Very good location. Close to city center where you can find restaurants, pubs, bars etc. A lot of shops around. Al type of shops, from groceries to clothes. For a 3 stars accommodation, everything was ok. Underground parking lot was a bonus, even if it was small and I had a challenge to go inside car when other cars were parked next to my car. As everywhere in Belgium, prices per night was very high.

The reception is open from 15:00 to 20:00. If something happens it will be an adventure to find them. I called them at 20:03. Nobody answered. Pay attention to key card. Keep it away from phones. Otherwise you will have the surprise that it is not working. And it could happen out of reception working hours. We had 2 key cards. One for me and one for my wife. Lucky!

It is a comfortable studio with a complete kitchen. It is in a central location and only 10 minutes from the train station. With a card, you can easily access the building and apartment. They were available for late check-in on the phone for questions.

The layout of the studio is not very convenient. There is no side table or outlets next to the bed. The apartment was on the 6th floor, and we had to go up the stairs from the 5th floor, which was not specified in the booking. Because of the late check-in, the final steps of the booking were overly complicated, including having to pay the city tax on their website.

Great location, easy access, clean.

My room was clean, but there were holes in the sofa, the floors were very damaged, scratched up. The sound of moving chairs of neighbors is very noticeable. The concierges were very friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable and did everything to help me out during a very last minute situation.. there was one front desk person who gave me the wrong information in regards to the extra payment for city tax etc and luckily someone else was able to help me on the day of my arrival so that I could have my late check in.

The fact that reception desk hours are rather limited. Given that you can't pay the city tax in advance (like you pay for the property), you cannot get the instructions to get the key and access the facility until the same day you get there. If you are travelling and have spotty (or no) Internet connectivity, makes the whole experience quite stressing. We were arriving late at night, and we didn't know until rather late in the day if we were going to be able to enter the facility!

It was a very pleasant complex, very clean and well designed. The bed was pretty OK, and the shower was great. Reception and other staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I mention 'location' because although the property is right in the centre (and therefore perfectly positioned in terms of the city), it was also right next to a gym and I could hear running machines until quite late. Also, there were windows right opposite the room, meaning I had to keep the curtains closed for most of the stay.

Room was very spacious! Location is central too! Just a few minutes walking from the train station, a few minutes from the party street. There is also a gym right below!

The cleanliness could be improved. It needed a deep clean. It was not a deal-breaker but you could see the nooks and crannies are a bit yellow in color. It is not a deal breaker. These are areas that no one would really ever bother cleaning so it can really gather dust or would discolor.

I was just here for a night with my daughter visiting my son who lives not very far from here. We both liked it very much and could book here again even for a much longer stay. I'm sure there's a story to be told about the pictures in the elevator.🙈😂🤣😂🤣l also hope that next time the telly could be working and maybe some chairs replaced otherwise l couldn't fault anything else.......loved all the pictures on the walls throughout the building!

Great location, big rooms, competitive price, nice and clean and comfortable. Good and equipped kitchen.

Only minor detail is that they requested to wash the dishes before checking out or a 25€ fine would be charged, though we found the cutlery a bit dirty from the previous ones. Also the shower flooded because the drainer was clogged but we managed to fix it quickly. Apart from these things details it's very great and good value

1. Location, Leuven Station and Bus Depo walkable distance. 2. Nearby bus stop 3. Nearby restaurants, coffee shop, grocery stores, ATMs, cool place.

1. Facilities Staff don't communicate in English. However reception guides well in English. 2. 3pm checkin time opening. Difficult for getting room if required earlier then 3pm for international visitors.

Despite arriving at getaway leuven during the time when the reception was manned, the intercom from the door went straight to an automated message and it was not possible to communicate directly with the reception. This is really not good enough and should be remedied. We only gained access because another member of staff happened to be entering the building while we were attempting to communicate with the reception. If it were not for this lucky Chance we would have a great Deal of trouble. Once we got to the reception, there were no further problems. It is absolutely necessary that when the reception is manned, that direct communication is possible with the reception staff from the Front door. This would probably stop me from using getaway Studios again. Which would be a shame.
