We were welcomed by an efficient and friendly gentleman on reception who gave us all the information that we required. The morning staff were excellent, cheerful and friendly. Breakfast was great, cooked breakfast was available and was perfectly cooked and presented. Our room looked out over the town square which was delightful, especially on Market Day when we awoke to find the square had been transformed and was alive with lights, colour and traders selling their wares. We spent a happy time looking at their wares and buying items to take back to UK with us.

Two of us had a room that looked out over a vista of grey roofs - not very exciting but I presume that this was unavoidable. We have no complaints.

Great central location in the town. My room was clean, spacious and nice and quiet at the back of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and I had a great nights sleep. The restaurant next door was also great for a quick informal dinner with plenty to choose from on the menu. The hotel was less than 10 minutes walk from the rail station

Breakfast was OK but was very carbohydrate focussed. I was offered some cooked eggs which I am not able to eat and there did not seem to be another cooked option available to me. I did have some nice local break with ham and cheese but not sure this really represented value for money when considering the price.

I really like the location where we can easily go for shopping,to Dina and it nearby to train stations. Rooms and services was great with full facilities.

Really spacious room, well appointed, great light both natural and bedside. Good bathroom, plenty of hot water. Central location, car park near. We were recommended a good bar a few minutes away and a very nice restaurant a little further away, Gennaro's.

It was cleaned each day and the staff were all very friendly. It was a great location and the price was perfect and the bed was SO comfy!

I didn’t like the breakfast. The choice wasn’t great and you get charged extra for eggs

Very quiet rooms on the Back of the hotel

Even Dispite saying quiet room, the La Louviere Plage Happens directly in front of the hotel, and it hast been clearly noticsble... Happens every year, so you should check dir the Dates, If you are noice sensitive.

Very clean and quiet, friendly staff, many things to do in the area that are walkable. Close to the train station.

The staff was very polite, and the room was clean, with daily cleaning provided.

They did not change my bed sheets for four days.

Very minor point: Hotel didn't know that the central partking garage adjacent to the hotel was closed that weekend.

It has a very central location at La Louvière, Very walkable. The hotel staff were kind and helpful.

The cleaning wasn't great, I had to ask a few times to clean things again. Some of the furniture in my room wasn't in the best condition.
