Location of hotel ideal for those travelling via train and for exploring Brussels. Very comfortable accommodation with a warm welcome from the Reception team.

We returned from a day sightseeing to have a bite to eat and some drinks to end our day on the wonderful roof top area. We had been advised the menu was basic pizza, cheese boards etc. which we were happy with. Unfortunately we were advised that no chef available so eating was no longer an option. Disappointing as the roof top space was lovely and particularly on a sunny evening. We resorted to go back out to the centre to find a restaurant to eat in.

I love everything about this hotel. location , perfect. Staff amazing. Very polite and warm. Fantastic breakfast in morning. A bit more expensive however super good quality and variety.

I would love to have more repeaters for wifi or have a bit stronger wifi in hotel. My room was 6006 and it was right in the middle of the hallway yet, I had poor connection with my phone and my laptop in any location of my room, it didnt matter where i put them. It is very important to me to have good connection due to my visits to your hotel is 90% because of work and i do alot of video conferance calls with my collegues and the firm.

The hotel is an attractive building, in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of the city centre. Our suite was very comfortable, with three excellent rooms, a large hallway, good views, and excellent in-room amenities (eg large fridge, good coffee machine, powerful shower). Breakfast was excellent, in fact I could not find anything requiring improvement in the breakfast offering; probably the best breakfast I have had in Brussels.

The check-in process was long-winded, and took ages. In general the staff could be better and more attentive, particularly the housekeeping staff. They consistently put only two towels in our room (there were 4 of us), and they prepared the room with only two glasses (I had to request more). The tea/coffee station had milk for just one drink, and I had to ask several times before more milk was provided. Housekeeping could do with tightening up. The air-conditioning only worked in one room.

Almost perfect location. Just in front of a Metro station and at walking distance to many of the Brussels attractions. Basic room but cleaned every day. Confy beds. Nice bathroom with shower and bathtub. Helpful staff, especially Alvaro and Sabina. Very good breakfast and very diverse for the cold dishes and sweets, smoothies, juices etc. For the hot savory part there is space for improvement.

No slippers or bathrobes, strange for a four stars hotel. More diversity is needed for hot dishes at breakfast. Scrambled eggs (other types of eggs only on demand), mushroom stew, bacon, small fried sausages and fried tomatoes. Good, but for longer stays and for the price improvement is much needed.

The breakfast terrace overlooking Brussels skyline and the rich quality breakfast alone are worth a stay. Breakfast has great variety, e.g. I loved the red beets and the veggie, the quality cheese, ... 😊. Location is perfect - city center is in few minutes walking distance and metro station is right outside the hotel door. Staff very friendly and always ready to help.

Some small issues show that the hotel should pay more attention to the room's cleanliness - nothing serious but a bit more effort could easily make a big difference. Information about the hotel's services etc are available only when you download an app - I see that this saves on paper but I'd really prefer a small hardcopy leaflet. Didn't download the app. online check-in did not work.

The location is great, every thing is close by, stores, shops, resturants, cafes, supermarkets, and pharmacy, many nice attractions and the area is vibrant, I recommend taking tour bus for this particular city to show you around, the reception friendly and check in was easy, breakfast is really good every thing is available, room service is great room was cleaned every time I come back, the shower pressure wonderful and have many setting for water massage, it was relaxing after long day walking. definitly staying again their. Oh, so close to metro.

We stayed twice at hotel in July and had a great experience both times. The location is perfect — right in the city center and close to everything. The rooms are comfortable, large, clean, and reasonably priced. A special very warm thanks to the front desk manager who checked us in both times — he is very professional, welcoming and friendly. Also we would like to mention the tall gentleman at reception during our check out. Every time we met him on hotel his warm smile truly made our day. And many thanks to all staff. Excellent service all around!

Everything was perfect. Awesome room, very comfortable, spacious & clean. Breakfast was good. Location was amazing, right in the centre with a shopping street just behind the hotel. You can pretty much walk to all the main attractions. Above all of that, the staff went out of their way to make my stay memorable. It was also my birthday and I was given a surprise gift at check out - not expected at all and was a pleasant surprise. I felt personally taken care of and again, staff and management really went above & beyond to provide a great experience. highly recommend this hotel for sure !

Restaurant opening times could be better. When I checked in, it wasn't too late in the afternoon. I went to the restaurant to have a welcome drink and meal however the restaurant was closed. Also no draft beer which was surprising for a hotel in a city like Brussels known for beer ! But to be clear, this was a small issue. I still had an amazing experience overall.

It's always a pleasure to stay in this hotel. The staff is exceptional, the rooms are nice and spacious. The breakfast hall on the 9th floor is greatly appreciated and so is the great breakfast.

It's a struggle to find something not to like at this hotel. Although, it seems that things have changed a little and not for the better. Only small things, the ones that made a positive difference compared to other good hotels, but still... Like quality of breakfast. Still great, just not as good as on my numerous previous visits. I hope it's the seasonal thing....
