Good quality, modern hotel.

The hotel is not in a walking distance from the airport as it is adverised, but 10 mins drive time. Hotel sends a shuttle to pick-up, which costs 10 EUR per person. When we wanted to reserve a shuttle from the hotel to the airport for the following day, the shuttle was fully booked, and they are not able to call taxi either. We stayed in the hotel to catch an early fight, but the hotel was not able to have an ideal solution. The receptionist kindly recommended different scenarios (public bus, later shuttle etc.), but no guarantee to catch the flight. If a hotel wants to live on airport guests, they have to manage shuttle.

The hotel is very close to the airport, so when you need to stay the night because of an early flight - this is your place. The room was very spacious and clean. It matches the photos. The hotel is close to the bus station which will take you straight to the airport, but there is also an option of taking the hotels shuttle to the airport.

Everything was great. The only little observation that we had is that there's only one power outlet beside the bed. In my opinion, there should be one on each side. But there are many other power outlets in the room, so that is really not that important.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great working shuttle bus connection to the Charleroi Airport that worked as expected (had to leave at around 5AM, so didn't get to experience the breakfast.) A tidy, spacious hotel room with a fridge, well-working wifi and air conditioning.

There were a vending machine available but it only accepted coins and not cards, unlike everywhere else in Brussels. The extra sofa bed in the room was super squeaky. Not much to do around the hotel unless you're travelling by car, in which case there's the local small towns nearby.

For one night room was ok. They can arrange taxi from and to airport but is expensive (in my opinion). We were offered some b/fast from night guy as his colleague (guy with glasses) scrowed up with time of booking of our taxi.

Strictly check in after 2pm 😒. Taxi to expensive (although they don't obligate you to book from them). Afternoon receptionist not knowledgeable about what time taxi service starting in the morning and it make us to get up 1hr earlier (3:30am

The front office was very professional and helpful (i arrived before checkin time and I could get the room). They have a restaurant which is open til 14p and 19-21.30, bar is non-stop. Waiters and bartender very funny and very nice atmosphere. The room is clean and the space was enough to open both of my luggage. They had iron board in room. The bathroom was clean and liquid shower-gel 2in1 shampoo was available. There is a gym available, but I did not use it. It's a good option for the day before departure. Call them after booking and they arrange taxi transfer to- and from- the aiport at preferential prices.

I will mention things that are not ideal, not necessarily the fault of the owner. There is no available shop within walking distance, get stuff in advance from home/gas station/airport store. There were some renovations on the corridor and there was some drilling (2 sessions of 30 minutes during daytime). Nothing too disturbing. No option to walk to the airport by yourself but very short transfer by their taxi service (10 minutes approx).

We arrived by car after dinner time, and there was ample parking space. The staff at the reception made the check-in process go quickly and smoothly. They arranged a parking space for our car and a transfer for two people to and from Charleroi Airport for the next morning for a fixed amount of 50 euros (maximum 10 days of parking). The room was big enough and equipped with all the necessary items for a one-night stay before taking the airplane.

I was a bit disappointed in the communication about how the airport transfer would be arranged from Charleroi Airport back to the Aero44 Hotel after our flight. I had to tell them our flight departure and arrival time, so that they know when to pick somebody up, but it wasn't communicated clearly that you should call when you arrive. There is also no menu in the bar (maybe there was a menu for the restaurant) and the service was a bit slow (but I understand because it's hard to find enough staff in the horeca sector these days). They do have a small problem with the bathroom facilities, since it smelled badly during the night, but it's easily fixed by closing your bathroom door so the smell won't come into the room itself while sleeping.

Room is good, not to big, staff is friendly, nice to have "an alarm" service, couse we take a taxi early in the morning.

pillows were bad :( bad location from airport. In platforms shows about 1 km, after booking we got message for hotel, that hotel is about 2 km form airport, but for true - almost 4 km. Was hard to walk. the taxi from hotel to airport cost 10 eur/person.

This hotel is close by the airport. Perfect if you need to catch an early flight. You can leave your car parked there for an affordable price and they offer a shuttle to and from the airport.

They ask you to call the hotel when you land so they can send you a taxi within 30 minutes. For me it took 1 hour. It was a lot longer than I expected. Although, the employee stayed friendly on the phone and kept calling the taxi for me to ask where he was at. This was helping a lot.

This is an extremely convenient hotel for a stopover if you are transiting Charleroi airport. It is fantastic value with a super efficient bus shuttle service and really awesome staff who could not be more helpful. It is a budget hotel but has aspirations to be more!

My only negative observation would be the breakfast which was an extra frankly I could have done without! The evening meal was excellent and very reasonable value. I just thought the continental breakfast at 18 euro was a wee bit too much - bit of a help yourself affair with no direction. Nothing wrong with quality, freshness of breads, croissants or amount on offer it did it’s job …. But just pricey!!

Perfect to for an early flight. Shuttle service available. Big car park right outside, not too loud considering the proximity of the airport. Rooms small but functional. Downstairs restaurant gives option of late supper without leaving the hotel. Breakfast served as early as 5.30- 6am and includes coffee/tea/croissants/yogurts/fresh bread as well as fresh juices, decent spread and very efficient services.
