They were so kind and helped us about every one of our problems. They also had a place for us to leave our bags and they even let us leave out bags on the day we checked out. The location was everything! We were there for the tulips day and it was just a 5 minute walk. And it was the same for the Van Gogh Museum too. There was a tram station right around the hotel. Everything was amazing and I really am glad we stayed there, couldn’t make a better choice! I fully recommend this hotel, without a doubt. Everything was clean, every bed had its own towels, people were so kind and helpful, location is perfect.

Great location for walking around the sites that Brussels has to offer. The chap on Reception was always available to answer questions and gave easy to follow instructions on how and where to use the Metro when we wanted to venture further afield. The hotel is located in a lovely square with some quite affordable restaurants that we frequently visited. The room had everything we needed, a large comfortable bed, a good sized bathroom and a fan (which was very welcome as it was extremely hot when we stayed). They also offered the use of their fridge when we had been shopping and needed someone to keep our food fresh. Really a very enjoyable stay.

Great Location. OK price. Not modern, not fancy, but well maintained. Good beds. Helpful staff. Classical luggage room works effortless (there are some modern cheap hotels where you have fancy procedures and additional. If you need a luggage room, this hotel is quite nice). Good triple room.

Ar our arrival the toilette had some problem with the flushing. To be honest, I didn't even complain about it and the staff fixed it the next day. Plumbing is a bit noisy and the rooms-corridor insulation is not great.

Breakfast was fair for the price, enough options to satisfy a start to the day. Convenient for walking around and later on to use the Metro. Quiet area, quiet rooms. Our bathroom was huge, good strong shower.

Air con we had a large fan but depending on that all night with the noise wasn't brilliant. We did have a few electric blackouts on our first night but we saw the funny side as we were intending to go to bed.

On my first trip to Belgium I stayed in a hotel ... and it was my best decision. The hotel has 2 stars, but comparing it even with 3-star hotels, in which I also spent some nights, it has many advantages. Localization is very convenient. Getting to the destination did not cause any difficulties. Everything I needed was available. Thanks to the large battery, the room was warm, even though the weather outside was cold and wet. The beds there are very comfortable and despite the fact that I had many plans, I wanted to stay in bed as long as possible. Complete coziness and comfort is ensured. Besides, there are really great people working there. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer orientation, friendliness and hospitality.

The stay was excellent, with 24-hour reception. The room was good, considering the price. We didn’t have the hotel breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. The location was excellent! If you enjoy going out at night, you’re within walking distance of everything, and the area feels very safe! An excellent hotel in terms of value for money.

One of the pillowcases didn’t seem very clean, but we told them, and they changed it quickly.

Location I am very happy with the location because it is conveniently located near the city centre. Accessible by bus/train. By foot, it'll probably take around 15-20mins from Brussels Center train station. Tourist Spots Because the tourist spots are so close to each other, you can certainly walk around while enjoying the surroundings. Nearest would be the Mannekin Pis and then short walk going to Grand Place. Building With lift going up to the top floors. In my opinion, the hallway at the 2nd floor is a bit narrow, but, whatever. I can deal with that. I'm just there for a night anyway. The bed is surprisingly comfortable. The room we were put in has blackout curtains so the morning light was never a problem. Food I'm Asian. I like rice. Would have been nice if they have a menu to choose from. They offer breakfast for a small price but mostly breads. Not my thing but I enjoyed it anyway. Staff Friendly. Approachable.

I stayed at the hotel at the end of November, the hotel is located near the train station and also close to the central street of the city. It is safe to move around at night, there are shops and a Christmas market nearby. The staff is friendly and ready to help. The room and linen were very clean, it was warm in the room, the room was a little small, but overall I liked everything very much. I recommend it to everyone

Extremely close to the Old Center and all attractions..literally a few minutes walk.. great value for the money. For us the proximity to the center was the important part. The hotel was a good value for the money considering that it was literally in the old center.. people would go to criticize the Hotel looks, whatever, but it just a descent place and the cheapest option for stay in Brussels centrum/Old town. I was there with my Family, including a baby daughter, so we felt nice, safe, and good.

The attention was good. I went with my family and reception men were kind and always available to help. My room was clean. The location es great! There are several stores, coffees and restaurants around. The Grand Place is in short distance, you can go walking.

Nothing bad to add. Everything was ok for me.
