We came really early as we took the 1st Eurostar train from London to Brussels, we only meant to leave our luggage when we arrived but the hotel staff told us to give him a minute to check what he can do. He found a room for us and let us in at 10am with no additional cost eventhough their standard check in time is 3pm. We appreciated this gesture as we were tired from walking from Zuid Midi Station all the way to the hotel as there was a transport strike in Brussels when we came. The room was huge enough for 2 people, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom is sparkling clean! The breakfast was also good. And in the afternoon, they would leave some croissants and donuts near the lift for their customers to enjoy. The hotel is about 7-10mins walk from the nearest bus/tram station that could get you to the city centre.

The light on the room could have been brighter but nonetheless it was still okay.

Booked this hotel because it was almost the one left with reasonable prices during Easter holidays. Really easy to get from Gare du Midi, both by bus and the tram. The room was clean, spacious and this particular room even had a bathtub, which was a nice surprise.

The windows were not too tight when closed, letting april cold and sounds from the street through in the evening. It was also not possible to lock the doors with a key properly, only a simple door chain, which is rather insecure in my opinion

The hotel was beautiful, I wish I'd had more time there, the reception staff were really kind and friendly. Room was large and super comfortable with good space for me to work in. Rooms really clean and felt very safe and looked after.

It's a minor point, but maybe the housekeeping staff could do with better training? I tried twice to get to my room in the lift with luggage and wasn't able to because of different housekeeping staff, not letting me in (the first there was no room, but the second lady with the hoover could have absolutely shared) plus I nearly went flying headfirst down the stairs at 7am on my way to checkout because piles of laundry had been abandoned on the floor at the top of the steps in dim light, so a bit of a startling start to the day!

Decent breakfast in a small dining room, with coffee/tea/cocoa, cereals, bread and some cheese, butter, jam, sausage slices etc. Room was clean and cleaning staff respected the "do not disturb" sign when I put it up. Lobby has a cozy interior + bar for some beers after a long day.

Would be nice to have an information sheet in the room, with breakfast/checkout times, TV channels/manual, and telephone number of reception. There are USB ports next to the bed, but no electric socket, so you can charge your phone/tablet, but can't plug in a laptop for example (but there are sockets at the desk, so it's not as if there are no plugs at all)

Really warm and friendly welcome, with staff happy to help (sorted out a taxi to ensure I got to my seminar in plenty of time, using their local knowledge). The ambience was relaxed and friendly and we immediately felt at home. Breakfast was continental, but was well managed with constant refills of the various drinks and food stuffs. The hotel also put out any leftover pastries at the end of the day for guests to help themselves to minimise waste.

Location was a little out from the main tourist sites, so we had a 20-30 minute walk to the Grand Place, and public transport stops. There also didn't seem to be many eateries near the hotel, so again a bit of a walk required for dinner.

Nice hotel with modern rooms. Very friendly reception with clear directions how to go to Forest National. We used the tram to go to the venue (easy check-in with bank card, cost 2,20 per trip) but on our way back we walked, it is really not that far (only 3-4 tram stops). Street parking near the hotel was difficult on Saturday evening but in the end there were plenty parking spots just 2 blocks away on Koningslaan (a few minutes walk, free parking after 18:00 and on Sundays). Breakfast is good, selection not super extensive but very good quality products, which is most important to me.

There was an empty mini-bar in the room with no way of switching it off. It makes a bit of noise and wastes energy. Coffee in the breakfast room is not that great.

The staff was amazing, they were very welcoming, we requested late checkout and they let us stay on the room until 6 pm to allow us to better manage our working schedule while checkout was at 11 am, not charging us at all for this. We had a last minute extra guest and they managed to arrange adding a bed to the room, always doing their best to accommodate our requests. The breakfast was really good. I highly recommend

The heating system was not working properly but they brought an external heater to cope with this inconvenience

Breakfast was good, the breakfast room was also always immeadetly cleared up and was superbly managed. Breakfast for 3 star, absolutely adequate. Bathroom a bit tiny, but also adequate, same as the bedroom. Hotel & Room was clean. It was sometimes a bit noisy outside, but this is not the hotels fault. Staff was very helpful & friendly. The back garden is lovely to sit out and relax, it was very quiet. 15min walking distance to Brussel midi trainstation. Good tram and bus connections in short reach of the hotel. For 3 star, absolutely nothing to complain.

Nothing really. Location is a bit of amixed bag, but is ok! We arrived very late around 23.00 & it was a lot of rubbish & scruffy looking people around. Nothing happened. First impression of the location was not that great, but at day time, it looked much better. Reminded me of Berlin pre 89.

I found the staff at the hotel very helpful and accommodating. During the heatwave, the hotel provided guests with a large electric fan. The hotel is approximately 3km from the centre of Brussels and there is information about activities to do during one's stay. My flight was in the evening and despite checking out at 12 noon, I was able to use the downstairs patio area and seating area in reception for a few hours. The hotel also kindly arranged a taxi to the airport that cost approximately 45 Euros. True to other reviews, the buffet breakfast was very good quality and catered to a range of preferences.

There was outside noise as the hotel is on a main road. However, the few days of my stay coincided with the hot temperature, so perhaps it was noisier than usual.

Great Hotel , Close to all Trams and Buses for easy access to city centre or a 20 minute walk , Staff were so friendly , Bedroom was comfortable with everything you would need , (fridge, hairdryer, kettle) The courtyard is beautiful unfortunately it was raining so we could not sit outside , lobby is comfortable with large sofas , a computer and printer and even board games for those wet evenings. Breakfast is a continental offer with large selection of pastries.,yoghurt ,and cereals

I just wish there was a Hot Breakfast Offer , otherwise it was perfect
