Breakfast selection was good. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.

Waiter at breakfast on Sat, Aug 2 was very rude to us. He stated “These certain tables are saved for our “important” guests!”. Then he aggressively started sweeping food onto the floor near our feet at the end of the breakfast period and actually came over and said to us: “The breakfast is closing soon. You have approx 5 minutes to eat, and then you must leave!” So so rude, especially when he could see that we were almost finished! Unacceptable and we have never encountered this anywhere in any of our travels!

Very calm hotel in spite of its position on loud roundabout - really nothing was hear from outside and nothing also from corridor (room was directly near lift) - unbelievable for me. Room was nice, large enough, bed comfortable. I appreciate also tough curtains which make perfect dark during night (and if you like, also during day). Staff was very friendly, breakfast delicious (try their orange juice or sweets with coffee). In TV I found also 2 Czech channels here in Brussels. Great! Position of the hotel is also good - 1 min to metro Montgomery or tram. It is first hotel, which I must fully recommend to all.

Nothing important, maybe larger selection of meal in breakfast (because it is 5* hotel).

Asking 4 Eur for a bottle of water in the room may be a bit exaggerated as nowadays water is almost complimentary everywhere!!

Great Location: The hotel is conveniently located right next to a metro station, making it easy to get around. The surrounding neighborhood is charming, with fantastic restaurants just a short walk away. Spacious and Comfortable: The room was impressively spacious, featuring a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was equally roomy and well-appointed, providing a nice level of comfort.

Unfortunate Smoking Issue: Despite being a nonsmoking hotel, we were overwhelmed by the smell of cigarette smoke coming through the ventilation system, which woke us up during the night. While the staff was very apologetic, offering a free breakfast and a room change, the experience was still disappointing. Their proactive response was appreciated, but the situation itself was quite unpleasant. While the location and room were excellent, the smoking issue unfortunately detracted from what could have been a great stay.

My recent stay at Eurostars Montgomery in Brussels was exceptional. What I particularly liked was the hotel's ideal location in a peaceful area, which offered a serene retreat while still being conveniently close to major attractions. The room was a standout feature—spacious, meticulously clean, and offering a breathtaking view of the city. I was also impressed by the exemplary service provided by the staff; their warm and attentive demeanor significantly enhanced my experience. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, with its extensive selection of fresh and delicious options. Additionally, the hotel’s restaurant was impressed with its high-quality cuisine and inviting atmosphere, making every meal a pleasure. Overall, Eurostars Montgomery excels in combining luxury, comfort, and superior service. It is an outstanding choice for anyone visiting Brussels, and I highly recommend it.

Updating the in-room amenities to match the hotel's modern and luxurious standard could enhance the experience. Additionally, expanding the breakfast buffet options could further elevate the dining experience.

Pompousity. Nothinhg else to say more, sorry. Have been in hundreads and this is not a 5 stars.

No drinking water in the room except minibar. Why? It was even in apart hotels at other places. No coffee maker as promised in the room. Running shower “cap” and too high to step in to the shower; should wait for scrambled eggs, when received was dry and not delicious, no bacon. Strange check out - said that it is from a distance, but, seemed that not exactly. Why then spend the time to do that automatically, if at the end the check out is the same as always? Only one normal size towel - not enough, if one wants to wash the hair.

We love the location of the hotel. The metro and bus, as well as tram stops, are right next to it as well as a few lovely restaurants and cafes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The washroom was full of products for us to use. The hot rack was very useful for drying undergarments and towels. The room service was good, and the food was delicious as well as reasonably priced. We had a lovely stay at Eurostars Montgomery and would be happy to stay here again.

The beds were too soft for our liking, and the bathtub was slightly uncomfortable.

Spacious comfortable clean room. Very nice personnel. Parking under the hotel. Breakfast and coffee is a good start of every day.

I think the way the tables are arranged is a little awkward. They are all faced in the same direction. So you are looking someone directly in the face or you are sitting with the back towards him/her. Perhaps lack of space, but half of the room is used for unused furniture. It looks nice but it is not practical. Also the TV with CNN or BBC News is at the other end of the room and nobody can clearly see or listen to it. I suggest complete rearranging of the breakfast room.

I liked in particular the spacious room that was nicely decorated with English style. Breakfast was also very good and the service at the front desk very kind and professional. The locations is great, it is not in the Schuman area itself, but close enough to walk there through the Cinquantenaire park if the weather is good. Some shops at Merode area. Metro is also conveniently located just beside the hotel.

It was not possible to open the window but that appears to be the case in most hotels nowadays. I understand it is a security issue.

Althought the staff generally appeared helpful we were given a ver sour farewell, kicked out of the room in a bad way because the cleaners were waiting and we were 15 mins late. We asked to see the manager but she did not make herself available in the 2.5 hours that we waited in the hotel before we left. The feeling was that the cleaners' concerns were much more important than the guests' and that did not go down well.
