Modern and comfortable, this place offers a nice, quiet terrace in the courtyard — perfect for relaxing, a delicious meal or a drink. The receptionists are friendly and always willing to help. It’s conveniently located between the city center and the lake, ideal for a morning run. Dog-friendly, which is a big plus.

The parking situation is less than ideal, especially if you arrive late in the day or have limited mobility. There are simply too few parking spaces available.

The overall experience was good. The hotel is conveniently located in the activity centre and lose to the tranquil lake. The room’s very clean. The staff including cleaning ladies and especially Nicolas who worked in Thursday ( 11 July), Friday (12 July.) and Saturday(13 July) mornings at the counter of the kitchen were very helpful, friendly and polite.

We returned really late (2.30 am) and we were unable to be on time for the breakfast (before 10:30). The lady at the reception and the Kitchen chef have gone the extra mile to offer us a smal breakfast (coffee+ croissants, pain au chocolat+ orange juice) for a replacement of the full breakfast paid in advance. This is the sort of service we were pleased to receive and which we were not expecting! Well done to the staff!

Clean, comfortable rooms in an excellent central location to town. Friendly, helpful front desk staff.

The window wouldn't close fully in our room or our kids' room. Tried calling the front desk but no reply. Thankfully, even with the windows a bit ajar the A/C still worked and noise wasn't a problem.

The location is excellent, near the city lake and close to the main square. The room was big and even equipped for people with disabilities.

I think towels should be provided for the spa for all the guests in addition to the obes provided in the room.

Good location- right in the centre of the town with easy access to the lake. Food was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing bad. I think they could be more careful about waste in relation to the amount put out for breakfast.

The hotel is in the center of pedestrian downtown. I parked the car 4 floors below the reception and walked everywhere in town.

It would be helpful, if the hotel's website described where the parking is and how to get there. I used the address of the hotel for the GPS, but it took me outside of pedestrian zone. Only when I walked into the hotel, the receptionist explained that I need to input "Anneau Central Nord" to find the entrance to the parking.

Location - near to Herges museum. Very pleasant staff.

it cannot be helped but there were a few silverfish in my room, I did not complain as it is difficult to catch these.
