Walking distance from the Midi train station. The apartment-hotel was clean and spacious. Window was overlooking backyard and other apartments nearby. Had a kitchenette which was well equipped with pots and pans, cutleries, fridge, microwave and even a dishwasher. love the heating rails in the toilet and pressure in the shower was great. Air-conditioning was good. made breakfast every morning we stayed. Welcoming notes in the room were a lovely touch. Had a Nespresso coffee machine too. TV was great as we could connect to our Netflix. Almost did not want to leave the room! There were complementary Belgian waffles in the lobby which I enjoyed! Stayed here as we had to take an early train to Amsterdam. Perfect!

The hotel is near the train station, and as most places in Europe, it somehow gave us unsafe vibes when walking through the neighborhood. With that said, we did not encounter any issues during out stay as we did not stay out late. Coffee capsules and tea were not replenished daily.

In spite of the travel agency advising against booking accommodation near the Midi Railway Station (due to safety reasons), we felt completely safe at the hotel. In addition, the hotel's location was completely functional as we were using trains, trams and metro extensively. We find the advise against booking in the vicinity of Midi to a large extent unfounded.

The phone app for the automated washing machine charged us twice for the same washing cycle!? Careful with the automated washing machine as it is not operated by the hotel but rather by a company located in France! They charge your card from there too, so there's nothing the hotel could do.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. It was very clean and the room was spacious, featuring a small kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location is excellent, being very close to the Brussels Midi train station, especially the Eurostar exit. Additionally, the staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Let's start with the location. If you plan on visiting many different places within Brussels, and this part of Europe in general, this is a great starting point, as you are 500 meters away from Gare du Midi, which will take you anywhere you want to go. As for the studio itself, and Appart'City in general, we literally have zero complaints. Small, but comfortable studio which never felt cramped, and had anything and everything you'd want or need during your stay. The staff were helpful and always available in the lobby. If we are ever to return to Brussels, I'm sure we'd consider this place again.

Even though the location was great due to the proximity to Gare du Midi, it felt a little unsafe at times. This area is very dirty and filled with homeless folk. But Appart'City itself felt like an oasis in a way, which helped a lot with this. The second small complaint we had, was that the amenities available in the kitchen were really light. One big problem regarding that is that one of the only pans available was teflon-coated, and there was no teflon-safe cutlery to use when cooking with it. I understand that they want to push people to use the ability to order food through the hotel itself, but if someone is ready to cook on their own while on vacation, they surely will never order overpriced hotel food. They would just dine out, or order outside delivery.

The stay was wonderful, the room is spacious and has a heater at a great temperature, everything is very new and very well maintained. The staff is fantastic, they answer and resolve everything immediately and are very friendly and proactive, the breakfast is simply incredible and very tasty. It is in a very quiet and very safe residential area, about 20 minutes walking from the historic center.

Nothing bad to say. Just be careful because they don't know when we are entitled to free breakfast because of the Genius program, but it was quickly resolved. But other than that, nothing bad at all, everything was wonderful.

Really close to the train station so was great for day trips to all the other Belgian cities. Staff were kind and helpful with every request e.g. new towels or extra toilet paper. Pastries in the foyer daily for free. Clean and comfortable room with soap provided. Kitchenette was helpful with microwave, kettle, nespresso machine, hobs and cutlery/pans etc.

Very minor but would have been nice to get some extra espresso cups/teas as only had 1 each for a 5 day stay. Also if it's a longer stay like over 3-5d plus then would be good to get a refill service e.g. refill soaps and toilet roll for free (as the maid cleaning service is an extra paid for service).

The staff was friendly and attentive. The location was also ideal, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. That said, the overall experience was positive, with a little more attention to maintenance and guest comfort.

However, we did experience an issue with the bathroom flush, which unfortunately broke five times during our stay. While the maintenance team was quick to respond and fix it each time, we were surprised that our room wasn’t changed despite the recurring problem. A room change could have made our stay even more comfortable.

Excellent reception and service from the staff throughout the stay. There was a treat in the room when we arrived, as it was our wedding anniversary. Great breakfast buffet. Modern hotel, very new and very well equipped, exceeding my expectations. Close to the Gare du Midi train station, which made my trip to Paris easier when leaving the hotel. Easy access by metro, or even on foot, to the main tourist attractions. The room had a balcony with a view, a very comfortable bed, a great bathroom and was very functional, with everything new and what we needed, including a kitchen. Everything is very clean!

We liked everything!

Actually, this was the best hotel among those we stayed in. We like the atmosphere, the classical music during breakfast, the croissant and drinks during the day as a welcoming thing. We like the room, it was fresh and clean. At first I was afraid of the comments about homeless people, but it was ok, they never paid attention to us. We'll probably stay here again if we decide to visit Brussels. It was value to money we paid.

It was a little bit away from the city center, so every time we went sightseeing we took the metro. The advantage was that we came from Ghent and Bruges, and on the last day we went to Paris, and all that was from Midi station, and Midi was very close to this hotel. There were no slippers, no toothbrushes in the hotel, and they clean every 5th day, so during our stay the room wasn't cleaned. Only the towels were changed and the garbage was taken out. The breakfast was nice and tasty, but it was the same every day and there wasn't a sharp knife for the fruit. The beds were separate and they always "moved", so there was always a "gap" between my husband and me :) But all in all I'm satisfied.

Hi , Please you didn’t came on Friday, 30 August 2024 for the reasons of EUROSTAR was cancelled the train From:London St Pancras International to Bruxelles, and we went to booked Hotel in Kings Cross then we went Bruxelles Midi in the morning Saturday, 31 August 2024 we picked Eurostar at 07:04 am from St Pancras International ,arrived Bruxelles at 10:05 am. Then Appart City Confort Midi Bruxelles,38A, rue Rossini, Brussels 1070. At around 11:00 am. Could you please refund me some money in my bank account for that circumstances ????
