Hotel was very nice modern rooms, great location to the train station & Eurostar, with entrance direct from the train station. Only had cooling for temperature control, no heating & husband found the room cold. 25 min walk into center for walking tour, it was a nice walk. Staff in bar area very friendly, we did not eat in restaurant.

Heating of room, it was cold & raining during our stay, hubby was given extra quilt to keep warm.

The location is perfect. Direct entrance to the train station and 20 mins walking distance to the city centre (grand place etc.). Loved the modern and elegant interiors and comfy bedding.

We arrived at 2pm and were told to come back at 3pm. They had some strict policy of no check-ins before 3pm. Thus, resulting long queues during check in time. We entered our room at 3.45pm

The hotel is located inside Brussels Midi station, making travel seamless without needing to navigate the less appealing surroundings. The spacious lobby and efficient front desk staff made check-in smooth, and the overall service was consistently warm and professional. The breakfast was varied, fresh, and kid-friendly, offering much more than the usual basics. Housekeeping and bar staff were welcoming and helpful, even going the extra mile with small requests. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free experience for families.

While the hotel itself is excellent, the area surrounding the station isn’t the most picturesque or clean. However, being inside the station helps avoid these issues almost entirely.

The location was perfect, I travelled with my sister, who has a walking disability so I can not walk any great distances. Getting off the train and finding the hotel had an entrance in the station was just perfect. The room was spacious and had a huge shower, we had a twin bed and a lovely leather couch, tea & coffee making facilities, and a fridge as well as a nice sized tv. The staff were all extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best choices I have had in any hotel and served until far later than most.

Nothing to not like, I would definitely stay here again, even as a base to visit other locations from.

- Location is accesible directly from inside the Brussels-Midi station, very conveninent if travelling by train - Quick check-in process which was appreciated as we arrived late. Friendly reception staff. - Comfortable bed.

- No view from the room at all - there is a view to an internal small courtyard with almost no natural light coming. - Room had signs of wear with noticeable scrtches on the wall. Lot of dust on top parts of the wardrobe - those areas are of course harder to reach but cleaning needs to be taken seriously in a hotel - Very slow shower draining in our room which had walk-in/accesible shower. I almost flooded the whole bathroom when showering.

Absolutely SUPERB location going straight out into the Brussels Midi/Zuid station (called by these two names but the same place). Literally a one minute walk to Eurostar and this is wonderful if you have an early train start or want to drop off your luggage and start seeing the city asap, which we did. Couldn't fault it for that. We were able to leave luggage safely when got there early and there was no problem. Be aware that even though you may have pre paid as we did, there is a a £50 deposit to provide in case any other bills occur during the stay. (This is refunded on a week day). Lovely big room. City view we got was a bit meh as it was over the taxi ranks and a bit of scrub, but the outside is reflective of the area which is a busy city and not a deal breaker. A couple of issues were resolved by reception quickly, so v impressed with that. All staff spoken to were very responsive. Bedding (it quality of duvet itself and the cover) and pillows were lovely- the best we had during our time away (going to another couple of close cities near there) and I'd even like to know where to get them from!! Would definitely stay again for the absolute ease of access to Eurostar and a pleasant bed and room!!

Our daughter found the folding bed frame a bit hard on her legs, which is a shame as everything was fab.

The location is superb, especially if you arrive via Eurostar as it's literally next door. My room was bright, clean and spacious and well appointed. The hotel communal areas were clean, and bright and the staff were all very friendly. Getting to Brussels Expo Centre or The Atomium is easy and takes about 20 minutes via the Metro, which is again located right next door in the train station. There is a big taxi rank right outside the hotel's front door which is perfect as well. Breakfast on Floor 1 was very pleasant too.

There was nothing at all to dislike during my stay... everything should meet with your expectations for an international hotel chain of this quality and price range.

- We went for a very special celebration in our lives and we were received with a lovely card and chocolates. Such great hospitality!🥰 - You had everything we need in the bedroom and it was very clean. Even though it had a carpet, my husband did not suffer of his dust allergies. Thank you!🙏🏼 - The bedroom is exactly as in the hotel’s website. - We could see the Basilica and the Atomium from our room. - It is situated within the train station itself so it facilitated a fast transfer the next morning. - Beside Hagen-Dasz, so a nice place to eat a dessert after dinner elsewhere.

- Nothing wrong. Everything was fine!

Staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was modern, the bed was super comfy. I loved the rainfall style shower in the room. Our room was ready to check in early which was a nice surprise,and when we checked out they happily stored our luggage for us. The location of the hotel was convenient, literally next to the train station. Breakfast was nice, lots of choice/variety. As a Brit I found it strange to have chicken legs as part of breakfast as that's not a thing here! There was a smart TV in the room which had English TV Channels and also had YouTube and casting features. We had a really nice view of the city and train station from our window which we loved.

Was slightly disappointed there was no nespresso machine as was shown in the photos on here. It was shown on the photos for classic room so thought they would be included. There were no dressing gowns provided either, which are also shown in the photo. Also the A/C is quite an old system, it is hard to work and we couldn't find a way to make it warmer,only colder! as there was no heating, the room was cold even without the A/C. Also, not specific to the hotel, but around/outside and in the station there are a lot of dodgy and homeless people. They come up to you asking for money, please be aware of your belongings. Its not very safe. Luckily in the hotel we felt safe.

Pleasantly furnished and comfortable room with complimentary chilled water, tea and coffee etc. Clean and very comfortable bed with ample storage to hang your clothes. Walk in shower and basin were very good quality with plenty of space for both guests to get ready before stepping out. Quality of breakfast couldn't be faulted with plenty of choice for anyone. Ideally located at the edge of Gare De Midi or a pleasant, 10-15 minute stroll to the Grand Place.

The room looked a little tired, spotlessly clean but in need of some minor improvements or upgrades.
