I really liked the location of the hotel just next to the old city and the university. It was calm at the same time. I certainly recommend it

The only thing is that they don't let you fill your water bottle with the water from the restaurant. I think it is more to do with the rules in Belgium than about this hotel. But if you are coming from a country where you can get tap water for free, you are in for a surprise

I was quite pleased with its location and the friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently situated, and the staff members were welcoming and attentive.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. First, there was noticeable noise coming from adjacent rooms, which made it somewhat challenging to relax in peace. Second, my room, which was located on the first floor, had a less-than-ideal view overlooking the parking lot and the fire escape. Another downside worth mentioning was the absence of a mini-fridge and an electric kettle in the room.

Excellent location... you're literally in the city center, close to all the shops and restaurants

Recommend taking the train into the city as parking is a premium. They do have a parking area, but it is limited and first come first serve. We got extremely lucky. Also, their parking entrance is narrow, so you'll need to be careful when driving through it. Rooms are small, but oh well. They're only being used to sleep in.

The hotel is in the historic center of Leuven, close to everything. Nice staff, OK facilities, delivers on the general expectations for the brand : a budget accommodation.

Rooms are tiny with only basic amenities, the lack of central heating can result in surprising cold temperatures (but the a/c unit works fast and efficiently).

Great location, friendly staff and very clean!

Mattresses were very thin and continuously shifted off the bed frames. Room also got quite hot as aircon didn't circulate properly, but not sure what hotel would have been able to do to fix.

So all of the tourist attractions, restaurants and business buildings are on 15 to 20 minutes walk. Position is great, clean rooms, good breakfast, polite personel.

Rooms are quite small so when not alone you have to manage good with your suitcases.

Clean hotel with very friendly staff. Perfect for seeing Leuven as its rather close to the central square. 15 min walk to trainstation. Check in and out and communication very easy and quick.

Nothing really. It was very expensive the nights we stayed, but that goes for the whole region during Rock Werchter.

The hotel was located very close to the city centre, everything could be reached by foot. The breakfast was of good quality and diversity. It has its own parking place.

The rooms are small and the matrasses were very soft. However, this does not weigh up against the positive points

We went to the wrong Ibis (train station) the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Once we got to the correct hotel, the member of staff was brilliant. So friendly and happy to help. The room was clean and everything was comfortable. Would stay here again.

It was exactly as described. In a fantastic location, cute skylight with a great view of the city. The staff were friendly and knowledge, especially the guy who helped us check in. They also offer a free coffee each day with syrups available.
