold and window can open wild which made the room cold. When showering the water comes out everywhere on the floor but no big issue and it has hot water too which is good.

The hotel is situated 10 minutes walking from the Midi bus station and 10 minutes walk from the Grand Place. The room is with basic furniture but the bed and pillows are very comfortable. There is a central heating system and in the hotel was warm even the temperature outside was 5 degrees. The room was cleaned daily. The staff is polite and helpful. There is also a free Wi-Fi access for the guests of the hotel.

The TV remote control was not working but I did not need the TV at all. The balcony doors were locked and airing the room was a little bit harder to be done on your own but the housekeeping staff was airing the rooms daily.

I stayed here with my younger sister and it was perfect for us whilst we were exploring Brussels. The staff were helpful, and the location was great. The bed was comfortable and even though we were only there for a couple of days, our room was freshened up and we were provided with extra toiletries and towels. Overall, a very good hotel at an excellent price. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Room cosy, conftable. I will miss this hotel!. You have something special in your place, you put so much heart to ensure that you will meet this unrealistic standards from such miserable tourists. We chose you as we wanted to see if that is true that hotel with so negative comments still can exist! We even asked the staff why so many negative reviews are online because we could not believe that so many people write so negative reviews as we did not experience anything what was said in! I think some tourists totally mix standards ,the price was so reasonable and we definitely recommend you to eveyone who would like to see Brussels!Good luck with everything and keep going with such a good job! Booked a twin room but got given a very cramped 4 person room with a bunk bed. Beds were super comfy. To stay for 1 night and be so close to the station for the price was very good. Shame it was ruined by neighbours.

- hallways stank badly of cigarette smoke - balcony door lock was broken so could be opened from both sides - loud neighbours shouting, screaming and banging doors for hours and could hear everything because walls are very thin

The location is quite and you have all is needed around. This hotel fit to the need for a modest business trip. You don't need a car, you could book a cab with UberX and you have sympatic pub & restaurant around. Metro Station is close, and the room are quite and clean. So this is not a palace but a efficient place to stay for a business trip.

So, this is not perfect but the staff is realy present for your safty and to serve you.

Size of the room was good, shower was powerful, bathroom was huge, easy access with keycards, good sized table as well

the hallway smelt bad, there were smashed lights on the floor outside the room, phone table in room was broken, TV remote was broken. The area was somewhat scary and loud outside all night.

It was 5 minutes walk from Brussels Midi train station.

When I came here, it was difficult to find the hotel, as it was covered for renovation and had to ask around a lot to reach here.

This hotel is in a supurb location for a few days visit to Brussels. Its not the Ritz but its not Ritz prices. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Its a good value hotel in a supurb location.

It looks like there is work in progress hopefully that will be undertaken in the near future.

Location was really nice: next to the main station and 25' walking distance from the center. The room was big and convenient. The staff was really kind.

Thin walls, a bit noisy. Busy but quick elevator. Shower water pressure not great (either it was too much water and cold or too little and hot). To us, not important flaws for a short stay.
