I spent there just a few days. I was looking for a room. It was a very nice small apartment for the price of a room. Also, I forgot my adapter for the Italian plug and I got one at the reception.

After I booked, I got a message explaining how to proceed for arrivals after 8pm. I should have done a remote check-in following the link in the confirmation email. However, there was no link there in the email. After asking, I got two more mails, one with the link for the online check-in, and another with the link for paying the city tax. This was few weeks before the trip. However, the latter link expired after 2 days, and I had to ask for it again. After following the procedure, I got a message with two codes, one for the main entrance, the second for getting the key of my room. However, when I arrived, the first code did not work. I had to call the "contact phone number" for emergency to ask for the correct code.

There are two types of apartments. The big ones, with a double bed+sofa bed are fabulous, located on the 5th floor and quite silent. The small ones have one single bed and a sofa bed, so, if you're travelling with your couple, that could be a real inconvenient. At least one will have to sleep in the sofa bed. Plus, the smaller apartments are located on the 3rd floor and the isolation from the street noises is poor. You really can hear all the noise coming from the bar downstairs. Apart from that, the apartments are nice, functional and really well located.

We loved the bedroom, very comfortable. We stayed with our kid, and it was very handy to have a spacious bedroom with kitchen.

The day before we arrived, we called the hotel asking if we had to reserve parking. We were told we didn't have to, that we could just use the park upon arrival. When we arrived the next day, we were told we should have reserved the parking space because there was nothing left. That was very upsetting. We had to leave the car a bit far away, and bring the luggage plus our kid and the child buggy by foot. Not okay

Very good location. Close to city center where you can find restaurants, pubs, bars etc. A lot of shops around. Al type of shops, from groceries to clothes. For a 3 stars accommodation, everything was ok. Underground parking lot was a bonus, even if it was small and I had a challenge to go inside car when other cars were parked next to my car. As everywhere in Belgium, prices per night was very high.

The reception is open from 15:00 to 20:00. If something happens it will be an adventure to find them. I called them at 20:03. Nobody answered. Pay attention to key card. Keep it away from phones. Otherwise you will have the surprise that it is not working. And it could happen out of reception working hours. We had 2 key cards. One for me and one for my wife. Lucky!

It is a comfortable studio with a complete kitchen. It is in a central location and only 10 minutes from the train station. With a card, you can easily access the building and apartment. They were available for late check-in on the phone for questions.

The layout of the studio is not very convenient. There is no side table or outlets next to the bed. The apartment was on the 6th floor, and we had to go up the stairs from the 5th floor, which was not specified in the booking. Because of the late check-in, the final steps of the booking were overly complicated, including having to pay the city tax on their website.

It was a very pleasant complex, very clean and well designed. The bed was pretty OK, and the shower was great. Reception and other staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I mention 'location' because although the property is right in the centre (and therefore perfectly positioned in terms of the city), it was also right next to a gym and I could hear running machines until quite late. Also, there were windows right opposite the room, meaning I had to keep the curtains closed for most of the stay.

The fact that reception desk hours are rather limited. Given that you can't pay the city tax in advance (like you pay for the property), you cannot get the instructions to get the key and access the facility until the same day you get there. If you are travelling and have spotty (or no) Internet connectivity, makes the whole experience quite stressing. We were arriving late at night, and we didn't know until rather late in the day if we were going to be able to enter the facility!

Very central location. Good price compared to other available options. Little kitchen and all the required utensils present. We were able to reserve parking (20€ per day) in an underground parking (reserve in advance, as there are limited spots available). The room was large enough for a family of 4.

The only issue was the fold-out bed. It was really quite inconvenient and it also made a lot of noise whenever someone moved.

Good location, clean, spacious.

We (and some other guests) had some trouble checking-in in the evening. In the end, someone who already had a card and was entering the building let us in. In the meantime we had called the contact number but there was no answer. They called us back around half an hour later. For us, it was just an inconvenience, but I can imagine if I was visiting with my child, it would be a whole lot more stressful.

Great location, easy access, clean.

My room was clean, but there were holes in the sofa, the floors were very damaged, scratched up. The sound of moving chairs of neighbors is very noticeable. The concierges were very friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable and did everything to help me out during a very last minute situation.. there was one front desk person who gave me the wrong information in regards to the extra payment for city tax etc and luckily someone else was able to help me on the day of my arrival so that I could have my late check in.
