It is by the back entrance/exit of the station, which is next to the bus station, and there is a large, safe, covered car park directly next to it. So all super-convenient. The rooms are not so expensive for what they are. The walk into town is just about the right distance. I come here fairly regularly and don't look for anywhere else in Leuven any more.

Breakfast is good but very expensive. There should be a light breakfast option at half the price. The bar is good but the beer range is quite limited for a brewing city. Getting in some beers from a local brewer like Curoir or De Vlier would be a good idea. It is really difficult to get good Flemish food in Leuven, so maybe the restaurant should specialise.

The location next to the station was very convenient. Welcoming reception area and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and good evening dinners as well. It was a peaceful well managed hotel with comfortable bedrooms and good service

what can be improved is the taxi ordering service from the reception desk. The staff were very helpful in ordering taxis twice per day but the taxi drivers did not come into the reception to collect the guest and on two occasions the taxis were taken by someone else. It would be better to adopt the usual practice of giving the name of the passenger to the taxi company when ordering them and the ensure that they repeat it back to you so that the driver feels responsible for turning up. On the occasions when they didn't come when they said they would, we were late for conference sessions.

Lovely hotel right next to the centre.lovely helpful staff, Asked for extra pillows and brought within 5 minutes. Very very comfortable bed.Had the best nights sleep 😴. Spotlessly clean. Handy ironing board and iron.Great hairdryer used by my wife. This would have been a ten with a couple of exceptions.

It's a bit expensive but I guess right in the centre. Wasn't going to pay an extra 22 euros for breakfast. A hotel of this standing should have parking fasciitis. Parked in handy nearby underground parking ( only real option ) which cost 26 euros. I have stayed in similar accommodation which takes care of the parking. So the toilet and shower are in two separate rooms which is great however the designers have decided that the sink should be in the shower room 🤔 so after using the toilet you go into shower room to wash your hands truly bizzare.

We love this property. Our second time here since discovering the beautiful Leuven when looking for a stopover for our Eurostar journey from Bruxell-Midi. Perfect safe location above the train station yet without the noise and mayhem. Accomodation is clean and convenient. There is the option to dine in the restaurant or to walk to the beautiful old town of Leuven. Staff are professional and welcoming. Hoping we will be back again next year.

The only suggestion we have is for a selection of pillows otherwise perfect.

The location is super. Right next to the station and bus stops. Popular destinations are steps away. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Tasty breakfast had a good selection and a nice variety. Hot water comes really fast in the bathroom.

The heater wasn't very strong. I brought it up to the front desk and they increased the temperature a bit, but it would be nice if we can control it ourselves. I love the fact that there's an electric kettle in the room, but it'll be awesome if there's also a mini fridge. We stayed for 3 weeks and it'll be more convenient for us if we can keep something in the fridge. The room also seems a bit smaller (compared to the photos), but we still had a very comfortable 3-week stay.

First of all the young lady at the reception ( think her origin from Lituania). She was so kind and managed to give us a room in the morning. The room was big, clean , quiet. The bed so cold comfortable. The big walk in shower. The nice view of the city on the 7th floor . The location near the station and the city. To bad no frigo in the room but that’s just a detail. As I often go to Leuven will take the same hotel

Our second time staying here. Excellent location for train station. We used it as a base to visit Brussels Xmas market. Much better value than Brussels hotels and just 25 minutes to Brussels Central station. Great train frequency. The combination of the regular Friday morning market in Leuven with the excellent Xmas market there was actually better than Brussels'. The hotel is a flat 1km walk to the main square in Leuven, the Xmas market is half-way. We had breakfast at the popular Cafe de la Gare. Next year, we will skip Brussels and visit Leuven for the Xmas market. And stay at the Park, of course!

Nothing. I knew from last time that there was no train noise. And that the staff are great. I asked for an extra pillow after the first night. It was waiting for me when I got back to the room that evening.

The location was great! Nice and quiet but only a short walk to cafes shops and restaurants. Also right beside the train station, which was very convenient for our trips to Brussels,Brugge and Ghent. Staff were friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. There was a good choice at breakfast, more so if you were not vegan or vegetarian. There was your usually cooked breakfast but no hot vegan options. Plenty pastries , variety of fruit cereal and yogurt.fruit juice, and hot drinks.

Although breakfast had a varied selection i felt it was a bit expensive for what we ate. One day i didnt feel great so slept in therefore missed our breakfast that day. We paid for breakfast when booking the holiday so lost around €38 for that day. In future will pay breakfast on a daily basis. Air conditioning didnt really do a lot but luckily temperatures outside werent that high.

Staff was very warm and welcoming, and they got us situated with a room immediately. Extra pillows were brought upon request. The view was stunning, and it was easy to get to the train the day of my flight.

The controls for the air-conditioning in the room did not work. Luckily, it was not too hot. In my previous stays here, I was able to control the temperature in the room, and it's essential to have the airco in a heatwave in the summertime.
