Excellent location. Situated 15min walk from Brussels midi station, which was easily managed with suitcases. Turn left, and it is a 10-minute straight walk to the centre of town. The hotel is beautifully decorated and maintained. We stayed on floor 1, and our room was spacious with tall ceilings, lots of sockets, and air conditioning. It had the best blackout curtains I've ever experienced and was so quiet! The bathroom was roomy with a powerful rainfall shower. The beds were very comfy, cleaning and maintenance were excellent, and the gentleman on the desk who looked after us was very polite, friendly, and helpful. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel, and I would definitely recommend

Nice large room and bathroom, both very clean. Very friendly and professional staff. Quiet (back of the building). GREAT aircon (we were there during a heatwave and really appreciated it). Separate locked luggage room also appreciated as the many lockers at the train station are often faulty or full.

No minibar in the room, just a fridge - you order from a limited list or collect from a vending machine downstairs. Walking distance from Brussels Zuid/Midi station so not in the nicest area, but not the worst, either - and the closer you walk to the centre, the nicer it gets.

Great place to stay for both work or holiday. The Grand Place is about 10-15 minutes on foot and the hotel is very close to the Anneessens premetro station, which at De Brouckere connects with the 1 and 5 lines (so it is easy and quick to go to Central Station and to the European quarter). Room was spacious and clean, with kettle, breakfast was excellent, the staff at reception was super helpful. Soap, shower gel and shampoo by L'Occitaine and slippers in the room were a nice touch.

Late at night I felt it was safer to take a taxi but I think that applies to all of Brussels.

Big modern rooms and bathrooms, well equiped. Location was halfway distance from Zuid Midi Train station and the Grand-Place, 10 minutes from each, what was perfect to visit Brussels and also day-trips by train. The babycot was excellent for my baby to sleep.

The toilet lid would move every time we used it, because it seemed to have a system of socket that was someway mobile. To enter the building there were 10 steps that could be bothersome to people with disabilities or who, like us, had a stroller for the baby.

Good sized light warm room nicely furnished, with good bathroom and Occitan toiletries. Very easy location for centre of city and Midi-Zud station both within 12 mins walk. Breakfast was nice including choice of cooked and cold meat and cheese, patties ,cake and cereal.Reception staff always on hand.

They are constructing a new underground line along the street so understandably, the middle of the road looks like a building site and it’s quite dusty. The container cafe outside was noisy at times. This hotel will be a very good when works are completed and served us well for our overnight stays.

A wonderful, safe, quiet hotel for a family of four. The location was perfect, a walk from the train station and to the city center. There were black out curtains covering nice big windows that could be opened wide for fresh air. The reception staff were so kind, helpful and amazing. Even loaning us a HDMI cable so we could watch the Euro Final in our room. Really helpful with directions and looking up information as we needed. We really appreciated the receptionist from Venezuela, he went above and beyond to help us.

The bike seat in the gym was broken and the shower was fine but had a bit of a spray at the bottom of the hose.

Our room (401) including the en-suite was spacious and clean, the latter had a bath which was a plus. The beds were comfortable and the staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was good with a wide selection although the hot item choices was limited and there was no cut fruit salad. For us the location was good being close to eateries, the Eurostar train & Metro station and some of the attractions, in particular the Grand Place.

There is extensive road works in the area which we were told was due to extensions to the Metro. While we were there it was not too noisy but aesthetically it is not ideal. I don’t know when this works will complete. The air conditioning in the room was not working and talking to other guests, this was also true of their rooms. During our stay the temperature was just low enough not to need the AC for us but later in the year it will be needed. It maybe this was not available to save money. The fitness room is small and has a bike machine, a treadmill and upper body weights machine which could be better positioned to enable getting around. There is a TV here but we could not get it to work.

I was a bit skeptical as the hotel room size look small in picture, apparently that is not the case. We had 4 big size luggage and place is still roomy to lay out all 4. Room is with bathtub with good water pressure, the amenities were l'occitane so the smell was super good. We had a good room in first floor corner so had a good view to the street and can people watch. Bed size is sufficient and very comfortable. The reception (a guy with long hair) was very nice, as well as the breakfast lady who offered to fill our children's water bottle. There was also a gym with all complete equipment and my son loved to spend time there, as it opens 24hr.

Nothing, everything is perfect

Very friendly and helpful staff. They took the time to explain and answer all our questions! The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We only stayed a night but we would definitely stay there again when we go back to Brussels. It is is a great location for both work and leisure. 10 minute walk to the main square and easy train / metro rides to my meetings in the business / EU centre.

Some might find it a bit pricy but this is Brussels and for the quality and service, definitely worth it.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable with tea/coffee facilities and the L'Occitaine toiletries were lovely. The staff were very kind and friendly and went out of their way for us during our stay. We didn't try the breakfast in the end.

I think the bath / shower option could be improved. We could not use the shower attachment in our bathroom as a shower option as it was too short, so we could only bath. It was no hardship! But I think if you prefer showering, this would be an area for improvement.
