A charming private room with own entrance in a beautiful street. Martine was super hospitable and friendly. Room was clean, warm and cozy, well equiped with minimum required amenities for a short stay like coffee machine, a plate and cutleries. It was possible to watch Netflix in the room's TV. Even though there's a window that opens to the street, during the 4 nights of my sleep it felt very quiet.

You have to be aware, that it is on the ground-floor facing the street. It’s a residential street with little traffic, so it’s quite, and there are bars in front of the window, so it is safe, and the windows are frosted glass, so it is private. But with the window open, pedestrians look straight into the room.

it’s just a room but still very well planned - with little fridge and water kettle, plates and cutlery so easy to have breakfast or simple meal. it was super clean and comfy, and just a nice space ! also good location if you want to be close to st Gilles the owner was super nice and responsive and very very easy checkin and all worked super well.

the only think is that it’s street level so if you like having the window open at night it feels a bit weird when ppl pass by. it they can’t see in but it’s still a bit weird. but it’s not a noisy or busy street so it was fine anyway

Martine's place was absolutely perfect. The bedroom was very clean and cozy, and it is equipped with everything you might need for a short stay in Brussels. It is located in a very nice neighborhood, only two blocks away from the tram line which takes you to the train stations and the city center, so that made it extremely easy to move around the city. I would definitely recommend it!

The host was very responsible. We had a conference to attend and the host managed to check in before the time . The area was quiet.

Probably it will be better if you had some kitchen equipments to use to make quick meals.

I visited the city in order to attend a concert in Forrest National and chose this place to stay, because it's 20 minutes far from the concert hall. The place was amazing, very clean and comfy. Even though I came much later than expected, I was able to collect keys.

The apartment was clean and cozy with small attractive details, which I liked very much. The host is nice and very helpful. Really nice place to stay in Brussels.

Soundproofing insulation is not very good, so you can hear almost all the sounds from the corridor.

Everything. Location, transport links, clean and comfortable. Netflix a great bonus for down time during our stay. Would have appreciated a change of towels during our 5 day stay but I don't want to put it as a dislike!

Internet Access, Netflix Access, Heated rooms. It was very comfortable.

If maybe a small bottle of water can be kept for guest on their arrival. Asides this, it was perfect!

I liked this place so much! It was clean with a confi bed, coffee maker, tv, and everything one needs for a few days in Brussels. Easy to reach from airport using public transportation, which is really appreciated!

Maybe location, but public transportation makes easy to reach interesting places.
