Good location & the room was so clean except the sink it blocked all the time when u wash Ur hand ,staff well mannered

When they're told me that I've got 2 free cocktail drinks but when I got to their bar , they're offered only wine & soft drinks ,hello is that a cocktail or maybe they don't the meaning of cocktail

Bang opposite Midi/Zuid station. So if you are using Brussels as a base and traveling to other cities like we did, it's a huge help. Hotel is getting renovated so the rooms and linens are brand new. Breakfast is decent. Usual spread. But excellent value for money.

Can be a bit of noise. There's a lot of Eurostar personnel hanging out chatting till late in the night in the courtyard and the rooms are sound proof. Some minor annoyances because of the renovation - only one elevator working, we were stuck at the outer door because the unit was malfunctioning, but these are fairly minor. Not the best part of the Brussels to stay. If you don't care about station proximity, somewhere near Grand Market would be better.

Breakfast is excellent, a lot of variety and everything fresh. Coffee, even though from a machine, couldn't be better. The bed is extremely comfortable and gave us both a good night's sleep, even though we are poor sleepers usually. Large size room and shower room. Lots of tv channel choice.

This is the third time we've stayed in this hotel, and overall it is all to be recommended. However, I do not understand how the bedroom has no shelves whatsoever, simply hangers from a rail for coats, trousers etc. and a few pegs. Given the large space, why not put some shelves in to aid travellers rather than keeping everything in a suitcase.

Location is superb for travels to Brussels Midi/Zuid, literally a few dozen steps from the station, but quiet and serene. Note that the historical/touristic attractions are not particularly close! Rooms are reasonably recently modernized and comfortable with all the standard amenities for a hotel of this class.

The lobby was being redone when we stayed, so no coffee, and no convenience offerings that you typically find at a Park Inn. The coffee machine was installed the day we left :(

Location of the hotel was good for me because I used a lot to Brussel Midi train station. But if you want to walking distance to attraction places, you have to choose another hotel because it is just a little far away to city center and the more importantly surroundings of the hotel is not reassuring because of the homeless people :s (but as well you will see a lot of homeless all over the Brussel)

The hotel is incredibly well located for the Gare du Midi, literally across the road from on of the station exits. It a bit of a way out of the centre of the city and all the tourist spots, but the closeness of the station means tram and metro rides area easy to get. When we stayed the hotel was undergoing renovations to their lobby and so entry was via a fire escape. This is obviously not ideal but I thought it was implemented pretty well and the rest of the hotel is unaffected. Our room was on a corner and might be larger than others. It was very well appointed and very spacious. The room was decorated very nicely and we thought quite stylish. USB and USB-C chargers by the beds were a nice touch.

The hotel is in an easy to find location, opposite the train station. We got thoroughly confused by the parking lift and Deb had to go and get help through the downpour. The guy explained the lift was broken so needed his key so we sorted that and eventually checked in so we could relax. The room was very pleasant, recently decorated, well laid and out and surprisingly quiet but the internet service was patchy at best. Breakfast was €24 and was decent. The rooms had a kettle which was a welcome touch. The staff at the hotel were fabulously helpful, with the reception guy being way overworked. When we left the car lift still wasn't working but the reception guy was fabulous and waited for us to get the car and than manually operated it all so we could leave.

The area around the hotel is certainly not pleasant to walk around which is a shame as there are some wonderful buildings and restaurants.

Excellent location if you travel by train. Walking distance to the main train station in Bruxelles, hub for regional and international travel and Eurostar to London. We've been before in that hotel and we returned mainly for that reason. Excellent value per money, it does not claim to be a high end hotel, and it does not cost like those either. During our trip we have been to some of these high end hotels which did not provide some basic items such as an iron in the room (or available from reception) or multiple toiletries. They were undergoing renovation of the reception area but everything was well indicated. We did not choose the breakfast option so we cannot comment on its value per money. We had scorching temperatures in Bruxelles at the time of our visit and the hotel was well equipped with A/C.

Not really the hotel's fault, but we walked to a restaurant through the back neighbourhood and it felt a bid odd. We did not "enjoy it" as such. We recommend to catch the Metro, right in front of the hotel, to move around Bruxelles.

Very convenient for Brussels Midi station as it's straight over the road opposite the station exit by the higher number platforms (walk through a doorway and courtyard to get to reception). All the staff were very friendly and helpful. In reception they provide luggage storage, toilet access, maps, drinking water, sofas to rest on. Breakfast had a big selection of different things including amazing courgettes! The room was fairly standard modern hotel fare, clean, comfy, big enough, no unexpected surprises.

Even if the shower is big I don't understand why so many hotels these days seem to have an allergy to a door to reduce water going over the floor.

I have stayed here many times and always enjoy coming back. The hotel is a few steps away from the main railway station (Brussels Midi), well connected by public transport to other parts of the city. Large and comfortable room. During the day there was some street noise but it was quiet at night.

When I was waiting to check in, a lady who was checking in before me was told by the staff member at the reception that she had not made a booking at the hotel. Finally, she was able to retrieve the booking in her phone and - a miracle! - the booking appeared also on the hotel's system. The same thing happened to me when I was checking in on a previous occasion; it was good that then I also had access to the booking on my phone. Perhaps there is a fault with the hotel's booking system? Because this was (certainly) not an exceptional situation, the staff member should have been more helpful.
