Each floor have free coffee machines, free water, that was very good

Breakfast was good, it would be better if develop for future, because we didn't find any boiled eggs

i liked everything about this place!! the room was incredible: cozy, artsy and spacious (and very clean!). the bed was very comfortable, i had a very good sleep! the view was lovely and peaceful. it was pleasantly quiet. also the neighbourhood is cute, the location is great, just 30 mins on foot to the Central Station! and of course, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. i would definitely stay here again next time ;)

even though they offer hot water and coffee on each floor, i am someone who prefers to have a kettle in my own room to drink lots of tea :D but that’s just my preference :)

I appreciated the aesthetic in the premises, which were also filled with colours and good taste. The staff was rather helpful and available at all times. Especially one of the employees in the reception desk assisted us in finding the best route to get to our destination one day by handing out to us a map and writing down additional info. We are still absolutely grateful! The breakfast was rich in variation, while there are storage lockers if one arrives either earlier or leaves after the checkout, so that they can keep their luggage protected. I would visit again.

One of the two elevators is under construction/maintenance, though there was never a problem of the one being crowded.

The hotel and my room were done up in an unexpected, super modern way. I think I liked that. Bed and bathroom extremely clean. I liked the big windows, which brought in a lot of daylight. There was a long bench along the windows, giving me enough space to keep my things.

At night, the lighting in the room was not sufficient. One side of the room stayed dark. There were lights on and beside the bed - with the same switch. As a result I could not have just one bedside reading lamp on - I had to switch on all the lights.

Everything was nice. Nice room, nice beds, nice staff, super breakfast. Perfect.

The sink is outside the bathroom, protected behind a half-wall. This is practical because you can brush your teeth while the other person is having a shower. The only problem is that when you want to go to the toilets at night, the light is the same for the inner bathroom (toilets and shower) and the outer bathroom (sink). And you can't go to the toilets without waking up the other person sleeping. Or you need a flashlight. But otherwise, everything was top.

The room looks exactly like in the pic. The location's nice. Public transportations such as bus & trams are near. Markets & boutiques are easy to find. The ambiance of the hotel's amazing & they got unlimited coffee, tea & water. Room's tidy, neat & spacious. They got a gym, parking lot & cinema as well. AC's working great. The staffs are very approachable. Free, secured lockers after check out.

Not sure if the garbage cans aren't meant to have any plastic or paper bags in them but wish they could've put some.

Generally, it is a well run establishment. The entire vibe of the place was very welcoming and comfortable. The staff is what made it enjoyable for us as a family. From the moment we walked in they were very helpful. My husband saw a staff member whom had her birthday, all her colleagues surprised her with gifts and every one was making an effort to see her smile. It was a very touching gesture from them. Many customers are walking in and out of the place, business people, tourist groups and families. Everyone seemed happy with the experience. We have been to a B&B hotel in a different city in Europe, by far this one was noticeably better in every aspect. The location is perfect, everything is close, busses, trams, main attractions, supermarkets, amazing restaurants (places with great menus and charm, not tourist traps) and cafes, train station, shops, a pharmacy, bars and many other things. We had a small electrical problem in our room (lights weren’t working) the response time was immediate, no fuss no muss, as we if nothing happened. The cleaning staff are very good at what they do, they are thorough, polite and attentive. The entire place is always spotless and fresh (room, lobby, common areas, restaurant, gym and bathrooms). Water pressure and hot water in the room was fantastic. Coffee, tea, milk, drinking water and ice are available around the clock (very good coffee machine and water/ice dispenser), and a common fridge. Check and check out was seamless and perfect, Everyone who works at this great hotel deserves a pat on the back for the great work they are doing, and a raise.

We liked everything about it.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The check in and out was quick and easy. The room was spacious and clean. The minimalistic decor was enjoyable and the location of the charging points very convienant. The breakfast had your typical English breakfast and continental options that you would expect from a hotel of this star rating.

The staff responsible for prepping the rooms for the next guest was not very thorough. When we arrived, there was no handsoap as the bottle was empty. We had to go downstairs to ask because there was no way to contact the front desk from the room. There was also very few tissues available in the tissue box - like 4. However, the staff were very friendly and immediately brought up new soap when we asked.

Some things could be improved - we didn’t know there was a particular way of using electricity in the room so we didn’t have light nor plugs on the first night. Would be useful to give those instructions uppon arrival. Also, the deposit seemed like an unneccessary complication (my friend gave it and to be refunded they needed her cards but she left earlier so we had to resolve that which took time and effort)

Very comfortable beds, clean room, convenient location close to the bus stop and lots of cafes and bars, but the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. Coffee, tea and water are available on each floor. The staff is friendly and helpful, and reception is open 24/7. Everything was convenient, the hotel itself is modern and stylish. As we were only there for 2 nights, we didn't have time to use it, but we saw that there was a cinema room and a gym.

There was no wardrobe, and the toilet door did not close. Everything else was fine.
