We enjoyed people waiting from our room.. hehe. We felt safe. The location was simply the best as you just go down stairs and you have food, shops, train and bus stations all right there. The locker room for luggage was helpful for our first and last day. The bed comfort was decent and warm. Our room was serviced everyday with fresh towels. If all you need is a place to sleep, then you dont need more than this. Breakfast offered but I didnt take that option so I cannot judge.

Nothing really in English on TV. The pillows are a little bit flat. If you are going to be in the room a lot and like space, then maybe not for you. But you can sit down stairs and work.

Very close to the train station, very convenient for us as we traveled to other cities every day. The surrounding area is nice and you have everything you need (restaurants, grocery stores etc) within walking distance. The beds are comfortable and the room was clean at check in and was cleaned every day. The price was very good during our stay.

We stayed in a triple room, where there is a bunk bed. The top bed is kinda small. Altough the beds were comfortable, the pillows were really small and thin, it felt like we had none at all.

The location was amazing, in walking distance to any major points of interest. Lot's of restaurant and places to go out nearby, location is safe to walk at night. Room was a decent size and they provide decent soap/wash. The hotel is a little bit too precious about the one and only hair dryer though which you have to get from the reception. Breakfast was quite simple, no big fuss but still ok.

the lifts were a bit smelly . But other than that there isn't anything major I would point out.

Staff was very nice and welcoming - It is always added value when you get greeted with a smile :) Room was small but very functional - basic with everything you need for a quick city visit. The location is very central and well connected to various locations in Leuven within walking disctance. We did not get a breakfast but looked really good!

The parking sign in the facilities description on Booking.com needs to have a dollar/euro sign next to it - just like the other listings Booking has for hotels that have an independent nearby hotel. The way this is published specially on the mobile view can be confusing. The hotel does send a message as soon as reservation is confirmed to clarify that you need to find your own nearby hotel.

The location of the hotel is next to the train station, which is very convenient if you are planning to move to other towns. Also, it is just 15 minutes walking from the city center. The hotel has the basic amenities, it complies with what you need. The staff is very kind.

I expected more from the breakfast, but I understand it is a budget hotel. Currently the hotel is going through some remodeling so there are people working so there might be some inconveniences, but nothing to worry.

Staff was very helpful, and provided me with an access to the room before the check-in time. Very comfortable bed. Great location, right in front of railway and the bus station.

It was not very comfortable to get a hair dryer only after the deposit submission, but I can understand as that is a budget hotel. Although it might be better for clients to have in a room as not removable.

Location - superb! just at the end of the train station, with lots of quick food stalls and a del haize markt under the premises. room - good enough, not so spacious. good for one. breakfast-decent continental breakfast. i was not able to savor it because i was in a hurry for a meeting. for a relax morning, it could be enjoyed with a company. Left Luggage possibility - very considerate!

bedroom layout could be rearranged for maximization of space.

Clean, the staff was kind, we had a problem with the number of people and the booking (our friend Martin was the problem) but they solved it, great facilites, we could leave our baggage in the storage room for free, good quality price ratio.

Its next to the train station, which means its not very centric, rooms are a bit too small (better pick the 2 people room rather than the 3 person room)

The staff was welcoming and nice. Everything was clean. The Ibis is right next to the train station and next to the center. The toilet and shower were separated which is more efficient if you are 3 like we were. It was quiet. You will receive a card per person, very convenient if you want to come back to the hostel during the night. There is also a 24/7 desk.

The shampoo does not clean very well, better to bring your own shampoo.

The location is good and is very close to the Leuven Central station. Breakfast was also good. i came at around 11:30 am and they were able to provide a room early. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have microwave oven in the common area where you can heat the food. The Beds were nice and i was able to have a good sleep.

The price is expensive for a budget hotel in Leuven!! I paid 100 Euros per night including the City taxes . The price should be capped to around 70-80 Euros per night. Otherwise we cannot call it as a budget hotel.. There should be a bathroom mat at the entrance of the bathroom. It can be used for the water that flows into living room from bathroom while having shower. I don't like using towels to dry the water hat flows into living room from bathroom. Power-outlets for laptops and mobile phones is limited.
