I appreciated the aesthetic in the premises, which were also filled with colours and good taste. The staff was rather helpful and available at all times. Especially one of the employees in the reception desk assisted us in finding the best route to get to our destination one day by handing out to us a map and writing down additional info. We are still absolutely grateful! The breakfast was rich in variation, while there are storage lockers if one arrives either earlier or leaves after the checkout, so that they can keep their luggage protected. I would visit again.

One of the two elevators is under construction/maintenance, though there was never a problem of the one being crowded.

the hotel is modern and really nice, it’s well located and there are fair amount of amenities.

the staff at the reception is really young and inexperienced. check in is at 2, we arrived at 5:30 pm with a little baby and our room was NOT ready. They made us wait at the reception for 40 minutes with our suitcases, stroller etc.. without even offering us to sit at the bar with a complimentary drink. They only went looking if the room was ready when I asked them too and did not look sorry or empathetic. other than that, our stay was fun and the hotel is nice.

Generally, it is a well run establishment. The entire vibe of the place was very welcoming and comfortable. The staff is what made it enjoyable for us as a family. From the moment we walked in they were very helpful. My husband saw a staff member whom had her birthday, all her colleagues surprised her with gifts and every one was making an effort to see her smile. It was a very touching gesture from them. Many customers are walking in and out of the place, business people, tourist groups and families. Everyone seemed happy with the experience. We have been to a B&B hotel in a different city in Europe, by far this one was noticeably better in every aspect. The location is perfect, everything is close, busses, trams, main attractions, supermarkets, amazing restaurants (places with great menus and charm, not tourist traps) and cafes, train station, shops, a pharmacy, bars and many other things. We had a small electrical problem in our room (lights weren’t working) the response time was immediate, no fuss no muss, as we if nothing happened. The cleaning staff are very good at what they do, they are thorough, polite and attentive. The entire place is always spotless and fresh (room, lobby, common areas, restaurant, gym and bathrooms). Water pressure and hot water in the room was fantastic. Coffee, tea, milk, drinking water and ice are available around the clock (very good coffee machine and water/ice dispenser), and a common fridge. Check and check out was seamless and perfect, Everyone who works at this great hotel deserves a pat on the back for the great work they are doing, and a raise.

We liked everything about it.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The check in and out was quick and easy. The room was spacious and clean. The minimalistic decor was enjoyable and the location of the charging points very convienant. The breakfast had your typical English breakfast and continental options that you would expect from a hotel of this star rating.

The staff responsible for prepping the rooms for the next guest was not very thorough. When we arrived, there was no handsoap as the bottle was empty. We had to go downstairs to ask because there was no way to contact the front desk from the room. There was also very few tissues available in the tissue box - like 4. However, the staff were very friendly and immediately brought up new soap when we asked.

Very comfortable beds, clean room, convenient location close to the bus stop and lots of cafes and bars, but the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. Coffee, tea and water are available on each floor. The staff is friendly and helpful, and reception is open 24/7. Everything was convenient, the hotel itself is modern and stylish. As we were only there for 2 nights, we didn't have time to use it, but we saw that there was a cinema room and a gym.

There was no wardrobe, and the toilet door did not close. Everything else was fine.

A pleasant hotel not far from the center holding the standard of the chain. Friendly staff, interesting design of the hotel And breakfast in the morning! You can expect a simple smorgasbord , things for sandwiches and yogurt toppings .The pancake machine needs a bigger kick because it doesn't fry them the best . The hotel also has additional attractions like access to a cinema where different movies are shown daily - a nice option to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The price is adequate for the comfort the offers

Not my first stay but it’s such a cosy and nice place , wanted to say thank you to the receptionist that was there when I checked in he was super nice and helpful.

Just one little thing I think that the walls were recently painted white and so the jacket that I hanged next to that wall I think it was the wall next to the bathroom my jacket had white dust all over it but besides that no complaints .

Very hip and nicely decorated hotel in one the coolest areas in Brussels. The room and the overall hotel aesthetics were superb and you could also attend movies in the hotel's cinema. The WI-FI was very fast in both rooms and the lobby. The staff was very helpful and friendly. You can also leave your staff at a locker and pick them up later. The hotel also allows late check out for those who don't want to rush.

The room was very small, thus it would be very cramped for someone who is visiting for a couple of days and carries luggage. No towels were offered. The price was relatively high but my rating is not influenced by that as it was a last minute booking.

Beautiful hotel just 10/15 minutes of public transport from the downtown. The structure is amazing with fantastic decorations, very bright, warm, cozy and clean. Rooms are big, modern way decorated and full of every comfort. In addiction the structure offers a little shop where you can consume snacks, a gym, a car park, a beautiful hall and if you want also breakfast buffet. The staff is very prepared and willing. I sincerely suggest to book in this structure.

Quite a good location, really good and varied breakfast.

At the time of registration, they took a 50 euro deposit as a guarantee that I wouldn't break anything. This is the first time with me, I have never met such rules in hotels. In addition, this was not mentioned in the Booking conditions either. It is also not possible to return at least part of the pre-paid funds for breakfast in the event of a change in the number of guests for a valid reason. There were supposed to be three of us, and a room with breakfast was paid for three, but one person suddenly couldn't go. 10 days before my arrival, I informed the hotel about this, but neither the accommodation nor the breakfast was refunded. At the same time, two sets of towels and two cups were waiting for us in the room))
