I had a really pleasant stay after my surgery from Be Clinic. The team goes beyond and above to help and make your stay comfortable. Jonas , I apologise for spelling wrong. It was amazing and super supportive . I have been there with my mom for 8 days, and everything was without fault . A good range of options for breakfast and the restaurant menu is delicious. Rode bicycle there from Leuven for the SuperPrestige Cross race in town. Perfect accommodation for my bike and I and easy ride into town center. Had a bar at the indoor tennis courts which was cool to hang out in and watch some balls back and forth. Asked for a Trappist beer to take to room and being a perfect Belgian host, he handed me the proper chalice to take as well! Little thing we Americans really appreciate. I mistakingly left the hotel after a great breakfast without paying as thought the fee was collected by booking.com. The owner called me a couple days later and was super friendly and understanding and we worked it out easily. Will definitely be back next year for another excellent stay.

Nice escape from city life and enjoy some tennis as well. The reception/service staff was exceptional and willing to help. Nice restaurant 😋

There is room to improvement, especially setting of the room. For instance the TV can be hanged and the table could be used as study/work table. In bathroom, One would need some tray/holder to keep the shampoo/soap.

Johan was amazing, he made our stay i keep coming back because of his hospitality, he cant do enough for you. The area is stunningband after surgery its a greatvplace to recuperate. Breakfast was lovely a mixture of english breakfast and continental.

The door handle on the bathroom door was loose number 51 needs to be fixed, no phone in the room but apart from that all ok.

The location was perfect for where we need to be the room were large and clean Johan the manager was the nicest person couldn’t have done enough for just so friendly and the food was fantastic breakfast had everything would wanted and the evening meal was delicious if we need to back anywhere near there we would stay there every time

I stayed at The Tangla hotel for two days first and then spent 4 nights at The Panorama. Hotels in Brussels are expensive (the price of a nice luxury hotel in London)! I went to Brussels for surgery so I had to pay. Although the clinic recommends Tangla (and I understand why as it is more luxurious) the Panorama I felt was much better for post-op recovery. It was quiet, quaint and cosy and it felt like home. The staff were amazing, one actually gave me a lift and they give you extra pillows for a very comfortable bed.

There was no gym or swimming pool like the other hotel but I wouldn’t have been able to use them post-op anyway. Breakfast finished at 9am which could have been later Hotel prices I believe are way too expensive in Brussels and there is really very little to see so I can only imagine that the prices are that way due to large numbers of visitors coming to the clinic nearby

Big room, very dog friendly, great, friendly and flexible personnel - especially Johan, who went the extra mile to make as feel welcome. Large hotel parking space. Priceworthy restaurant (until 9 pm) and bar (until midnight) at the hotel.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, even finding me a doctor when I was sick. Breakfast was very complete and the restaurant menu was good and reasonably priced.

A kettle and tea and coffee in the room would have been nice! Also a hairdryer!

The hotel is deep in a village or something likewise, quiet place. The price/service ratio is perfect. Free big parking, good enough breakfast, the room was decent - clean, nothing is broken, not too old, even has heating.

I wouldn't imagine being possible to get there not by car. Also the halls on the living floors have a very old smell. In the room there was no any smell. In the room the only problem was that the toilet seat lid can't stay up :D. So you have to hold it open with one hand when doing small stuff, and it will lay on your back when doing big stuff. Don't know if the same problem exists in other rooms.

it’s a beautiful place. Staff is excellent. they go out of there way to help. Johann is a gem. It’s a tennis academy plus hotel. We were lucky to watch the tennis tournament taking place. It was like one big family. Restaurant is excellent. Food is exceptional & really affordable. One day we’ll come again. Thank you for superb hospitality 🙏

There’s nothing to dislike. I knew what I was booking. Incase future guests don’t read n understand the details : the hotel is outside Brussels. It’s accessible with your own car. From the bus stop it’s quite a walk. plus the journey from Brussels to Overijse. If you can afford a cab then well n good 👍🏻
