The location is great, right at the center, everything is in 5 minutes tops! Also the view is nice, and church bells ringing every hour during the day, which is cute! Loved the hotel! Also the breakfast was quite nice, not a lot of variety but everything is tasty

Unfortunately it was around 30 degrees and we lived on the highest floor, so it was quite hot during the day, nights were colder but still. But there was a fan! Air conditioners are quite rare so I don't consider it a drawback.

A lovely character building in a fantastic central location in Leuven. Very comfortable beds, extremely clean and the rooms were spacious. Both the Reception Staff and Breakfast Staff were excellent - so helpful, friendly and it was a massive bonus for us that fluent English was spoken. The breakfast was amazing and I would challenge even the pickiest of eaters not to find something they didn’t like - the choice was fabulous. Our whole family group of six loved this hotel and we really hope to return.

I was given a very spacious double-decker room under the roof. Extraordinary and very comfortable! There were also coffee facilities in the room and nice views from the windows. Overall, it's a nicely renovated historic building. Very comfortable for a business stay!

The low ceilings may be a challenge for tall people (although even 170cm+ people may find it challenging). There were some issues with the sink and the shower, but they were addressed promptly.

Just a wonderful and thoughtful staff and very helpful The breakfast was exceptional with breads, pastries, eggs, fruits, juice and more…we ate well to start are day.

I bumped my head on the low angled ceiling in the bathroom late one night, The hot water was sometimes not too hot, but never cold. I understand a historic building could have challenges with plumbing arrangements, so it’s more of an observation.

Location, location, location! Beds were very comfortable and staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast each morning.

We had a two level family room, with beds upstairs and common area downstairs. The common area downstairs was a bit small, but you can't expect huge apartments in the heart of a historic place.

The breakfast was good and included all those things we wanted. Location was excellent: main square was very close and the train station only 10-15 minutes walk away. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We visited Leuven in the beginning of Dec. and the Christmas lights were so beautiful, escpecially the Town Hall.

We stayed at a family room (two floors, beds upstairs) with roof windows. At wintertime the downstairs area was a bit dark and an extra lamp/lightning would be nice. A new cover for the couch would refresh it, but nothing major.

Check-in was very welcoming and the desk clerk was very helpful, explaining all the attractions and providing me with a highlighted map and bus information. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

It would have been lovely to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room, or at least decaf coffee in the breakfast offering.

Such a charming hotel! We had the family room so four twin beds which were perfect for our family. We loved the location, right in the center of Leuven, very easy to get any place in Leuven. And just a quick 10 min walk to the train station! The breakfast was delicious and in a beautiful bright room.

Excellent location in the center of Leuven, walking distance to many cafes, main church and stores. Personal were very nice all of them. Breakfast is very good and complete.

Rooms seem way larger in the pictures than what we received. For the price, the hotel is old and the room could be better. In general cleaning was good, only a couple of times it was not properly vacuumed.

The stay was excellent. Large rooms, generally clean, decent breakfast. I liked that they had a quiet fan in the room I could use.

There were a few mildew spots in the shower, otherwise the room would receive a perfect 10. The breakfast was low on vegetables, but that's usual in European hotels.
