Perfect for people who arrive late at night or departing early in the morning from Charleroi airport. The was basic but comfortable and clean. Exactly what we needed for our last night in Belgium since we only had a few hours to sleep before we heaf to the airport. Big plus iis that they offer one free ride to or from the airport and we used that service which was very convenient. The person who was texting us prior our arrival to the hotel (not sure if it was the same lady who we met in the morning) was very polite and helpful and answered all of our questions.We asked if there is water in the room, they said there's 2 bottles in the mini bar and upon our arrival we found 2 more on the table as well! Highly appreciated !

The sink was broken and glued together and the folded thing you use to put your bags on was missing a strap. Nothing too serious though! We would be happy to use this hotel again in the future !

It's honestly just great. The hotel clearly focuses on guest who want a place to stay before a flight out of the Charleroi Airport. And it's honestly simply the best airport hotel I've ever been in. Hell, it's just one of the best, period. The service is very nice and helpful. You have free coffee and tea from the coffee maker in the hallway and free airport transfer when you need it. Our room was big, cozy, nicely decorated, very clean and warm. Just great. I just have to also mention the lighting - you can switch every light in the room on and ofe from the side of your bed. That's beyond comfortable! And the door works on a code you get when you check in, so checking out is beyond seamless (as you don't even have to turn in your key, you just close the door behind you and go).

I liked literally everything.

The ease of paying for extended parking for our holiday/flights. Easy airport shuttle to drop off very early (5am) in the morning. A delay in collection at the end but did go smoothly and the lady who picked us up was lovely. The idea of having the 'honesty bar' for breakfast - with coffee, hot drinks, soft drinks, juice and pastries is a great idea for when people are coming and going at odd hours...

... its just a shame that the 'honesty bar' was kept well stocked and with fresh produce too. The coffee machine wasn't working properly and the only staff member on reception wasn't sure what to do.

The airport shuttle was really useful and the main reason we chose the hotel. There was a slight problem but it was my fault as I hadn't read a message properly. If you request a transfer in advance the hotel will send instructions with photos showing where the pickup point is. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The lack of a proper breakfast. There is a system in place to buy doughnuts and orange juice and coffee, trusting guests to pay for what they take, but it is limited. There are a couple of grocer shops nearby though.

I didn't stay here because it was closed by the time my severely delayed Ryanair flight actually arrived, but booking.com keeps telling me to review it, so here goes: I gave it a 10/10 because the manager/owner called me once I had said I would arrive late to explain that the hotel would be closed. He offered to refund my money without fees (despite it being a non-refundable booking) which he did - for this it gets 10/10 for customer service alone.

Very close to Charleroi airport, with shuttle provided by hotel to take us to airport and also pick us up on returning from holiday, it went perfectly both ways. Left car in private parking of hotel for 2 weeks (open air), felt safe enough as solid gate closed during night and plenty of CCTV. Hotel very modern and clean, definitely above its 2-star rating. Additional bonus: a lovely Italian restaurant within walking distance (12 min) for a relaxed evening meal. Absolutely perfect for spending the night before an early flight (even not so early in our case, but we did not want to drive from Brussels to Charleroi in the monday morning rush hour).

No breakfast facilities unfortunately, just a very simple and slow espresso machine, and some plastic-wrapped doughnuts. But as you are supposed to be at airport well before departure time, there's plenty of time for coffee and croissants at one of the terminal's snack bars.

I was sent a very good document with directions containing photos to get to the free shuttle meeting point. The hotel is only a few minutes from the airport but is situated in a small village and it is like being in the middle of the countryside. The staff was very friendly and although there was no coffee/tea in the bedroom, they had set up a common coffee area where it was possible to buy snacks and coffee/tea. The coffee was provided via a coffee machine using real grains and it is the best coffee I have ever had in any other hotel I went to.

Because the hotel is situated in a small village, there are not a lot of options to get dinner and I ended up buying a Pizza from a take away. It is ok for one night but if I was staying longer it would not be that great. Too many big furniture in the room makes it awkward to reach the bathroom if you are not skinny. Also, it would be nice to be able to turn the light off from the bed.

It is a few minutes drive away from the Charleroi airport. The staff were polite and friendly. My room was clean and the bed was comfy. No bugs (bed bugs etc not to be seen)! Basic room but it was all worth the money! There is a small supermarket with limited selection less than a 50 meters walk away. They have a free shuttle ride between the hotel and the airport! I totally recommend, a great decent priced hotel.

Communication with staff was excellent both prior to and upon arrival. The airport shuttle was exactly on time to meet me when I arrived, and the next morning we departed exactly on time for the airport. I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water after my travels. The room was clean and comfortable.

The only thing that would have made it nicer is not being located directly on a road. I could hear cars passing right outside the window. For anyone who is a light sleeper or who has trouble getting to sleep, this might be an issue.

The staff is really nice and accommodating. There is a shuttle bus driving to the airport, free of charge, every 25 mins from 4:25 AM, which is great. The rooms and the restroom are nothing to write home about, but everything is clean and working properly. The bed and the pillows are unexpectedly comfortable, which is rather important.

The carpet in the room looked horrendous. It was vacuumed, however it looked very very rough. There were cigarette burns in it, loads of stains, paint remainings, etc. Kindq felt quite nasty walking on it without shoes.
