I was in Jill Hotel for a long weekend. I was really impressed by the kindness of the staff. Sometimes is not about the room or food. It's about the experience and how the people make you feel at home. A big shout out for Aisha in particular: she took care of us in the best way possible. She was kind, attentive to our needs and always supportive with everything. All the staff took care of us every single day. Defenetly I will choose this hotel if I will back in Brussels. Rosaria

It's somewhat uncomfortable when the hotel staff writes your credit card number to some paper during check in

The room was very spacious and pretty much everything I needed was there. Fairly close to the city centre

The mini fridge had no cable attached to it so it didn't work, and there was a strange brown/red stain on one of the towels. The area the hotel is located in doesn't look very nice

The bed was super big, although the pillows a bit too bouncy so ended up sleeping without a pillow. Breakfast was ok, toast, baguesttes,croissants,yogurts, apples, eggs, bacon,cheese,coffee,tea, plenty enough for us. Location is good, across from train station and 20min walk to city centre. The walk through wasn't too enjoyable as there are massive road works.

The pillows a bit too bouncy so ended up sleeping without the pillows. The view...better not. Our room had a rear view so there were demolitions and renovations going on at the back of the building. No water/tea/coffee or kettle available in the room. The shower curtain looked a bit old, the shower cabin floor really needs to be changed. The tiles around stained with mold. Toilet seat looked old too.

- great location - good value for service you pay - really excellent house keeping service (every day)- this is what we liked the most- really clean - enough space in room and bathroom - ok people at service desk - we would choose it again

- old room and equipment, but didnt bother us - some of them could bother noise from the train station, but for train lovers like us it was perfect view from the window :)

The hotel allows us to check in early. The staff are friendly. The location is very good, near the restaurant, shop and transport. The room is big and clean. The bed is comfortable.

I like everything in our bedroom. So I can't say anything that I didn't like.

The proximity to the station was a key factor for us and the hotel staff were very helpful, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good. The Italian restaurant on the corner, A Modo Mio, recommended by the hotel reception, provided an excellent choice for a delicious evening meal.

There wasn't anything to dislike. We were happy with our selection of hotel and we are already booked to stay again when we pass back through Brussels on our return train journey.

Nice hotel, closely located to Gare du Midi. Freshly renovated! Comfortable rooms, modern style, well designed bath room. Very friendly staff. Breakfast with a rather good selection of food.

Very helpful staff. Easily got early check-in and late check-out (1:00 pm for extra 10 Euro) breakfast was reasonable price for excellent hot bacon and eggs entree as well as everything else in a great continental breakfast. Extremely helpful with giving directions to Olde Town and sights and had a cab at the door for our trip to the airport.

The hotel is very convinient just next to Brussels Central station (midi). The staff are lovely they allowed early checkin because the room was ready with no extra charge. The room is nice and clean.

Being next to the station, it is a bit noisy. The area next to the station can get a bit scratchy at night (like most of train stations tbh)
