The bed was really comfortable, the room in general was clean and the staff were nice too. The gates of the parking lot close after 22:00 pm or so, but you'll get a pasword code when you check in at the hotel, so arriving late won't a problem.

The shower curtain didn't hold back the water from the shower, so afterwards the bathroom floor got all wet. Also, there wasn't a fridge in my room unfortunately.

Car park was very secure! Bed very comfortable and pillows amazing Very friendly and helpful Great location - we were there to go to forest nationale and taxi there was around 15€, we walked there which takes 40 minutes but a few pubs/bars on way which broke up the journey.

Room lighting wasn’t the best. No plug sockets near mirrors. Fan needed in room or air con, just to circulate air - more personal preference.

The imense support from Luca ( the owner ) Very nice person and super welcoming. We had a problem with the car, and he supported in the best way. Save our day and ate the end offer us a coffee. Really want to appreciate Luca for his personality

The room and bed were very comfortable; complimentary tea and coffee in the room; very helpful staff at the reception; good public transport connection during the week (not weekends), the bus stop is just in front of the hotel; excellent breakfast (fresh juice); good meeting room in the non-private area.

- A bit far from public transport during Saturdays-Sundays (it is 10 minutes on walk, that is OK during the day, but not evening as it is an industrial area) - No dinner and no information in case it is not served (although they propose a pizza delivery as an option) - There was no hot water on one morning - Wifi was very good in general but sometimes slow - Can be a bit cheaper, as we paid a lot for one night

-Room was very clean and supplied with everything I needed: coffee, TV, etc. -Staff were friendly and accommodated my late arrival -Hotel is in a quiet suburban area so it was possible to get a good nights sleep

-Location is inconvenient but not awful - a 30 minute bus ride away from the city centre, but the buses don’t run on weekends -Some of the equipment was faulty: hair dryer didn’t work and shower was leaking from the side

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, very clean. We enjoyed being in the annexe on the ground floor. In easy reach to the motorway and only two stops by train into Brussels.

It's in an industrial area and the train station is a very lonely and forgotten place.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful both times we stopped here. The lounge area near the bar was quiet and comfortable for relaxing in during the evening. The beds were really comfortable in one room but less so in the other. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room were appreciated, The No 78 bus leaves from outside the hotel every 20 mins during the day and takes you to the Gare du Midi for minimal cost which was ideal for us.

The situation of the hotel was not what we would have ideally liked but we were pleased with how things turned out. The chairs in the bar area were a bit tired looking so we used the lounge area instead. Not a problem!

Maybe, people without a car might find difficult reaching the city centre

The staff were very helpful Peter was great. Dinner staff very happy nice people and excellent that I could take my food to my room.

Not hotels fault but my room was next to main entrance and some guests were sat outside talking loud until past 1am.
