It was about a 10 minute walk from a train station and a few shops plus one or two restaurants - not an incredibly convenient location but not bad either. Cleaners knocked on doors every morning at 9-10 which felt a bit early and disturbed us after a late night (though probably our fault for not using the DND sign!). Clean, comfy enough, good for the price especially split three ways for a triple room.
The shower door is translucent and leads directly to the rest of the room which isn't great for non-family groups (and probably even families with older kids).

The location was perfect for what i needed. It's not good if you want to visit Bruxelles and the center. The room was clean and nice. The toilet is separate from the shower, but you can hear and smell anyting from it from the room haha. Definetely wouldn't feel comfortable to stay with someone in that room. For sleeping and showering it's a good room. If you want to spend time in the room, might not be what you want. Nice and friendly staff. I haven't took the breakfast. Also, They managed to get me check in earlier. At 14, so thank you!
I missed a brush for the toilet and the possibility to wide open the window would be great🙈

It's a budget, and we've stayed in this chain before, so there wasn't anything fancy about it. It had clean bedding, towels, and we slept quite well.
You had to pay to get in and out of the car park every time you left it, which wasn't convenient as nothing was close by. There were only two plug sockets to charge anything and there were 3 of us trying to charge up our work devices.

The room was very neat and tidy, the beds were comfortable! No noise throughout the night and very convenient that the check-out was only at 12:00
The breakfast was not as diverse as we had hoped for- there was no warm food (e.g. scrambled eggs, sausages, etc) or vegetables and only 1 type of sliced meat/cheese. Overall, the breakfast experience was not the best

Parking was secure and plentiful for our big van.
We had to pay for parking which I think was not right since we booked 4 rooms and we only had the one vehicle. We were there on a Sunday and it was hard to find restaurants open. Also it was a "No Drive" day and we could not legelly drive into Brussels for dinner. Outside of the parking the other two comments are NOT the hotels fault.

I liked the friendliness of staff, atmosphere within the hotel and room amenities. Beds were comfy and room/bathroom was squeaky clean. I would rather like if the room was a little bigger but this was already mentioned in our room description so I won't put it as something I didn't like.

The price and the staff service, especially Camila, she was great, always looking forward to help.
Mostly, the location. It's 3/4 stations far to Brussels central by train. The good thing is the town is very quiet.

Staff were nice. good price. comfortable bed but only one pillow. walking distance from train station. can get hair dryer for the room. was able to check in early which was great. Room size was fine for 3 people for 2 nights with small luggage.
AC wasn’t cool enough, room felt too warm! When walking back from train station/bus at night there were no street lights on, it felt very unsafe. The glass door on the shower could be more frosted haha!
