Breakfast selection was good. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.

Waiter at breakfast on Sat, Aug 2 was very rude to us. He stated “These certain tables are saved for our “important” guests!”. Then he aggressively started sweeping food onto the floor near our feet at the end of the breakfast period and actually came over and said to us: “The breakfast is closing soon. You have approx 5 minutes to eat, and then you must leave!” So so rude, especially when he could see that we were almost finished! Unacceptable and we have never encountered this anywhere in any of our travels!

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made the stay feel special. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to choose from each morning. The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Overall, it was exceptionally very good and exceeded our expectations.

Overall, the staff service and initial welcome was warmer and more attentive, during breakfast, all the staff were very friendly — especially Mrs. Li, who stood out with her positive attitude. She was genuinely happy and made a great connection with my wife, which we really appreciated.

We received tremendous customer service from the staff. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful especially the guy called Fernando in the Dinning. He was very helpful and friendly. Made sure all members of our group got the nice hot or cold breakfast they wished.

The double tap of the male toilet wash hand basin at the reception is rusty and dirty, not befit a 5-star hotel. The water dispenser by the entrance is too small, and the tap is not well positioned for refilling bottles without spilling water. It wasn't clear which glasses were used and which were not. A better portable dispenser would make a difference. There is no bin by the entrance to dispose of rubbish. The restrooms 🚻 provided for guest's use while in the reception loung or Dinning were not enough. It is not decent or good that one has to queue to use toilets in a 5-star hotel. There is no privacy or dignity queing or hanging around to use a toilet in a quality hotel. I dont like it.

The bed was great! Not 2 beds that were put together. If it was, it had a top mattress 🥰 and we had 1 comforter, not 2 separate single ones like in so many hotels. Rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. Liked the furniture, comfy, classy. Front desk personnel were nice but seemed very new to their jobs, which was fine, plus it was during a national holiday, so many had a day off. All-in-all the staff/service was excellent. The location was great. I love the park at walking distance with many museum. Love the closeness to public transport.

My friend had a room that had a smell of mildew, seeing that this hotel is a 5* hotel, you'd think that would be fixed. It would be nice to have an e-bike option for rent, especially now-a- days. Coffee in the rooms was bad, but in the restaurant was good. Toilet doesn't flush good 🫥 The bed sheet had a hole in my friend's room. It is possible the thermostat didn’t seem to be working.

Very calm hotel in spite of its position on loud roundabout - really nothing was hear from outside and nothing also from corridor (room was directly near lift) - unbelievable for me. Room was nice, large enough, bed comfortable. I appreciate also tough curtains which make perfect dark during night (and if you like, also during day). Staff was very friendly, breakfast delicious (try their orange juice or sweets with coffee). In TV I found also 2 Czech channels here in Brussels. Great! Position of the hotel is also good - 1 min to metro Montgomery or tram. It is first hotel, which I must fully recommend to all.

Great Location: The hotel is conveniently located right next to a metro station, making it easy to get around. The surrounding neighborhood is charming, with fantastic restaurants just a short walk away. Spacious and Comfortable: The room was impressively spacious, featuring a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was equally roomy and well-appointed, providing a nice level of comfort.

Unfortunate Smoking Issue: Despite being a nonsmoking hotel, we were overwhelmed by the smell of cigarette smoke coming through the ventilation system, which woke us up during the night. While the staff was very apologetic, offering a free breakfast and a room change, the experience was still disappointing. Their proactive response was appreciated, but the situation itself was quite unpleasant. While the location and room were excellent, the smoking issue unfortunately detracted from what could have been a great stay.

Asking 4 Eur for a bottle of water in the room may be a bit exaggerated as nowadays water is almost complimentary everywhere!!

Beautiful grand hotel with thoughtful interior decorations, large rooms with comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, and a window that you can open. The location at Montgomery can be a plus or a minus depending on the point of view: the fountain is impressive day and night, walking distance from Jubelpark and museums, easy access to metro and pre-metro. It's also the busiest roundabout in the city so not exactly quiet.

The check-in process was a bit convoluted and slow. Staff didn't speak Dutch which is odd for the capital city.

Overall, Eurostars Montgomery excels in combining luxury, comfort, and superior service. It is an outstanding choice for anyone visiting Brussels, and I highly recommend it.

Updating the in-room amenities to match the hotel's modern and luxurious standard could enhance the experience. Additionally, expanding the breakfast buffet options could further elevate the dining experience.

Pompousity. Nothinhg else to say more, sorry. Have been in hundreads and this is not a 5 stars.

No drinking water in the room except minibar. Why? It was even in apart hotels at other places. No coffee maker as promised in the room. Running shower “cap” and too high to step in to the shower; should wait for scrambled eggs, when received was dry and not delicious, no bacon. Strange check out - said that it is from a distance, but, seemed that not exactly. Why then spend the time to do that automatically, if at the end the check out is the same as always? Only one normal size towel - not enough, if one wants to wash the hair.
