Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice staff and nice area outside, was definitely happy with the hotel itself.

The hotel itself was great but didn't like getting there from airport on foot to hotel and back as you have to walk all the way around as there are barriers at the terminal preventing you from walking straight out, otherwise it would of been a simple walk from the terminal to hotel in less then 5 minutes. Thats more the airports fault and needs to be a change or have an additional exit from the terminals the otherside, you could possibly climb over the barriers or run through the taxi exit/entry as the taxi barriers open temporarily to go through, otherwise you have to walk all the way round with turns a simple 5 minute walk into 30-40 minute walk.

Clean, staff is friendly..

Property is located next to the airport but has to walk 4km to enter the airport entrance.. The taxi from the hotel to the airport is 30 euro..There are no nearby shops or restaurants to eat because the hotel only provides breakfast.. No lunch or dinner..

Perfect location - just near Brussels south airport

Just suggestion for future guests, It can be easily reached by 10-15 minutes walk - no need in taxi, shuttle bus or local bus. It is a gate used by buses going to and from airport almost all time (except of several hours in the middle of night. Very frequently - every 10-15 minutes even less. So you can use this gate to walk in or out airport and it is in about 400 m from hotel.

The hotel is very close to airport terminals 1 and 2 (ca. 800 m), which suggests that it is within walking distance. It would be a great advantage if a traveler could walk from the airport to the hotel. However, .... it is very difficult to go there on foot. The direct ans shortest walkway is crossed by fences. After 30 minutes of searching od an alternative I ... took a taxi which was 15 EUR. Next day the same 15 EUR as return fee. Thus, please add 30 EUR to the room rate. It would be nice if the hotel provided an instruction how to walk.

The location was perfect, morning staff helped with checking in as we was early thankfully our room was ready, easy access to the airport, great runway veiw (aviation mad family) evening staff helped my daughter with her evening snack, helping her with hot water wasn't an issue and he was willing to help. The bed was perfect, we had a really great night's sleep. When we come back we will 100% be booking here!!

1) I understand there's a hot beverage machine in the lobby which is great but ideally I would prefer tea/coffee facilities in the room. 2) we had to leave :'(

I got the flibco bus to the airport and it would've been a 48 minute walk to this destination, however, I asked the bus driver the best route and he drove me through the exit gate, cutting the walk down to 8 minutes. Flights were cancelled next day but staff helped me change my SIM card

Coffee machine instructions are non-existent and not intuitive. Coffee machine was overpriced for how much you get

The room is very good and everything was great. The shower is very big and there is a nice table to eat.

Unfortunately the shuttle didn’t come on time, it got late almost an hour. When a person book a hotel near the airport, something that can’t go wrong is the shuttle, I almost lost my flight. Besides this problem, the hotel is perfect.

hotel is not walking distance to the airport the restaurant is not open on Fridays and at weekends.

We were staying in this hotel because we had flight at airport really early. They arranged that taxi came for us in 4am in front of the hotel and take us to airport just for 20 €, so we’re really grateful for that. Because there wasn’t any restaurant or market we ordered food from application “Uber eats” and it came really fast. In general the stay was great and we would recommend it to everyone

Very spacious room and shower, the shower is almost as big as the bedroom in another hotel near Charleroi airport , if you use the "shortcut"to the hotel its approx 500 m ... Where the busses stops you follow a bus to the exit, when the gates opens you go trough, this is allowed by the autorities, going in that way is not possible,not allowed, order a shuttle to go to the airport it;s approx 7.5 € per person.
