I recently stayed at the BEST WESTERN Hotel Brussels South for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is well-located, offering easy access to central Brussels, yet still in a peaceful area, which made for a restful stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything I needed. A special mention to Nawal, who was absolutely excellent! She was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Her attention to detail and willingness to help really stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel, and thanks to Nawal, it was a memorable experience!

Good location - central to popular tourist destinations either direction. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean. Accessible room was properly fitted out. Lots of good restaurants close by. Train station nearby.

Late arrival of large bus groups each evening who were very noisy.

The room was nice and comfortable with nice comfortable and good sized beds. On the motorway but didn't hear nothing we where on the opposite side but non the less didn't hear nothing.

Nothing really just sleep and left the next morning.

The room is spacious and comfortable, close to the interconnecting train to Brussels city center

No small refrigerator which is not convenient when we buy some thing which needs to put in the refrigerator

The reception lady was very nice and the room was clean and functional , the location was good for me as I had to drive to Lille and starting here was perfect as I avoided all traffic

As in most hotels, unable to open a window to get some fresh air, but this is not particular to this hotel, it's a common trend today

Cleaning ladies kept throwing away my soap every day. This is not ecology-tolerant.

If you are on your owns - it is difficult to get by public transport to the city center

we had a disabled room, there was dried toilet paper stuck to the folding chair in the shower. we didn’t need it so we didn’t care too much and the rest of the room looked clean enough but it does feel like they missed a few spots whilst cleaning.

The location is really close to P+R and free parking right in front of the hotel, hence it is perfect for a family travels with a car. The value for money is good and the room is quite spacious.

The bed ia a bit too soft for my liking.
