Nice setup for a stay near the airport for a flight the next day. I was by car and easy to drive to the airport the next day, free parking in the area and a restaurant, pizzaria and shop at walking distance. Room was basic, clean and confortable bed. Good shower and a small garden, checkin was easy after a phonecall got a message with codes for entry and keys. Excellent value for money, free coffee and tea.

The walls are thin and if people speak loud you can hear them well. There are several of apartments/rooms next to eachother so could be noisy in peak season, now it was ok and quiet after a knock on the wall at 23:30 for my neighbours. Not sure if the 23:00 quiet rule is enforced if nobody is there other then guests. The heating makes the room bit smelly from burning dust so could do with a inside clean, not a problem outside the winter.

Clean and simple, ideal for an overnight stay on my way to the airport. Friendly and helpful proprietor. Coffee machine, microwave, and fridge in the room means you can be self-sufficient.

It was a little difficult to find, park, and enter in the dark. The hotel is along a suburban road with no direct parking and no normal reception. It is necessary to ring the bell and obtain an entry code. However madame is very friendly and quick to respond so not a problem. There does not appear to be a breakfast option.

The rooms at the back of the property were so much better as everything was in one place to maximise comfort. The garden area was also very peaceful. I upgraded to one of these rooms. I thought the staff, "karine and the young lady that came out to me" did great in getting me the upgrade considering that there were no staff at the property as it is all self check in which was also impressive.

I didnt like the fact that the bathroom and toilet in my original room was outside the room but, thats my personal preference and wouldnt affect everybody. That is the main reason I wanted to upgrade when I first arrived. After that, everything was good. I just thought, "and this applies to a lot of hotels", that it would be nice to point this out more clearly about the bathroom and toilet being outside the room as this would have made my decision making different when initially booking the room and would have saved us the time and stress of having to go through the motions once I arrived.

Unusual accommodation in a good way. We stayed just for one night as we had a flight next day from Charleroi airport. Our room had high ceilings which gave a great sense of space. Room was clean, nicely decorated with 2 lounge chairs & small dinning table. Toilet & washbasin was in the room with a small partition. Our shower room was separate down the hallway.. There was ample free on street parking. Overall it was great value and would and would recommend.

For a budget stay it was perfect.

I loved everything!A great contact with the very kind and helpful host,she even gave me a bigger room for the same price and arranged a transfer to the airport.Whole place make you feel calm and relaxed,a lot of details which make you feel welcomed and taken care of.Loved it!

Self check-in. Very good communication with hostess Karine. 10 min drive from Charleroi airport. Clean, convenient, mini fridge and microwave in room. Good value for money

Liked how easy it was to get into, and how attentive the service was. We got answers almost immediately and they were always super friendly, very good customer service and the rooms were super useful and had a bit of everything.

Not much, it was a super short stay and it was perfect for what we needed, especially pricewise and customer service wise.

The people were very nice and they contacted us immediately as we did the reservation the same day. Our room was perfectly clean, and we also had a private shower.

It's a little bit far away from downtown, but that made it peaceful. We sleep very well as it was super quiet.

Nice atmosphere, deco and accessible garden, big room with everything you need. Quiet at night and it is easy to reach with the bus 86 from Charleroi Central and the taxi to the airport is about 20 euros. Clear remote instructions for self check in.

There are no shops around and no possibility to get snacks or drinks within the property.

Very cosy room, very friendly staff. The friendliness of the hostess solved all misunderstandings into very pleasant stay. The hostess speaks French and English. It made our conversations easy.

The shower is not in the room but it didn't make any problem.
