The room lay out. Breakfast

Reception staff was a bit curt on arrival. We were travel tired. They did not answer the phone and then moaned because we used the chat facilities. Also, we asked for some more water and was told we would have to pay, as only allowed one bottle a day. There were a few things wrong with the room. One of which wasn't resolved. Extractor fan in toilet. Tv was not tuned in. We were just told it was crap.. We had wanted to watch some of the Olympic games. We struggled to understand how to use the shower. We were shown, but in a harsh way A phone call to the receptionist re check out was dealt with in the same harsh way. The room was unbearably hot at night.

I stayed for literally bed and breakfast and both were fine. I was delayed and checked in a bit late but the staff were super helpful. Well informed about bus arrangements in lieu of 44 tram works. I like the fact that a carafe of water was provided in the room. Everything was exceptionally clean.

Small point - shower mats would be a good idea as bath a bit slippery. The tram works on 44 route until spring 2025 apparently are not the property’s fault but they do make coming by public transport a bit more difficult so wise to do homework.

The room was nice. Beds comfortable.

Steps in front lobby were a little dangerous. The color of the tile blended and one could miss that there were actually steps. Initially staff was annoyed with me because I failed to prepay. I then explained an email I received regarding a scam and was told not to respond to further emails. Then the attitude improved. I was told the hack was due to booking.com.

The room ws excellent and the play was clean and well maintained. It has a car park at the back - pity we went in to ask about parking because we got a ticket while we waited. Very handy for the main park and for the African museum which was our purpose in going. The town has some nice restaurants.

Pity about the ticket - but that is not the hotel's fault.

I arrived late and the check in instructions were professionally issued so there were no problems. Car parking area nice and off the road. Nice well set out breakfast. Flexible staff who ordered a taxi when asked out of hours so even if reception not staffed 24/7 there appears always someone on end of a phone if needed.

It is difficult to control but it was quite clear that some antisocial locals exercise their dogs in the alley to the parking. As this is not lit, there is a high probability of something unfortunate happening especially for someone wheeling a case from the car parking area.

Perfect location for a quiet stay, distant from all the city ruckus, yet not so isolated that there aren’t things to do. Perfect

To be honest, nothing. Maybe the only thing to comment on is the fact that there weren’t locks on the toilet but eh not the end of the world🙂

・All the staff are very kind. It was helpful that they responded to our troubles immediately. ・Parking is free. ・Breakfast is buffet style. They replenished it as soon as there was less food. ・The room was clean and the surrounding environment was very quiet, so we were able to spend our stay comfortably. ・We can easily check out in advance online. If you can move by car, it is definitely worth staying here than in the centre of Brussels. Thank you so much!

Spacious room, large bathroom and hot tub after a long motorbike ride.

Staff was friendly, but not available for some of the time (like not to be found upon arrival). A large (readable) name on the property would help find it.

property was clean. near carre fore supermarket. near the sport venue. breakfast was an additional option. a spare bed was provided as an additional option. staff were helpful and pleasant. there is a communal balcony.

price was in the high side

The hotel is located in a very quiet area. Near the hotel it is a Carrefour market and a few restaurants where you can eat, if you find them open. I could do an earlier check in, around 11 o'clock. The room and the bathroom were clean and the cleaning was done daily. The bed was very comfortable and the bed sheets are white and clean.
