The problem was because..Nobody at the reception, on Saturday and Sunday..! And if..! You have a problem with your WIFI or and your Telephone , in becomes very complicated..and a real problem to check -Out.. But the cleaning ladies are very nice and will do the maxim to help you, also the nice lady Manager .. Of this hotel , as call me, to tell me everything was Ok on Sunday afternoon to say that everything was ok, to help me..! Wish i have apricated very much..So for that reason I will comme back.. so.. Finally I'm happy, with that very important detail..

Really excellent rooms and breakfast. The whole hotel is an excellent experience

On my final night there was a really loud party going on that was shaking the bed. I couldn't get through to anyone to ask what was going on and when the music would end. The staff could be around more at reception etc.

The views, the amount of space and the apartment itself was beautiful

I didn't read correctly that there was no kitchen but kitchenet which means there was no stove to make our food, which we needed due to our special diet

We had a very spacious room with nice view, the room was clean, had everything we need. there was a coffee machine there but no kettle to boil water for tea or tea bags. overall, pleasant experience. there is a nice restaurant in the same area. the only inconvenience is that there is no one at the reception and I wanted to ask for an adaptor for my phone charger.

Staff are not really around - could be more present. Bigger towels would be preferred.

the temperature in my room was 15C, and I could not change it, it was only possible to adjust it to lower temperature, I informed the staff, hopefully resolved

I love staying here. Rooms are big, practical, clean, modern, good AC. The location is quiet but super close to many major businesses in Wavre. The team is super friendly and the breakfast is extraordinary.

Your hotel is the first one with a good mattress. It is really rare to find an hotel with a good mattress. Most of them a hard like concrete.

Everything was perfect with this place. Nice location, beautiful scenery, smell of forest in the morning, nice people; overall great accomodation.

The only thing we didn't like is that the breakfast was a bit expensive. You could find everything you want to eat, it was sufficient, but still not €20 worth. Yet, of course you don't have to buy the breakfast package to reserve a room.

breakfast was late and we can not use them to catch flight..another issue is I booked via booking and canceled dueto no visa for coming, but have to pay for that..
