We stayed before and returned because we knew it was a really good place to stay. We had asked if we could get the same room again and were pleasantly surprised when we did. It is very clean and comfortable. Being close to the train and bus station is a bonus. Next time we visit Leuven, we will book here again.

Wonderful location and all that I needed for a good night of sleep The staff was super nice and supportive when I needed help (I called them) They have a coffee machine, but you need your own coffee to use as far as I get it

They ask for your ID remotely, so you are supposed to send it via email The room was a bit cold from the beginning, but there is an air conditioner with a heater function

The check-in instructions with photos were brilliantly helpful and very well thought out. Great location, ear plugs provided, which was a lovely touch, so I was expecting it to be loud at night, but it was nice and peaceful. Would stay here again.

The plug sockets by the window and in the bathroom weren't working, but maybe that's because I was using an adaptor, but the ones under the desk were fine. Towels had a slightly funky smell, and one had a bit of a grubby mark on.

The location was extremely convenient to the railway station. The room was spacious and clean.

The process for getting the key on arrival did not work - the code had been changed at the last moment. I would not have been able to use my phone to contact the staff, so it was very lucky that my partner did have her phone and was able to use it. This could have been disastrous. Having a buzzer to contact a staff member would be much safer and more welcoming. By UK standards, the room was very expensive.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the bathroom had all we needed. Location is convenient to the train station.

The process for getting the initial key did not work - the code had been changed at short notice. The room got hot and stuffy during the day; opening the windows helped, but then the traffic noise was unpleasant. The website did not seem to allow me to book for 2 nights at once - I had to make 2 separate bookings, which meant double the instructions.

The location was good and the room was clean. In general it had all basic things you might need.

The electricity plugs. One was not working and there is only one free nearby the bed. The sound insulation is also not so good. We could hear the girl's next door phone calls, music etc until late in the night. Also there is no staff. We only received auto-replies.

Good location, close to the train station, and the city center is also reachable in 15 mins. Clear instructions how to check in and out, everything was as described. The bed was okay and good that there was heating, since the weather got quite cold. For one or just a few nights it’s good price/quality.

There was only one chair in the room, which is fine but it was veryvery dirty, should’ve been cleaned a long time ago.

Excellent room (QPR), very close to the train station, 15 minutes to City Hall. Everything is clean in the room. The flat also has (shared with other ones) a terrace and full equipped kitchen with a vending machine. Thanks for the coffee! We enjoyed the stay and the owner was very kind. I do not hesitate to recommend it.

Good location, 17 mins walk from city center, 5 mins from train station. Parking possible in front of the hotel, easy self check-in. Very clean! When Windows shut: surprisingly quiet! (Being situated onna very very busy road!)

Needs some TLC in the bathroom (shower) and ceiling (waterleak? Painting…). Chair needs replacing.

Great location, close to the station, comfy bed, and although, the airco looked old, it worked perfectly. Nice, practical and clean kitchenette in the common area.

Smell of towels, iron (downstairs in -1), airco sometimes also smelled a bit funky. The desk chair was very stained, so not inviting to use.
